WORLDLY FAITH is a TRAP! This is what BIBLICAL faith produces!

  • Many of us say we believe in the God of the bible and what Jesus did on the cross, but is there a way to know if this is true? Jesus tells us that our actions proceed from our hearts. Both good and bad. Are we lead by the Holy Spirit and do we produce the fruit of the spirit in our lives? If we are really justified by what Jesus did on the cross, we will see fruit from our faith. Faith is required to please God! I pray the Holy Spirit speaks to someone through this message. God bless you greatly!

@@jordanflores2308 Our righteousness comes in never denying what Christ did for us, not what we do for Him. He did it all for us. Matthew 7:21-24, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (These that said Lord Lord, said "We" did all these wonderful works" they were relying on themselves to be saved, instead of the Savior, and Jesus called their works, which were "good", on man's standards, but it was Christs work that saved sinful man. It is why Christ called those wonderful works, works of iniquity) There is a difference between salvation, and sanctification through good works. Jesus died, and according to Paul we are no longer under the "school master" known as The Law.

Beautiful message and so right on. My ex husband and I are pretty new at this, we are both 64 years old. We have lived all these years for ourselves, working hard in the real estate field. We bought the big beautiful house with a gorgeous backyard and pool, 3 car garage with Mountain View’s. It was a very stressful time in my life, on the weekends I cleaned the home, did the laundry and grocery shopping. My ex husband (still my best friend) would work in the yard and clean the pool. Then on Sundays I would cook a big meal and have friends and family over. Then clean up after and go to bed tired. Mondays we would do it all over again. We had become slaves to this home and the big mortgage caused me a lot of stress. We still felt empty. That is when we stopped looking for fulfillment in material things, however it took many more years of searching and finally after over 20 years together we divorced. We both ended up in the same place now, we found our Father and his son our precious redeemer. Thank you Jesus, I now have a peace and joy that I have never had. When I wake up and when I go to bed I have a big smile on my face, I am always singing worship songs in my head. My heart and mind are just filled with gratitude. This gratitude has created a deep burning desire to serve my Father and to help others really live and enjoy life, as it was meant to be. We are being so deceived by this world don’t become a slave by possessions, it’s a trap. Feel joy every day by reading the Bible and talking to your Father. He knew us BEFORE were in our mothers womb. Come home and feel love, peace and joy every day. He cherishes us and talking to us fills his heart with joy. Don’t let it take you this long to find what you were created for. Your life will fall into place for the first time. Love and peace to all. Relationship over Religion for sure!!🙏🏻💕💕💕💕💕😎🌵

What you said is so true. At 54 and only being born again for 2 years, I agree with you, don't wait this long to come to the beautiful life that Jesus Christ offers in Him. I'm done with the possession here on earth but my husband isn't quite there yet. We had to buy a 5th wheel RV to live in with our 9yr old daughter about 3 yrs ago when we lost our home during the pandemic. Even though we're poor we're happier than we've ever been. I have this supernatural joy that I can't explain but I'm always grateful no matter what. It's the kind of joy that can only come from Jesus and I don't ever take it for granted. Living with less is definitely a blessing and I've never seen a hearse towing a U-Haul😉

Thank you so much for this wonderful message; it takes us back to the essence of what being a christian means and involves! My dear brother something supernatural happened to me today regarding this message, I really hope you believe me if I tell you that as I stumbled upon your video and started watching it, I realized in amazement that what I dreamed last night was really a dream from God since in my dream I was at a christian gathering listening to a preacher share a message that I knew came directly from Jesus’s heart; this preacher was a bearded man and instead of being standing on a pulpit he was kind to kneeling on the floor as he preached and all of us listening to him were sitting around him in a big circle, the place was really crowded. As I heard the message the Holy Spirit gave me revelation that this message was the essence of what Jesus wanted from us as his followers . The preacher then went on to pray and sing in tongues and in Hebrew, and I was filled by the Spirit as I was able to join in praising the Lord in tongues too. Then I woke up. The amazing thing is that as soon as I started watching your video this morning I realized that the preacher in my dream was you! It was really you, and it was your message! I cannot really thank you enough for sharing this, and for seeking the Lord and reaching out! God bless you.

