My first day doing this today. BRB after three weeks. I'm doing this with 21:3 intermittent fasting and one meal a day (approximately 800 cals a day). Current weight: 62 kgs. Weight goal: 53 kgs. That's a lot so hopin after two months of this WO, IF with OMAD, I'd get my desired results. Wish me lucccckkkkk! 😘😘😘

This kinda work for me. I do the small arm workouts and sometimes this kuat Jun dai. This one really push me. I do this 1 week 1 time and depend on the mood. 2020 may I'm 60kg now 2021 October 53kg. Kinda slow but I just started to control my food portion. Hope this can help me to achieve my 48kg target with my 151cm height. since I'm having endometriosis and look like pregnant women mostly after my laparascopic surgery, I really hope I can maintain my workout life. Just to be more healthy and energetic everyday.

Hey everyone, I am back. Sorry I am late. It does work I lost 3 kgs. But I stoped at 70 kg. The workout works it's just my body needs time. Hope this will help enough. Continuation is the key. Go for it 💕.
Im 163 cm and my weight is 66.80 kg. I decided to do this exercise Day 1(10/12/21): just for 7 minutes only cause im so tired already Day 2(10/13/21): keep improving ☺️ did it for 15 minutes Day 3(10/14/21):no workout 😐 Day 4(10/15/21): continue it again Day 5(10/16/21): i found something on TH-cam its a mild yoga which is like just swinging your arms for 20 minutes. I started doing it first to relax all my muscles before i do this exercise. Day 6(10/17/21): still doing the same thing from yesterday and guess what i did it for 1 hour🙏☺️ Day 7(10/18/21): i did it for 1 hour again☺️😃too much sweat all over my body. I see a big difference already on my body Day 8(10/19/21): still sweating a lot. This exercise getting easier 😊 *I always do this exercise first thing in the morning (empty stomach) after this workout thats the time i am going to drink warm water with lemon and the black coffee with lemon. Promise it helps me a lot. (Didn't weight myself yet because my weighing scale is not working still waiting for my order) ☺️☺️☺️ I will keep coming here for the updates☺️
Today is my first day at this workout and i hope to be consistent. Last year i started exercising in January and i was going really well until april when my dad passed away it was the first lost I'd experience from my household, someone i lived with and i ate to comfort myself and i gained all the weight i had lost back and it came with a lot of friends😭(im 24 btw) so this time i hope to push myself through no matter what and god forbid anything else happens, i hope to not fall off as badly as i did before.
Day 4 complete..... I was so tired I forgot to check in... As Im doing this mornings workout i remembered😭.... I do it once it the morning and once in the night so I'll be back tonight after completing today's (Day 5)
Day 5 complete😌 its still hard but its getting easier. Also i must say thanks to all the people who try to upset me during the day😂 it gives me motivation to burn this fat😌🔥

This is my first day! It’s currently 11pm. I could only get in 14minutes. Today because I chugged 2 water bottles. Oh well. I’m 55kg my goal is 45! Wish me luck with my 160cm height. Even though Ik some people would kill to be 55kg For how I look people make jokes and say rude stuff. This workout really is helping.
I am 13 years. I just did this workout but i wasn't able to complete it, I only did it halfway 😅. I want to do this twice a day. Right now was the first time. This workout is so good, I didn't feel sweaty and there was no after pain (maybe because I did it halfway) But I'm sure if I do this regularly, there will be great results

