If I was a homeowner with polished timber floors I’d never hire that real estate she walks all over those wooden floor s with stilettos not good she’s damaging the floor herself all for vanity . 😮

In addition to gloves. Wear masks, and in some cases wear rubber boots and hazmat suits.
Mold, vermin, bed bugs and cockroaches are health risks.
Based on some of these properties all of those sound like a good idea!

Yes, I lived in Southern Louisiana and now in Florida and you can clean all you want and still may get mold. In Louisiana it was impossible to keep mildew out of the garage, especially. We lived near a river, a lake, the Gulf of Mexico and the whole area was swampy. If it rained, our yard looked gorgeous but hid the fact that it was basically a sponge and still wet a week later. The air gets almost unbreathable in summer due to humidity. Even inside, the a/c with dehumidifier couldn't always keep the moisture from the air. Florida isn't much better. Pretty much anything outside will get mildewy- anything stored I the garage, patio furniture, etc, and inside it'll be fine one day and you'll see mildew the next- in very odd places. All you can do is keep washing it away when it appears and on walls, wash and repaint with the stuff that contains the enzyme that inhibits mildew growth.

I love this show but it does feel a bit invasive going through personal belongings, I guess as they left it behind then they don’t care if it’s gone through
Yeah it does feel that way but if the belongings are abandoned it is almost just like going through the trash
To me it looks like trash I’d never want to touch.
Do they do inspections of the property for the owners whilst the the tenants are living there how does it get so bad
They undertake inspections but it's a balance to respect the tenant's privacy and not have them all the time. Perhaps in these situations they should be more frequent

I would be imbarresed to admit I was a property manager on one of these homes. What dumps. And why are they picking bad tenants to rent these landlords homes? No one else applying lol.
Sometimes it's hard to know if a tenant is bad from the outset, many can appear trustworthy and sometimes we want to give people a second chance even if they don't seem trustworthy. Guess we all have to live and learn
@@worldsworstneighbours Its simple! A good property manager does history check. Bad history or no history then dont accept their application. The real reason is desperate land lords and property managers no the only ones silly enough to rent these houses are usually drug addicts, mentally ill, or young families with domestic violence. A normal person with good history would not touch these houses with a 10 foot pole, and typically they want someone that doesnt know their rights, or would complain about the condition of these properties.

This is 2010s I bet. The police mentioned sythetics and said since it is not it is illegal. Also the houses are not up to current Healthy Homes standards. Now days you need heaters, insulation etc etc.