❤ A believer from Strong’s concordance is the Greek word pistos: of persons who show themselves faithful in the transaction of business, the execution of commands, or the discharge of official duties. Remember the Lord’s centurion encounter and highlighted Faith? He believed and put that belief into action. For demons, they believe through persistent, functional anti-Christ activity. God’s “Being” as the Great I AM exists as Love and thereby loves. He Acts. If we say I AM (Being-in-Christ) one who lives (be a life-giver or believer) we do as well. Faith at work defines us in society, be it material or spiritual. It is relational, interactive and expressive. The tremendously meaningful last message my Lord/Master/King saved for His disciples was to love one another to identify themselves through action. We know the transformative power of Pentecost from which comes a Book of Acts, not a Book of Salvation. The cross erases sin, works confirms the cross.

  • @TrueSight_333
    @TrueSight_333 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

This should be so straightforward: We are SAVED by grace - nothing else. That is how we are justified and our works have absolutely nothing to do with it. WORKS come from the new man that GOD has birthed by his grace in us. There is NO WAY that the new man is going to produce evil works or leave us exactly the same as we were before our profession of faith - if it does, then we have the demonic kind of faith, which is nothing more than a mental ascent with no new birth involved.
It's impossible not to change when the very core of our desires are changed by the grace God has shown us. We cannot change our hearts - that is strictly God's providence and it cannot be manufactured. People may be able to clean up their act, but if there is no new life inside, they will be the same person they always were, with the same desires to please the flesh as they always had and any thought of God or what he thinks, remains just that - a thought. Only the Spirit of God can transform the heart, and therefore, produce the good works that we are saved unto (Ephesians 2:10). When you're in love, you WILL do whatever it takes to please the one you love - you can't help it! It's not burdensome, it's not sweating by your brow, it's the natural disposition of your heart to show a person you're in love with how much you love them.
We may falter in our walk with God from time to time, because we are still flesh on the outside but that desire to know, to please and to serve Jesus that comes from the new man on the inside, will never go away.

Not just to his almighty kingdom, but to peace, love, and safety all being under his wing. Even on your darkest days. Even when you fail him. Even when all seems lost. He is the I AM. He is our king. He is always with you holding onto you. No matter how dark the valley of the shadow of death may seem. His light breaks through all and everything. He created all and everything. He is with you always loving you ever so perfectly. Wanting us so deeply and purely. Our king. Our creator. The alpha and the omega. The beginning and the end. Let us bow to him. Remember forgive everyone. For the reason we are truly all equal. Is the fact that we all are sinners. We all are not worthy of his love. For just because you see someone on their bad day. Lucky for them they don't have to see us on our bad days. Let us come together and praise his almighty name.

Think of it like this. “Works that are produced by being justified apart from works.” If God were to justify you without works, expecting nothing in return, what might happen? Well, you might experience love for the first time. You might never be afraid of death again. You might have some joy. You might finally understand kindness. And maybe, just maybe, you would begin to love others in the same way, expecting nothing in return.
Religion teaches us to do work for God to please God. Work to be justified. What does God say? Without faith it is impossible to please God. To him who works not, but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness.
You must understand salvation as a free gift in order to experience God’s love. Otherwise you will never love others the way God created you in Christ Jesus to love them.
If I have to work for my salvation then nothing I do would be done in love, but out of selfishness to save myself. God is a genius. Trust in His salvation. God loves you expecting nothing in return. Love others expecting nothing in return.

What has been lost in the American church is that we are called to repent, and obey JESUS as LORD. 1st John says "by this we know that we know HIM, if we keep HIS commands." The implication of that is, if you don't obey HIM you don't know HIM. If you don't know HIM you aren't saved. JESUS is saying the same thing James is saying in Matt 7:21, and the 4 warning parables of Matt 24 and 25.

Exactly, nothing to boast about afterwards, but OSAS crowd will still call it a work and accuse you of being selfrighteous and trying to work your way into heaven. Full faith means you believe everything scriptures says including how God literally tells us that when faced with temptation, he will make a way for us to overcome and triumph over sin. To be fully set free from the bondage of sin. Having full faith in Phillipians 4:13 does not make one selfrighteous. We should obey Christ out of gratefulness alone for what he has done for us on the cross. Everyone downplaying obedience or calling it a work is doing damage and is misleading many. Obedience is key. @sebastianwehler3218 2 Corinthians 5:21 literally says Christ became sin for us...
The old sinful self is no more? Has your flesh died already? It must still be alive if you're able to comment on here. Since we're still bound to these old corrupt bodies of flesh until the day of redemption we will still sin...God has already judged our flesh back in Genesis...all our thoughts and imaginations are only evil all the time there is not one who is righteous no not one...He's not given us a new sinless heart yet...each day is a struggle and we choose whether to walk in the spirit or according to the flesh...seriously can anyone prove this nonsense about the difference between our heart and mind? We either believe something or we don't...its a choice of the will affected by the Spirit.
I agree obedience is key but the main thing is that we obey God by trusting in Christs righteousness alone to justify us before God for salvation. Once we rest in Christ in full assurance as God's beloved children then grace teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and walk soberly righteously and godly in this present world. I agree most people who claim to be Christian probably are not....mainly because the true gospel is not being preached in today's churches...