Writing my update here.. 67kg(with no diet) trying only this work out Day1:it's not that easy did for 15 min(2sets of 2 exercise). But can feel it totally. Started this workout yesterday.I struggle a bit with the movement, hard to see what is the best pace and my body just won't function right in some weird kinda way. Anyone else struggle with this?
I understand u just dont understand how to to do the exercises properly yet- bend your knees a bit, suck in your stomach (not too much just enough that you feel the pressure in your abs, that's how u engage your core), pull in your chest while breathing in and them breathe out while still keeping the pressure on your abs
I'm starting this today and I'll do it for 2 weeks and I'll try to eat healthy😬 we'll see how it goes. Day 1: omg it burns 😍 i did 15 minutes today. I was focusing on engaging my core. I'm literally drenched in sweat 🥵 Day 2: my arms are dead and i can't feel my knees anymore. Anyways i did it for 20 mins 😩
I'll do this for at least 10 days and will weigh myself everyday (my weight may also vary depending the amount of water inside my body and how much I ate) Height: 1.60 m DAY 1: 68.25 kg ✅ I started this and hour after dinner, which was a big mistake cause it hurt my stomach and had to stop at 24:00 and had to slow down a bit. I could clearly feel the tension and pain on my tummy, but at least it's kinda fun to do, the music also helps keeping the rythm. Tomorrow it would definitely go better and I'll try do this workout twice everyday. DAY 2: Morning: 67.50 Evening: 67.55 ✅ Twice Did this before eating. For some reasons I can't really feel the tension when doing the first exercise while the ones where you have to move your arms too were kinda intense, although I managed to get used to it. I also had a hard time coordinating the arms. DAY3: Morning: 67.10 Evening: 67.30 (67.65 after I drank water) ✅ Twice Did this in the morning before breakfast and in the evening few hours after dining. I had a hard time with swinging arms but it's slowly getting less painful. I also walked for 40 minutes in the park. DAY 4: Morning: 66.70. Evening: 68.25 ✅ Kinda slacked off today so I only did it once. Tomorrow I gotta work harder 💪 Thinking about paring this with this leg workout: th-cam.com/video/7pv7_EL7qhI/w-d-xo.html My arms kinda felt lighter when I did the swinging thing, although it still hurts a bit DAY 5: Morning: 67.80 Evening: 68.25 ✅ Twice, although the second time I did it until 20:00 cause it's like 11 pm I forgot to do the leg workout so I'll try remember tomorrow. Also I think I need to balance my diet DAY 6: Morning: 67.25 Evening: 68.20 ✅ I did this once in the evening for 20 minutes and 10 minutes of the leg workout. I have to stop here cause I'm collapsing and sweating like a fountain. DAY 7: Morning: 67.00 Evening: 68.15 ✅ I couldn't exercise because of my headache so I decided to just stretch my limbs and back DAY 17: 67.10 kg I'm not sure how many days have passed, but I think I skipped 10 days and I'll try continue these exercises. Did it once at 6 pm and stopped at 10:46 cause I'm hungry af. The exercises feel more tiring after stopping for so long
Guys this is not as easy as it looks but yea great workout just wanted to say that your diet affects your weight loss by 80 percentage and the rest 20 by excercise so we gotta pick up a healthy diet with the exercise also if you lose weight too quickly then you might gain it quickly as well so don't starve and do this
@@anc.hovies Ill answer your question :) No you dont have to follow a strict diet. Just eat in portions Breakfast then during the afternoon have a snack i encourage you to have a healthy snack then have lunch then dinner after dinner treat yourself with anything sweet or savoury!! Just eat more healthy and drink lots of water

i did this everyday 2 times per day for a week and lost about an inch and a half off my waist, not bad :) definitely gonna try to keep doing this edit: it's important to note though that i've also been doing fasting which probably contributed to a lot of the weight loss so- i can't guarantee the same results for everyone. don't be disappointed if you didn't get these results!!
@@sandhyaamanandharr7381 hi! i'll try to be as detailed as i can :) so here's all the steps of my diet: 1. eat breakfast at 8 am. i usually have a pretty hearty but also not super unhealthy breakfast. eggs on a couple pieces of toast with some orange juice + occasionally some sausage is my favorite breakfast meal :) 2. skip lunch, fast until 9pm and then have dinner. for dinner honestly it varies depending on what u want but just try to make sure you have a healthy and fulfilling meal that won't leave you feeling hungry after!! one of my faves is boiled chicken with some rice (feel free to season and flavor the rice and chicken however you want) and some steamed veggies (you can salt the veggies if you need to but i just eat them plain haha) 3. try to avoid any snacking and of course drink lots and lots of water. water is the only thing i drink and i try to drink about a gallon everyday :) 4. if you need more nutrients, get some vitamin supplements! i take them everyday following the instructions on the bottle. and that's all! do note though that this won't work as a sustainable/permanent diet, i'm only doing it for a couple months to lose some weight and then i plan to go back to eating my regular 3 meals a day (healthy meals ofc)! i hope this helps!

Day1:it's not that easy did for 15 min(2sets of 2 exercise). But can feel it totally. (Day 1 must go easy not too harsh to urself..)
Day2: sweating complete it already.

