The first stretch on this video relieved my headaches, mobility issues and shockingly... my tinnitus (ear ringing). I must have had a misalignment for years. I don't want to sound dramatic but this is a miracle-level improvement in my life. I found the key with these stretches is to be gentle and take deep breaths. Keep your posture good all day. Thank you!!

Omg I have to have dissectomy and fusion from c3 to c7,, this is going now for 11 years!!! I had 8 months where my hands and arms just hung with severe muscle atrophy and debilitating pain. Surgeons said if I didn’t do surgery my arms would never move again!!! here I am no surgery and just chiropractic and traction!!! Doc everyone with injury needs to do this it WORKS!!!! My arms are very movable all because of chiro!!! Many surgeons are doing surgeries needlessly, anyone going through neck issues DO CHIROPRACTIC NOT SURGERY!!!!

I felt SO much relief for the first time in such a long time. I'm going to do these daily and see how this effects my work, my mood and my sleep. I suspect it will all greatly improve. Finally. I can even breathe better. I will still be seen by someone but the relief is real and I am so, so very grateful.

Hey there Dr Rowe~ I just want thank you for relieving my pinched nerve on my neck. I tried the technique of loweing the body with the table as the anchor and almost within an hour i felt way better. I had this tingling/pins and needles sensation all over my body for a week, and was wondering what was wrong. Then i realized a correlation with my sore neck and posture. Hello Dr. Michael, don't you think that stretching a contracted muscle risks contracting and irritating it even more? When a muscle contracts it does so to protect itself, shouldn't we instead make shortening movements to relax it and wait for the part to heal itself? Regards.

@8:45 the way you cut after saying "so it wont come back and pretty much whack us in our face" --- as a filmmaker , i know I couldnt resist laughing...and thats happened many times when delivering a line like that. I love THESE techniques and never was taught any of these in PT for my neck injury. Im starting them today. I have trouble with pulling UP but will accomodate all of these to suite what i CAN do. the one with the resistance band looks like the best stretch on earth for neck.

So here's my story about a week ago I was lying in bed and I had this bright idea to pull on my neck in order to stretch the vertebrae. Not due to pain just because, well, I want to see what would happen. The results were fascinating. I felt light headed and all the sudden. I had this really weird taste in my mouth. It wasn't bad a kind of tasted a little salty, At the same time, I'm feeling high so I have a theory behind all this.I believe that toxins getoxins get stored in our vertebrae. And only way to get it out is by decompressing. So I just listen to this entire video. And I did every stretch and it worked incredibly. And I'm very thankful, but anybody who is listening to this or reading this seriously.Try it I feel high even right now.And I did it like ten minutes ago
