I avoid the news and advertisers like the plauge these days. When you start to become aware of how powerful and damaging those frequencies are it is wise to avoid or block them. They can be difficult to escape, advertisers are nearly everywhere. I am very sensitive to them so I have to literally erase them when I am in public or driving. One thing that works well for me is to imagine a huge eraser wiping away the images. It can be difficult at times but worth the effort. Also, when your in line at a store focus on your body or imagine energy shooting into the earth from your feet. Directing your focus on a positive loving thought works well also. Thanks for your insight Russell, much love and respect!

I am going to be up all night watching all these shows. What a find!
The reason there isn't one type of cereal, one brand of toothpaste, one news source is supposed to be about choice... but what has happened is that almost all those products have been bought by mega corporations and replaced those different ingredients with the same cheaper chemicals, and all the news is talking about the same things... so what we are left with is the illusion of choice and only the packaging is different.
I appreciate that your able to use your status as a celebrity that people follow, quote and maybe live by to bring awareness to what happens in there day to day life (reading a newspaper, adverts on television, subliminal messages in movies etc) that we are just being fed what major companies, government.. Etc want us to go by.
This takes away our freedom as a being, how can we have complete openness, expressiveness or even the art of artlessness (taking away the process and just being or doing) if we are suffocated by this always.

Russle, thank you for your comments on the commercialization of breast cancer. I watched as my young sister was first misdiagnosed with mastitis and then with immflammatory breast cancer stage 4 at the age of 26. Then endured treatments that destroyed her quality of life while not curing her cancer. All because breast cancer is a billion dollar industry there is no cure. Money raised and spent on research is misused in disorganized fashion and wasted. Meanwhile women are exploited in the media. Women who have endured treatment for bc no longer look like the glamorous woman in the Sun. They are missing their hair and breasts. Their skin is burned from radiation and thin from chemo. They have mouth sores and can't keep any food down. They have swelling in their arms because they no longer have limphnodes. They may even be unable to walk because of steroid weight gain. Some endure transfusions when the chemo destroys their ability to make blood and platelets. They have pneumonia from being bed ridden. Neuropathy in their feet... The truth about bc is the tool belt of the doctors has been kept deliberately empty and innocent people are tortured seldom cured. I have 2 other sisters who have voluntarily, prophylacticly removed their breasts as a result. Modern science can only offer women fear mongering solutions. My sweet sister died at age 29 leaving behind two beautiful children and a husband who love her. Her last words that she barely breathed were so wise. She said "I love you all". I hope that big pharma is happy with what they perpetrate. I also hope that we can all love everyone and find the compassion to truly find a cure.

What I got from the story about the butcher and the ox is that if you visualize a task as it's final product instead of a daunting task, you will perform the task with more ease. Like an artist who, while painting, sees only the finished picture instead of a canvas, you become absorbed in and feel a sort of oneness with your task, so much so that it completely isolates you from the physical world around you.

How did you get to be so brilliant and care so much, and do you often feel Alone like you are the only one seeing and speaking about the obvious truth? So simply factual and simultaneously profound that you can hold it all and not get lost within it. I am confident in my skills but, whenever I listen to Russell Brand (I just like him so so so much) I can't quite understand 100% what he says, also this happens to me whit Helen Mirren, is this normal!? Or should I improve my listening skills!?
I think it's just he has a wider vocabulary and speaks fast as well.