@@nicoletagagiu7589 Now I am 81Kg I am not following with consistency. It's like 3-4months I had a gap but as of now the same it's going on INTERMITTENT FASTING and some Basic Excercise and walk(6-7000steps) still goal is needed to achieve its like I have to be 70kg atleast 11Kg more to reduce

Started this workout yesterday.I struggle a bit with the movement, hard to see what is the best pace and my body just won't function right in some weird kinda way. Anyone else struggle with this?
I understand u just dont understand how to to do the exercises properly yet- bend your knees a bit, suck in your stomach (not too much just enough that you feel the pressure in your abs, that's how u engage your core), pull in your chest while breathing in and them breathe out while still keeping the pressure on your abs

I'll do this for at least 10 days and will weigh myself everyday (my weight may also vary depending the amount of water inside my body and how much I ate)

DAY 1: 68.25 kg ✅
I started this and hour after dinner, which was a big mistake cause it hurt my stomach and had to stop at 24:00 and had to slow down a bit. I could clearly feel the tension and pain on my tummy, but at least it's kinda fun to do, the music also helps keeping the rythm.
Tomorrow it would definitely go better and I'll try do this workout twice everyday.
DAY 2: Morning: 67.50 Evening: 67.55 ✅

Did this before eating. For some reasons I can't really feel the tension when doing the first exercise while the ones where you have to move your arms too were kinda intense, although I managed to get used to it. I also had a hard time coordinating the arms.
DAY3: Morning: 67.10 Evening: 67.30 (67.65 after I drank water) ✅

Did this in the morning before breakfast and in the evening few hours after dining. I had a hard time with swinging arms but it's slowly getting less painful. I also walked for 40 minutes in the park.
DAY 4: Morning: 66.70. Evening: 68.25 ✅
Kinda slacked off today so I only did it once. Tomorrow I gotta work harder 💪

I did this once in the evening for 20 minutes and 10 minutes of the leg workout. I have to stop here cause I'm collapsing and sweating like a fountain.

I couldn't exercise because of my headache so I decided to just stretch my limbs and back

I'm not sure how many days have passed, but I think I skipped 10 days and I'll try continue these exercises.
Did it once at 6 pm and stopped at 10:46 cause I'm hungry af. The exercises feel more tiring after stopping for so long

Guys this is not as easy as it looks but yea great workout just wanted to say that your diet affects your weight loss by 80 percentage and the rest 20 by excercise so we gotta pick up a healthy diet with the exercise also if you lose weight too quickly then you might gain it quickly as well so don't starve and do this

@@anc.hovies Ill answer your question :) No you dont have to follow a strict diet. Just eat in portions Breakfast then during the afternoon have a snack i encourage you to have a healthy snack then have lunch then dinner after dinner treat yourself with anything sweet or savoury!! Just eat more healthy and drink lots of water

i did this everyday 2 times per day for a week and lost about an inch and a half off my waist, not bad :) definitely gonna try to keep doing this
edit: it's important to note though that i've also been doing fasting which probably contributed to a lot of the weight loss so- i can't guarantee the same results for everyone. don't be disappointed if you didn't get these results!!

@@sandhyaamanandharr7381 hi! i'll try to be as detailed as i can :) so here's all the steps of my diet:
1. eat breakfast at 8 am. i usually have a pretty hearty but also not super unhealthy breakfast. eggs on a couple pieces of toast with some orange juice + occasionally some sausage is my favorite breakfast meal :)
2. skip lunch, fast until 9pm and then have dinner. for dinner honestly it varies depending on what u want but just try to make sure you have a healthy and fulfilling meal that won't leave you feeling hungry after!! one of my faves is boiled chicken with some rice (feel free to season and flavor the rice and chicken however you want) and some steamed veggies (you can salt the veggies if you need to but i just eat them plain haha)
3. try to avoid any snacking and of course drink lots and lots of water. water is the only thing i drink and i try to drink about a gallon everyday :)
4. if you need more nutrients, get some vitamin supplements! i take them everyday following the instructions on the bottle. and that's all!
do note though that this won't work as a sustainable/permanent diet, i'm only doing it for a couple months to lose some weight and then i plan to go back to eating my regular 3 meals a day (healthy meals ofc)! i hope this helps!