When your faith is true you will change and do the work of your father. We’re saved by faith alone, but the works come after the faith. Jesus Christ is real and has changed my life. Never felt him as a kid or my 20’s-30’s, but he was always there! I’d have been dead or in prison by now. I can show his hands in every step of my life over the past 8-10 years. Otherwise, we will go down the slippery slope of workbase salvation, like the Catholics and the Muslims. All I have to do is think of the thief that was crucified along Christ, and he was saved by his confession of Jesus as a son of God when he said “remember me when you come to your kingdom.” And Jesus answered “truly you will be with me in the kingdom today” the thief didn’t do anything other than confessing and putting his faith in Christ in the second he had left of life.

If all believers already hated evil as a result of salvation, then why does Paul tell believers in Romans 12:9 to "Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good"? Paul is only talking to saved people here because we see in Romans 12:4-5 - "For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another." So someone having been eternally redeemed by Jesus, doesn't mean that they'll naturally start loving and doing good works. Titus 3:5-8 is another example where saved believers might not be careful to maintain good works. Once Saved Always Saved is true, Free Grace Theology is true.

Jesus says in John 3:6-7 -> "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." Jesus says in John 6:63 says "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Philippians 3:20-21 say "For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." 1 John 3:9 says "Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God."
So it's clear from scripture that when a person believes in Jesus to be saved, their Spirit is born again, never commits sin, but their flesh is still vile and needs to be changed to be like Jesus' glorious body in the future. 1 Corinthians 15:50-57 is a good passage that shows our flesh is corrupted with sin still after being Spiritually saved; flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God.

Jesus gave us an example in His words in Matthew 25:35-40.
for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.
Another example is the story of the good samaritan. Luke 10:29-37.
In our works show the fruit of the Spirit; love, compassion, kindness, forgiveness.
One word of caution, we are to do it with gladness in our hearts, not grudgingly.

    Hi Glasshouse, Can I ask you specifically, in regards to;
    James 2:
“21. Was not Abraham our father justified *BY* works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
    22. Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and *BY* works was faith made perfect?
    24. Ye see then how that *BY WORKS* a man is justified, and *NOT by FAITH ONLY.*
    25. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified *BY* works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
I'm truly not seeing anything about "by a faith that works". I'm seeing "by works", and "not by faith only".
Since you feel that in this passage James is talking about being justified specifically *before God* to the *free gift of eternal life* and *God's imputed righteousness,* can you give a quick description of the works you did in order that you would receive that justification?

    • @jordanflores2308

James was writing to believers who were being double-minded and not living in accordance with what they professed to believe. We can look into History to see that this is the case. Good hermeneutics require us to look at the context by the intended, i.e. Why is James writing this letter, who is James writing to, and what is the setting in that era, this gives us clarity as to what the author is saying.
20 Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works; 23 and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”-and he was called a friend of God. 24 You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. 25 And in the same way was not also Rahab the prostitute justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? 26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.
      Jas 2:20-26.
I think what is truly telling about what James is saying is in two words "foolish" in Greek is κενός-Kenos, which means "Empty". James is calling these double-minded believers "empty". In verse 22. Faith was active along with his works, and faith was "completed" or in the Greek τελειόω-Teleioo, some of the senses are "bring to its goal" or "accomplish"
The proof of Abraham's belief was accomplished in the act that he did, Abraham's faith was active and not "empty" like the double-minded believers James was writing to.
9 When they came to the place of which God had told him, Abraham built the altar there and laid the wood in order and bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.
      , Ge 22:9.
Every step of the way Abraham believed/had faith/trusted in the Lord. Genuine faith is continued trust in what Christ has done for us, not only are we justified through Him but we are now heirs according to the promise, we are no longer second-class citizens because of Christ's sacrifice. What does Paul tell us to do with this knowledge?
4 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
      Eph 4:1-3.
Paul echoes this by saying, let what you do weigh as much as what you know. Walk in accordance with what you know. This is our confidence. It is an active faith.
      God bless.

