i feel like this should be taught in middle schools, for everyone, cause it's so important to understand ourselves better

I love that idea! It is definitely starting to become something more people are aware of needing, so perhaps that is possible in the future!

I did a recipe card for what I needed to go running but I used pictures of the things instead of words and all on a 3x5 card that I kept with my running kit. I'm finding that images are more helpful than words -- particularly for my to-do list. All the regular tasks get represented by an image and I'm finding that I require less executive function to go do the thing if I don't have to read the words. Pictures seem to cause my brain less overwhelm.

New subscriber. Just found you yesterday. Going through your videos looking for planner and productivity tips. I like how you present things. I shared your channel in an adhd group.

Thanks so much! I genuinely appreciate it! I have several episodes focused on planning tools: episode 15 focuses on planning tools; episode 16 is about planning habits; and in episode 17 I share my personal weekly planning process. I have several new episodes coming up in the new year focused on planning and productivity.

Love this! I started mine and filled it with articles I like to read but then I realized it’s not quite helpful. I like the idea of recipe books!

Great awareness, Danita! A POM is all about capturing what works for YOU. I find a recipe book POM a sparkly idea too! Please let me know how it works for you!
