  • Can we be honest with ourselves today? What are you really seeking after? Comfort? Affirmation? Knowledge? Do we actually desire truth? These things take some soul searching and analyzing. A good old-fashioned "heart check." I hope this brings some clarity if you're struggling in this area. The grace of God is incredible, and He truly desires growth and maturity in Christ. There is SO MUCH MORE available in Him!

Religion is structured familiarity, faith comes from within and is honest. Some think going to church is all you need

@@bobs8005 similar to a piece of wisdom i learned through my mother that my grandfather often gave: it waa never ABOUT the churches. true church is good, even God encourages congregation, but I haven't been confronted ever with evidence that one must go to a church to be with God. im fact, He said otherwise himself. Good morning brother, my wife and I have recently discovered your channels, and we have fallen in love with your content. So many of your videos are confirming so many things in our hearts that we are seeing and that we see ourselves becoming as far as the kind of followers of Jesus we need to be. Thank you so much for this video it Julie spoke to me.
I was lukewarm for so many years and one year ago the Lord truly changed my heart. He completely stripped away my addiction to pornography and drinking and now I am the father and husband that I always decided to be all because of Jesus. He put such a new fire in love for his word and for others in my heart that I can’t contain it. I have been reading the Bible every single day For over a year and just soaking it in, I’m not perfect and nowhere near where I would like to be as his follower, but his grace is sufficient. I have discovered that I love reading his word and it has become a passion for me when the Holy Spirit speaks to you and you understand what the word of God says I can easily read for 3 to 4 hours at a time just from the excitement of what he shows me ha ha please keep the videos coming brother you are absolutely amazing and a blessing to myself and my wife. Thank you so much 👊🏼💪🏼🔥🙌🏼

We will be persecuted by the world, because the world rejects Jesus and the Father. Satan is ruling the world, if you have any doubt look at the world and our entertainment industry, it’s difficult for me as a Christian to watch regular television or any movies that come out of Hollywood. Because we stand for the Father and his son, the world rejects and persecutes us as they did Jesus. But what an honor to stand for God and his son. May I always stand strong. All the lasting good things come from our Father, love, family, children, nature, animals. He is all that is good. May Gods love and righteousness find all who humble themselves and seek him. 💕💕🙏🏻😎🌵

There is a desperate desire and consuming need to know Him, feel his Presence with us and seek his will for us and not our own. It can be extremely painful even which can make you question everything you know. It is then you must push back against doubt and fear.

The light is shining on the church right now. The truth is there is only one teacher that is not false. And yes, how childish are we if we believe that teachers cannot be deceived. We want to make them the villains because they have a responsibility but how responsible can one be if they are blinded by deception that is so good. After all they are just humans too.

The grieving part is witnessing just how many have fallen into false doctrine, and don't even recognize it... Why? Because they don't study the Word with the RIGHT TEACHER. We will always hear two voices, but Jesus knows who we will follow. Watching others follow the voice of the stranger is heartbreaking. ... The passage you cited has been given to me after much anguish and weeping ... Yes, ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth ... and it says WHY. It can be a lonely walk, and this is why you are so refreshing... we are bereans.

Well, this question has been bothering me for a few months now. Maybe you can help me out.
Can a Christian continue to bounce back & forth between submitting to the flesh & submitting to the Spirit? Or will they always submit to the Spirit? For example, I don’t think watching a football game is a desire of the Spirit. It sounds harmless but isn’t it still a desire of the flesh? How are we supposed to deal with this kind of thing without becoming legalistic Pharisees? Is it okay to watch football or should we all eventually come to a place where we no longer desire that? If our flesh has been crucified & we are living by the Spirit why do we still desire to do things like watch football? I’m not saying I am incapable of cutting things like this out of my life, but is it necessary? Should we be teaching others to cut out their hobbies that serve no purpose?
      Thanks.

I know of persecution, I was persecuted since the beginning, and I am still persecuted. Most of persecution comes from modern pharisees, modern biggots, and I learned to flee from people who refuse the truth. We grow and learn everyday, it is the normal christian life. We cannot earn eternal life, but our Father is pleased when we walk in the Spirit and abide in Christ. Remember that faith is given to each according to the measure of Christ's gift.

