**This is a friendly reminder:** If your belly looks larger, heavier, more bloated even after exercising, do not worry. This is normal, if you started working out or if you're ruturning after a long break. Your body is repairing the small tears in the muscles/tissues by sending extra fluids, which results in the apperence of a larger belly. Do not worry and keep going, your body will get used to it.
keeping track of my progress Day 1: the burn was surreal. Day 2: the burn was still there, but i thugged it out Day 3: i was excited to work out today! the burn was still there, but i worked out with my grandma so her smile helped a bunch :) Day 4: major major burn today, but at the end i felt a very light Day 5: the workout didn't hurt as much but of course the burn was still there. im seeing a small difference in my stomach and waist, but its only day 5 so we outta keep going to see more. Day 6: before i started the workout i noticed that my core felt extremely tight. (i believe thats a good thing) the workout still burn of course but muscle memory had my back today. I notice that my stomach is a bit more flat and the waistline curve is coming in :) Day 7: it felt pretty good actually, and i can see a pending two pack! waist is getting more noticeable :) Day 8: yall my two pack looks so cute! i was a little bit sore but the results are coming in good :) Day 9: SKINNY SKINNY SKINYYYYYYYY. the morning skinny is hitting different. doing the workout wasn't even all that hard either i felt extremely light! Day 10: do this workout immediately! my waste looks too good and stomach has gotten much flatter. gonna do this for a couple more weeks :)
I do her little “small waist workout” videos like at least 3 times a week and let me tell you I’ve lost 20 pounds. EAting healthy was also a big part of this journey:)

Okay imma do this for 10 days once or twice Measurements- Height- 5’8 Weight- 61 kgs Waist- 27 inches Day 1: ✅ did it once, the 5 excercise killed me but i completed it! Day 2: ✅ i did this once and the other lilly abs workout, my neck is done, i could feel the burn in my abs! I have a question (if you want to answer) is the width of your waist smaller than the width of your lower belly, because that’s kind what I’m thinking of going for- if it is smaller than your lower belly, by how much (if your comfortable with saying of course). I’m really confused because I heard an workouts can make your waist wider bc your building muscles, but I wanna try this.
@@kavyamathur6190if you look in the mirror and look to the sides of your stomach you should see 2 indents. Those 2 indents Tell you where your waist it and everything below the waits is hips/lower belly and everything above the waits is upper stomach so to answer your question yes the waist should be a bit small than your lower stomach unless it’s not how you chose for your workout results 😊
I am starting this at a waist size of 65 cm and a hip size of 79 cm so I will let u know once I do 5 days (also this is at night so I am anlittle bloated)

I’m doing this workout combined with the 5 min flat belly workout: Day 1: it was difficult half way through but the plank calmed it down. It felt so quick I love that. Still painful on core at exercise 5 Day 2: I see faint results and my stomach burns but the workout was sorta relaxing but exercise 5 rlly hurt. Day 3: results haven’t changed much but it’s still a difference, exercises are little easier Day:4 little bit thinner and workout is less painful 😀 Day 5: I was sick so I skipped Day 6 : sick Day 7 : still sick but results are still there Day 8: core on fire