Of course I want people to live in accordance with what they say the believe, but my question is about the application of this verse with regards to eternal life and God's imputed righteousness - salvation.
      "Genuine faith" isn't a term I can find in my Bible anywhere, so the way it's defined by this or that person is an opportunity to import things (potentially false) into the scripture that doesn't say and gets tricky. Again, I don't see anything here that says "justified by a type of faith that works" as many try to make it say - This passage clearly says and emphasizes numerous times the justification here is *BY works, and NOT faith only* - so again;
Since GlassHouse feels that in this passage James is talking about being justified specifically *before God to the free gift of eternal life* and *God's imputed righteousness,* if he can give a quick description of the works he did in order that he would receive that justification, that's my question I'm hoping he can answer.

      1. James is clearly making a distinction between types of "faith" James 2:14 and the type of "faith" that Abraham had. What are these two types of faith?
      2. I hear this term/phrase used all the time "James is talking about profitable faith", but nobody ever elaborates on the phrase like its something everyone is supposed to understand, can you give any clear insight as to what this means?

I'm gonna make this as simple as possible for you all. When someone believes in Jesus but then literally loves their sins more than Jesus and keeps on sinning willfully and doesnt even bother one bit to change their sinful ways, is 100% not saved. There are many christians who are struggling with sin yes, but wanting to change (renewed mind), crying out to God for help, but there are also those who literally use Christ and his grace with the kind of mindset thinking "i am forgiven no matter what i do, so now i can sin as much as i want, fully enjoy it and never lose salvation no matter what", and im sorry but those kind of christians (which are many) are not saved whatsoever. Their minds are as far removed from Christ and his teachings as it possibly gets. They are not one of His. You simply cannot love the world and sin more than Jesus and the truth.
Cannot serve two masters. Such a person's belief is DEAD and does NOT get to call themselves born again. True born again believers cannot go on sinning (1 John 3:9). If thats not a reality in one's life at the very least in your mind, you are not saved in the slightest. It is the Holy Spirit convicting you whenever you fall back into sin. Those who feel no conviction whatsoever, the HS is not even with them. If you believe in Jesus, by defintion you agree with him and everything he said. If you dont start hating sin the same way he does, your mind is not even aligned with him. Pure mental assent, not truly believing the truth how sin is bad and leads to death, not actual faith. Just abusing grace as a license to sin to feel comfortable and for being able to sleep well at night while knee deep in sin and fully enjoying it. Those kind of folks are not saved whatsoever. Make no mistake about it folks. 1 John 2:4 testifies against them. Food for thought.

People get mixed up with the flesh and the spirit. The wages sin pays is death and James is talking about the flesh , sins are not of the spirit.1 John 3: 9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin.
James :2 is talking about the flesh James 2:4 What doth it profit, my brethren,(flesh) though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?(flesh)15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,(flesh)16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; not withstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body;(flesh) what doth it profit?(flesh)17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 26 For as the body (flesh) without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead(to the flesh) also.
It is NOT a works-based salvation. We are saved by grace alone, through faith, alone, and the evidence of this saving faith is a lifestyle of righteousness." Okay ,so how are we made righteous ? Romans 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 5:19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
Notice we are made righteous ! Repentance of sin while we are under grace is NOT biblical, and is in fact a dangerous heresy. Where does it say repent from sin in scripture ? Repent means to turn away from an action ,to change ones mine. In the case of the Jews they have to stop thinking that sacrifices atone for their sin and that Jesus paid for all sin. we shouldn't sin and only Jesus can truly set us free from habitual sin but we still have a sinful nature .

If we can do anything to save us, then Jesus died for nothing. IT is to pervert the gospel of grace and believe we are save by what we do or do not do. Galatians 2:21. I do not void the grace of God, for if righteousness come by the law, the Christ is dead in vain.
Romans 6:23 For the penalty of sin, is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus finished work on the cross plus nothing. It is His one blood sacrifice that covers us from all sin forever. Romans 4:5-8 But to him that worketh not, but BELIEVETH on Him who justifieth the UNGODLY, his faith is counted for His perfect righteousness. Just as David describeth the blessedness of the man to whom the Lord IMPUTETH righteousness, APART FROM WORKKS. Romans 11:6. Blessed is the man who sins are covered, blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not IMPUTE sin.
Jesus paid our sin debt in full on the cross. John 3:18 Believers can no longer be condemned, but UNBELIEVERS are condemned already because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God.
Acts 16:31. Faith apart from works. John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that BELIEVETH on me HATH EVERLASTING LIFE. John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that ALL that SEETH the Son, and BELIEVETH on Him, may have everlasting life.
Ephesians 2:8-9. For by grace ye are saved, THROUGH FAITH, and that not of your selves, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS, LEST ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST. Romans 3:26-28.
Jesus did all the saving we are going to get. Man can do nothing to save himself. Galatians 1:16
Roman 5:19-21 Where sin abounds, grace much more abounds. Romans 11:6. All grace, no works. If it was by works then it would no longer be grace.
You cannot live under two systems, law and grace. One work would cancel grace. The gospel has always been by grace. Romans 4:2-3. For is Abraham were justified by works, he would have something to glory in, but not before God. Abraham was justified by FAITH 430 years before Moses gave the law. John 5:24

