I would hate moving in if they can't even pressure wash the tiles outside. They are grimy and nasty.

Why on earth are they not wearing gloves/masks. Black and White mold is not uncommon. When you touch it your just mixing spores into the air. Not smart at all.

dont these people do checks on these people before they move in? And if they dont have a reference i would be doing inspections every fortnight so it dosnt end up like this.
Wouldn't every fortnight be an invasion of privacy?
@@worldsworstneighbours no not if they have not record they have to earn their trust for the first few months fortnightly inspections then change to monthly and then two monthly etc.. onwards.
I think that may be against tenant's rights if inspections are fortnightly but I agree the checks should be more thorough!