What's keeping many believers from maturing is that they don't want to spend the time necessary to forge their own relationship with God. Instead, everything they know is from TH-cam personalities (no offense intended), and in the process, they bypass a real relationship with God. This is a lesson I learned a long time ago. Listening to messages is great, but we MUST have our own relationship with the Lord! The same issue exists with the countless number of TH-cam "prophets" - people will not endure the waiting and the silence involved with hearing God for THEMSELVES - so they aren't able to discern the false from the real because they don't know the voice of the Lord for THEMSELVES.
It's a serious problem that goes along with the microwave Christianity we have in America. We want a word from God NOW - we go to TH-cam. We want a revelation of this or that passage NOW - we go to TH-cam. We live off of other people's walks with God and the things THEY gleaned from time with the Father. So in the end, we have a relationship with God vicariously through other people and that's never going to work. This is why sadly, so many believers are biblically illiterate - they only know what someone else has told them.

    • @Daisy_3500
      @Daisy_3500 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Agree with all you said. We need to have a personal relationship with God in order for our faith to really grow & when we see the hope he offers us for the future we would really learn to appreciate all that he has done & continues to do for us. We do need to put in the work of getting personal with God with our bibles.

Here is a question I’ve been wrestling with for a few months now. How am I to focus on anything other than doing what is expected of me for me to not go to hell? Matter-of-fact, how am I not to be entirely consumed with fear and terror of whether or not I am saved? If the Bible calls us to do so many more things besides worrying about salvation, how am I supposed to do that when whenever I look down, all I see is this very hot very permanent pit of fire that I am indescribably terrified of, and consumes my every waking moment of thought.

We're saved by grace thru faith and not of works lest any man should boast it is the free gift of God! You need to understand your salvation is based on Christs righteousness and not your own... consider your old sinful flesh as crucified with Christ...and know you're a new creature now born of spirit. Dont let the accuser steal your crown and keep you bound in fear and condemnation. Renew your mind and grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus and what is His glorious inheritance in the saints! I recommend reading Romans Galatians Colossians ephesians repeatedly until you fully see the truth that you are completely free in Christ...He wants you filled with full assurance peace & joy! 🙏✝️

Not to make light of the situation, but I am going to reference Futurama here.
There is a scene where Bender is trying to rebuke robot Satan telling him that he can’t tempt him. Robot Satan makes an offer and Bender comments, I forgot that you can tempt me with things I want…
That is how these things happen. Satan knows our secret heart almost as well as God, and he WILL use it against us. That is why you need to love God with all your heart mind and soul, because if anything else is in competition for your love, Satan will use it, and he is quite good at what he does.

Excellent approach. Seeking truth. My theology, perspective and relationship with Father, Son and Spirit has been transformed in the past 5 or 6 years because of this very thing.
It seems to me that from what little I have heard from your channel that you are not open to the truth and have settled into a closed mode.
When I was exposed to Trinitarian inclusion theology that the first century church believed it was transforming. Realizing that the plan of Father, Son and Spirit, from before time began was to bring their entire creation into relationship and fellowship with them is very liberating.
You mentioned hyper grace. I don't know what your understanding or definition of it is, but it must be quite different than my experience.
I know many people that have been set free and transformed by the hyper grace (hyperperisseuō) of God. Every one that I have personally encountered has become more godly and exhibited more consistent and greater fruit of the Spirit.
Knowing that everyone is a child (offspring) of God changes the way that one views non believers.
Scripture begins to all fit together into the ultimate theme of God's redemption and restoration.
Scripture like: as in Adam all die, so in Christ, all are made alive, or every tongue will gladly and voluntarily confess Jesus Christ as Lord. Scripture like: we are all the offspring of God and in Him we live and move and have our being. Paul spoke that to pagans. Scripture that speaks of the restoration of all things.
Interesting that I think you quoted Jn 14:6 where Jesus said: "I am the way the truth and the life and NO ONE comes to the Father except through Me". I was pondering that recently and Jesus said: " not long after I said those words, I fulfilled them". He took every human being (past present and future) into Himself and we were all crucified with Him and we were all resurrected with Him. We were (past tense) redeemed, justified, reconciled and born again by His blood, HIs death, and His resurrection. That is the objective truth. Absolutely no argument there.
The subjective experience of that truth will be realized by every human being whether in this age or the ages to come. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess.
Interesting fact: There is no time constraint, no cutoff, not even death, for a person to come to repentance and enter into the truth that has already been accomplished from before time began.
A lot to digest, but if you truly are seeking the truth, you will see it. If you don't see it quickly, at least you cannot refute it without causing error or contradiction or twisting of interpretation in scriptures. Blessings in your journey into truth.