I’ve also done some research and found that this workout isn’t the best method for me PERSONALLY!! I’d say this work out is to target more of your fat on your waist to make it slimmer however I don’t have that much fat on my waist i am looking to make it smaller. my progress bc im boutta forget it all: day 1: i really felt the burn, i struggled to hold the positions often but thats ok, hopefully i'll improve more. i really love how short and sweet this is, it makes me really motivated to do it. I used to do Chloe Ting workouts but her workout challenges are so long and tiring and really unmotivating. I enjoyed this so much more and am really excited to do it again tomorrow! day 2: felt great, still burning like hell today tho. day 3: not as much burn! i think my body is finally getting used to the workout. not noticing any shape change yet but thats ok! it's onyl day 3. day 4: i'm starting to get used to this and now it feels great, still not noticing much change but thats ok! I'm trying to eat a little better so that helps me see more difference. day 5: i forgot to fill it in when i did it (yesterday) but it was really good, easy to do! day 6: if im being honest i want to work out today, i kinda just wanted to sit in bed and cry bcs life and im on my period. But we pushed through and it was good, now please excuse me while i go lie down in my bed. day 7: feeling great! decided to start doing Lilly's lost fat in 7 days workout with this so we'll see how that goes. day 8: once again i wanted to lay in bed and cry, this time bc i had maths homework that i have to do after this BUT i did it. day 9: second last day baby! feeling fabulous!!!!!!! (i got my maths hw done, very happy about that. i did cry tho cuz i hate maths) day 10: I did it! I feel great about this, I actually have noticed some results which is great! Ok so I’m going to try this workout 2. Measurements: Waist - 71.3 cm Day 1: 😫✅ did it but used 1 modification Day 2: ✅ done but I still had to use a modification for one exercise but I promise I will try to do that exercise without modification later, after I get used to the workout🤝 Day 3:✅ did it. Yassss. I tried to do that exercise without modification, but that try took only 20 seconds, but step by step some day I’’ll do that exercise 😌❤️ Day 4:✅. What can I say.... today I BURNEEEED 🔥🔥🥵. And guess who did that exercise without modification😁. I don’t think I did that exercise very correctly, but it is one step forward that I did it without modification. And if you didn't know every person reacts differently from vaccines, so what if I did the workout and I would have felt ill. So do you really think that doing a workout is more important that your health (like in general )? BTW I DONT DENY THE FACT THAT WORKING OUT IS BETTER FOR US THAN JUST EATING CHIPS AND SITTING ON THE SOFA, but I don't think that it is better in this case. Oh and think I might know what you want to say with you comment. You maybe want to say that I'm lazy or maybe this is an exuse to skip workouting or maybe even a lie???. But you if you really think that then you're so wrong. Because I workout like 2,5 hours a day (1.5h I just workout, do exercises and the other 1 hour I run). First day doing this. Please remind me to come back, I promise I'll keep you updated💖 Waist: 76 cm/29.9 inches Day 1: ✅ Pain, pain and much more pain. Day 2:✅ Much more pain than yesterday, but not so difficult. Day 3: ⚠Edit: Ok, forget it. I got sick and skipped a few days, so I'm going to start over again. Day 1.0:✅ I feel INCREDIBLY sore, but somehow...good. It's a weird feeling. Day 2.0:✅ Not that hard but still a little sore (I really reccomend doing a little bit of stretching before exercising and some yoga after it, it helps A LOT❤). Day 3.0:✅ It was easier, but still hurting. Day 4.0:✅ The burn focused on the waist zone much more than other days but disappeared from the rest of my body...I hope I'm doing it right😓. Day 5:✅ It wasn't as hard as other days, the burn still focused on the waist zone but I'm starting to actually see a difference in my waist. Day 6:✅ Not much to say, just easier than yesterday. Day 7:✅ The change in my waits is very notorious to me.
@@hyunjinshalalwife8007 My waist changed very much, but I stopped doing the exercises for 2 weeks and the definition I gained dissapeared a little. Basically, it works very well but remember to do it (at least) 2 or 3 times a week when you finish the 7 day challenge😊

Waist measurement before: 24.5 inches or 62.5 cm Starting weight: 107.8 I’m going to do this for 10 days (in a row) Wish me luck! 🥳 Day 1: ✅super super sore but I work my abs a lot so it wasn’t too bad, my neck really hurts 😕. drank 84oz of water and ate fairly healthy (except for some pancakes tehe) Day 2: ✅hurt a bit less to day, my neck kills from those heel touches. i look a bit more toned but that’s just because I work out in the morning so I haven’t eaten much. Drank 96oz of water but ate like crap so my stomach hurt Day 3: ✅ hurt a lot today, I wasn’t sore or anything I think I’m just tired and really didn’t want to workout today. My abs lot a little bit more defined oh the sides, my waist looks the same. Drank 72 oz of water and ate like 800 calories worth of donuts 🤭 Day 4: ✅ it was very difficult today, I got my Covid vaccine and my body was killing me, ate insanely healthy today and drank 72 oz of water, I also did another workout (not an ab workout) Day 5: ❌ felt like actual ass today, I promised someone I would do something for them so I was super busy all day and when I finally had a chance to workout, I felt super unmotivated and sad. Didn’t restrict certain foods today and drank 96oz of water. I feel guilty for not working out so I might do it twice tomorrow. Day 6: ✅✅ did it twice today, my abs look more defined, especially on the outer part of my upper abs, waist looks the same. Ate lots of protein and drank 96 oz of water. On top on this workout, I did another 30 min workout (legs, abs, and hips.) Day 7: ✅ it was super easy today, my waist still looks the same but my abs look defined 💪 ate like I would normally (no diet) and drank 84 oz of water. Day 8:✅ could barely do it today, I did another workout before (not abs) and then this one and I could barely move 🥵 ate like four cookies but whatever lol. Drank 96oz of water. :) Day 9: ✅ super easy today, my neck never fails to hurt during the heel taps tho. ate like I would without restrictions and drank 72 oz of water. Day 10: ✅ last day 🥳 it is way easier compared to when I started this workout. I’m so proud of myself! I ate pretty bad and drank 60 oz of water, but that’s okay lol. Final measurements: 24.2 inches or 61.2 cms (Weight didn’t change, if anything I gained a bit lol- probably just from not bothering to do my whole workout routine but maybe just from eating brownies 😋) Final thoughts: I totally have abs when I first wake up in the morning (I’m not bloated lol) buttttt when it’s around noon, I just look like I have a fairly flat stomach (which is great btw!) my waist was pretty small in the beginning but I have a kinda wide rib cage (compared to the rest of my body)... which is why I wanted to do this workout, but unfortunately, my waist didn’t get as much smaller as I was expecting. But, this workout did an amazing job considering it’s only five minutes! If you want a smaller waist, try stomach vacuums 👏👏👏!!!! they work great in just a week. They work the muscles behind your abs, which is a muscle that you don’t work when you do regular exercises. If you’re interested you should totally check it out!