Thats not what James is saying. James is saying faith is dead without works. It more has to do with a light being put on a candle stick, not under a bushel. Shine a light already in you. Its Christ who is the Light, not you. and he is spread to the hearts of men by giving of the gospel. Then HE does a work in men. its like this. If I am saved and yet tell no one of the GOOD NEWS that saved me. then my faith dies with me. I am saved but it ends with me. If I don't shine that light by telling others about Christ, then it dies with me. Obedience does not save people. My faith cannot save anyone, nor can my Works. It's a Gift given by God as we come into faith threw belief of His Son. If I tell no one the good news, I'm still saved but it ends with me. get it. Same gospel as Paul and everyone else in scripture. People misuse this verse ALL the time. Works salvationists Love James. You cannot Judge a man's Spiritual security by His works. Someone saved will usually have a change of heart and it will show, but Works of the person has NO BARING on rather or not they are saved or not. And I can Give several examples of this. But the Most compelling is given by Christ HIMSELF and the man on the cross next to him. This man Was NAILED to a cross. NEVER AGAIN to do ANY physical good work. And we know he did not do any good work before this. Because he was facing capital punishment by Breaking the LAW. Yet threw belief in who Christ was, His faith was given, and He was saved. Paul Himself said, He was PERFECT in the Law, but the Law did not save HIM. I can literally go on and on. Judas would have been seen as one of the apostles (healing and even doing miracles). to everyone else, he was one of the twelve. yet we all know what happened to him. He had faith in God, he was a Jew. They all had faith in God. they just did not believe in the son and therefore had carnal faith not Spiritual Faith given by God in Spirit of truth of who Christ is. I like the message but explaining James wrong only becomes a stumbling block to people who think they need to help God save them by doing something. It's just wrong. I explain this in my video a little clearer. Look we have a bible that tracks Gods chosen people who were obedient to the faith, to fulfill God will and ushered in His son and Plan for all things. but don't think their obedience is what saved them, but because of their obedience Christ came and fulfilled all things. God was saving people outside this line of chosen men too. we only have the stories of those men who God USED because of their obedience. Your saved by Grace threw faith. PERIOD. Without this CHOSEN line of people Who God is still using to usher in the anti Christ and fulfillment of end times, then Jesus would not be able to fulfill HIS WORK. (He will then deal with the Jew and bring them into belief and saving faith after the rapture of the church). God needed them to be stiff-necked and still does to fulfill all things. obedience has Nothing to do with salvation, because if it did than we would need to be PERFECT even the Jew and we know we can't because we all die and LOSE our body, we don't keep it like Christ did (him being the only Perfect one). Paul makes this VERY clear when he has a meeting with the peter and the other Jews, who also thought gentiles need to follow the Law of Moses to be righteous. Paul said NOPE

Another video incorrectly understanding what James 2 means. This teaching fails to understand the possibility of saved believers living by the flesh such as the saved believers of Corinthians, and they were chastised for it, rather than being condemned as not actually being saved due to lack of works by faith.
Faith without works is dead..it means it’s useless to help your neighbor, especially if you have what they need, but fail to give it. It doesn’t mean you’re not saved, but you aren’t walking in the Spirit.
“What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him?”
What good is it? Nothing, it’s useless, but it’s still faith, one is still saved. Also, what is “saved” in reference to? Salvation? Certainly not, since we know to be saved is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The only proof that a person is saved is that they believe the testimony that God has given concerning His son and believed Jesus paid for their sins and was raised for our justification. Our own works have absolutely no part in the justification equation whatsoever. The fact that people say by necessity we must have works to prove our salvation means exactly the same thing as saying we are saved by our own works...I don't know why people can't grasp this simple concept.