Gonna be honest. I actually strengthen my faith by listening to Atheists and unbelievers. Here's how:
They present arguments against the Bible and Christianity. And they are valid arguments. Some verses appear to contradict others, some say things that sound outrageous. But they present them as an "own" or a "gotcha" argument, and say "that's why the Bible is fiction, case closed" and refuse to investigate the true meaning of the passages in question. So I take it upon myself to explore the meaning of those passages. I learn the real meaning, rather than the narrow-minded perspective they internalized.
For example, I learn that with the "contradictions", every single time it's because of a translation issue. It was taken from a word in Hebrew or whatever its original language and it had multiple meaning. When you learn the meaning of that word, you understand how it fits, and it's not contradictory at all. Or sometimes there are verses that really make God seem unfair, like Romans 9, verses about God hardening one's heart, then sending them to hell for them having a heart that He hardened. But again, if you look up the translation and see what the original text said, you'll see that it actually means God is allowing them to harden their own hearts by no longer attempting to lead them to the truth after constantly rejecting Him.
Unbelievers and scoffers have actually helped my faith grow in their attempts to tear it down. And if that isn't delicious irony, I don't know what is.

It was the only thing I knew until I went to an Apostolic church and after a few weeks of study the Bible for myself, I realized I was not taught what the Bible said on Baptism and how it should be done. I won't go into detail on my interpretation. I will just say to read the book of Acts and pray about it and if you see the truth in God's word for yourself, follow it. Don't let man's teachings lead your away from the truth in God's word.

Both are biblical according to scripture. If you are saved and not baptised you should be baptised. Jesus was baptised so we should also. Baptism doesnt save usually but on rare occurances it can happen but its majorly after you are saved. Hope this helps. ♥

The word Gospel means “good news”. It’s pretty important to understand that. The Bible is not a book that tells us what we have to do to earn salvation, it is a book that tells us what God did to earn our salvation. What he did was send Jesus. Jesus did for us what we could never do for ourselves and he paid for what we had done in his body on the cross. God created human beings and intended for them to be ruling creatures. We were supposed to be under God but over everything else. We were supposed to rule over creation under the guidance and authority of God’s Word and to function as conduits for all the blessings of heaven. That’s how it was supposed to be, but unfortunately, the Bible tells the story of how our first parents, Adam and Eve, fell into sin by choosing to rebel against God’s Word in order to become autonomous ruling creatures. Basically, they wanted to be gods unto themselves, deciding good and evil. From that point on, humanity has been on a downward spiral moving further and further away from God and our original design and glory. The heart of the Gospel is the Good News that Jesus has come as God in the flesh and has obeyed God perfectly and has therefore won the right to all the blessings God originally intended to give to men and women. Furthermore, through his sacrificial death on the cross, he has paid the debt that we owed to God for disobeying his commands. There is therefore no need anymore for us to hide from God. In Jesus, we can come home and we can be restored. The climax of the Gospel is the great news that he rose from the dead and ascended into heaven where he now intercedes on our behalf. He gives the Holy Spirit to all his people and he slowly but surely, changes our hearts, reforms our desires and teaches us how to be the children of God we were always intended to be. For now, Jesus remains in heaven, changing the world one person at a time, but one day he will return and judge the world in righteousness. He will remove from this world all sin and all causes of sin and he will restore the cosmos to a state of peace, prosperity and flourishing and all those who have received him as their Lord and Savior will participate in his rule forever. The eventual new heaven & earth

