The first stretch on this video relieved my headaches, mobility issues and shockingly... my tinnitus (ear ringing). I must have had a misalignment for years. I don't want to sound dramatic but this is a miracle-level improvement in my life. I found the key with these stretches is to be gentle and take deep breaths. Keep your posture good all day. Thank you!!

Omg I have to have dissectomy and fusion from c3 to c7,, this is going now for 11 years!!! I had 8 months where my hands and arms just hung with severe muscle atrophy and debilitating pain. Surgeons said if I didn’t do surgery my arms would never move again!!! here I am no surgery and just chiropractic and traction!!! Doc everyone with injury needs to do this it WORKS!!!! My arms are very movable all because of chiro!!! Many surgeons are doing surgeries needlessly, anyone going through neck issues DO CHIROPRACTIC NOT SURGERY!!!!

The amount of tension that I released was almost euphoric, I swear I got high lol I'm so happy I found this video, thank you!!

Thanks for this great instructional video. a month and a half ago i was doing a workout by Caroline Girvan, sliped a disc doing a ab lift alt twist around c6 - c7, went to the doctor and he just gave me anti inflamitory and muscle relaxers, i went home and wrapped a resistance band around my neck and hung myself till it popped back into place.
This video is a great help for getting and keeping long term help.

Thank you for this video, I've had pain in my neck since I was 12, but I never really knew what to do about it and I'm not a people person either so I don't like going out but this helps so thank you.

Hey there Dr Rowe~ I just want thank you for relieving my pinched nerve on my neck. I tried the technique of loweing the body with the table as the anchor and almost within an hour i felt way better. I had this tingling/pins and needles sensation all over my body for a week, and was wondering what was wrong. Then i realized a correlation with my sore neck and posture. This is probably staring on the phone/work desk for too long. Thank you again!

@Rudolph L Jr Estepa I usually do it before I sleep, let the neck heal up the next morning. Those massage ball and foam rollers also can help to loosen up those tight muscles