❤ @glasshousetv Received an angry response from a devoted fan of the Chosen. Therefore timely to hear from the Holy Spirit about deviation adjustment. The exists no gap between Spirit and Spirit, only Spirit and Flesh. To daily engage in an active Kingdom life or Heaven equals willful obedience through Holy Spirit direction. Our Lord on earth appeared to contradict Scripture and offend religious scholars who knew their OT Law. He reminded them that the Spirit of the Law preempted the letter, like doing good on the Sabbath. The greatest means of being known by Him? Active listening and obedience especially when it appears at a surface level to challenge our current understanding. Such was the obedience of Abraham. The fan aforementioned loved watching the series, having a little Christian fun and felt the wide-gate warning in Mathew 7 only dealt with the unsaved. They need no warning. It is the very elect that needs protection from deception. We cannot stand still when Jesus calls to follow, a costly and sacrificial path. Yes, grow close by working for and with Him and not by reading or listening to the works of others.

I want to clarify that true free grace does not condone sinful lifestyles or not say we shouldn't do good works once we are saved!. I think you're getting the wrong idea from your experience at that particular church where everyone was running around in sin completely in the flesh. I bet anything that the true gospel was not being preached there and therefore the majority of those people were not even saved! The grace of God teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and walk soberly righteously and godly in this present world! The sheep are getting beaten and starved of truth in these apostate churches that are not even fit to be called churches. Now it is clear from scripture we were saved unto good works...we definitely should work after we're saved! Free gracers do speak of resting in Jesus and abiding in Him...that only means we are to trust our salvation is secure in Christ thru faith and not of works. Then from that place of being baptized into Christs death then we serve Him in newness of spirit...it is not an effort of our flesh but Christ working thru us...works of the flesh are wood hay and stubble and will be burned up. Only works done thru the spirit will last. People do not listen long enough to understand what we actually believe! We talk about not working a lot I know...but that is only to counter the rampant erroneous teachings of the works salvationists who think their works are required for justification before God in any way. Again to be certain we totally believe that a Christian should work after they are saved! We're to put off the old man of corrupt flesh and walk in the spirit. Entering the narrow gate is only referring to justification by faith and becoming a child of God...that part is only difficult for people who will not give up their religious pride and submit to Christs righteousness alone...they go about trying to establish a righteousness of their own to be justified before God. God tells us to "strive" to enter His rest and we do that by ceasing from our own works and abiding in Christ. Again this is only speaking of works for justification...now after we're saved then it's about what's commonly called "decipleship"...now yes we agree that is hard at times...its hard to put the deeds of the flesh to death...its hard when we're persecuted for our faith...there's a battle for our minds spirit vs flesh thats hard...its hard to be isolated and alone in our knowledge of the truth...anyway I hope this helps clarify what free grace actually believes.

Yes, it is very odd to me that people keep saying “free grace hyper grace teaches you can sin all you want with no consequences” because I’ve yet to hear anyone preaching that. I really want to see a reference or preacher called out by name who teaches this every time someone makes this claim. If you aren’t trusting in grace though because you reject that idea, then by default you’re trusting in works. There’s no way around that so we can never say “grace is of the devil” which you are very close to doing when you start condemning “free grace, hyper grace.” For example, many use the name Jesus to promote their false religion. Does that mean the name Jesus is now a bad name??

God has called most of us out of todays church's because of the rampant apostasy...nobody I personally know could stomach 10 minutes in one of those seeker friendly abominations they have nowadays...people need to differentiate between what we're talking about and those places. We are focused on Jesus as our life & endeavoring to walk in the spirit and serve one another in love as God's children and ambassadors of reconciliation to the world!

@beatriceasfeld8999 You're welcome!...now understand Jesus set us at complete liberty...we are set free from sin & bondage to sin and the law so we can serve Him in newness of spirit...we do not have to go to church correct...After we are secure on the foundation of justification thru faith we should do good works and it is very beneficial to have fellowship with true believers so we can encourage each other in our faith...and to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus together. Now our challenge is to find others who believe and teach correct doctrine. Most churches today have a false corrupt gospel. I'd say it's better to not go to church than to go to one that is in error...the main indicator is their statement of faith and if they believe a works gospel...my recommendation is to find a good grace community online first to begin with so that way you can immediately begin to connect with others and learn what to look for and what to avoid...(I actually just watched a good vid on how to find a good church!)...you can explore my favorites on here (to find good grace channels) or contact me thru the info on my profile to help you get started.