I've been doing this workout for almost 2 months now and my waist/stomach is so tiny! I went from a 28 inch waist to 23!! Ofc eating changes those measurements but still! And girls please please pleasee remember to take days off from working out! I didn't start getting real results until I started taking days off. I will say patience is key, it's been 2 months and I'm just now able to see the lining along my stomach without flexing. But push through and have fun! You guys got this!

alright i'm going to doooo this!! 2 weeks let's go starting waist measurement: 22.5 inches day 1: done day 2: done (today hurt SO bad omg haha) day 3: didn't do it (i had a 2.5h colorguard practice and my whole body burned so badly) day 4: done (I'm already seeing a difference; my waist looks a bit more defined and my ab lines are coming back!!) day 5: done day 6: done day 7: done day 8: done (technically did this day 9 because i finished it at almost 1:40 am haha) day 9: done (today burned the worst out of all days ughhh. here's to getting my abs back though) day 10: done day 11: done day 12: done day 13: done day 14: done day 15: done (decided to do another day, since i missed day 3. will update tomorrow morning aha) day 16: so i'm going to be honest. this didn't shrink my waist much (i was a 22.3 this morning). kinda disappointed but i'm glad i did this workout nonetheless! my ab lines DID come back though so i'm really happy about that :) UPDATE: (august 26) my waist is back up to 22.7 in, I've been doing veryyyy heavy core workouts because I'm in colorguard, and we're very focused on the abs and thighs haha.

My brother leaves to boot camp Saturday the 24th 2022 and me and I decided to start working out to better myself, make myself feels confident, and show him I’m going to be okay with him with me anymore. It’s been emotional for me, but I’m determined to make him and myself proud. When i see him again at his graduation I hope to show him just how far i’ve come. ok im gonna try and do this for 10 day im currently a 26” day 1: that was fricken hard Andy abs burned and i could barely do 2 of them day 2: y’all it was so much better today, I could actually do all the exercises and my abs burned but it felt so good!! day 3: this burn felt so good oh my, guys i have a feeling this is gonna lose me like 2-3 inches, the more I do it, the less it hurts, I did it twice, I’m obsessed day 4: i did it twice again today, im completing all of the exercises well and my stomach looks a lot better, y’all gotta try this day 5: did it twice, didn’t stop during any of the exercises at all! day 6: did it twice, didn’t stop! better have a smaller waist in two weeks!! day 7: did it twice w/out stopping! my core feels tighter! i am going to continue this for at least two weeks! day 8: y’all i am sweaty sweaty, ok so I was trying on swim swim suits today and i noticed that my waist looks SO SO SO much better it’s crazy. this was before my workout right now. y’all this works, do it, I’m so close to 25” or maybe even at 25” already oh and I did it twice w out stopping day 9: felt rlly good, I tried on a pair of 25” shorts yesterday, they fit bit kinda tight, so we are very close

i did this workout a while ago but i did every day through out summer 2021 and i lost 5 kg and 7 inches off my waist. i did this with the 5 min flat stomach one .lilly has changed my life literally
Hey guys I’ve been doing this workout about 10 days, and absolutely I can see a big difference. I didn’t go on a diet or anything thing , but because of Ramadan I feel it helped (it’s a month of fasting for muslims). Tysm Lilly for these wonderful workouts🩵 Hey again, I advise you all to do her workouts, I lost abt 2 kilos and Im really happy with that and the results are amazing.(flat stomach,energy,loosing weight)……….it’s all because of her wonderful workouts. About now Im doing these workouts “lower ABS fat loss in 7 days” + “lose fat lower belly in 14 days” . And I play volleyball so I think the training also give a huge help. that was amazing!! i really felt the burn, thank you :) i’ll try to update. day 1: starting at 27 inches, it felt amazing. i’m not gonna measure again until after i’m done with the 10 days. day 2: felt the burn! it was good, forgot to update yesterday, currently doing day 3 :) day 3: amazing, ugh i love this workout day 4: i can kind of see a difference! i feel less bloated. today felt easier but also harder since i really put a lot of effort into it and took maybe like 2 5 second breaks, i’m proud of myself. i almost didn’t do it but my friend yelled at me to go workout and not get unmotivated so that’s good, props to her. :) day 5: done! i struggled a bit with the plank, which i usually never do, but my waist already feels sm smaller omg. i almost gave up today, but i told myself i don’t want to break a 4 day streak, so i did it. :) okay see you tomorrow day 6: okay going to be honest, today was especially hard for me, i wore these nice leggings with a tank top that really shaped my body well, so it inspired me to work out, as i felt good and i was looking forward to working out, so i don’t know why, i think it was because i ate a really big dinner, plus working out for 6 days straight makes you kind of sore. i felt like giving up half way through, but i reminded myself of why i started and kept pushing. hoping that tomorrow will be better! i’m gonna try to get up early and exercise! day 7: the workout is definitely getting easier for me, i still feel the burn though. this is the longest i’ve lasted in any 10 day+ challenges i’m so proud of myself. i also didn’t feel like giving up! i’m starting to see results so that motivates me a lot, plus i’m eating healthier now :) day 8: lol! forgot to workout so i’m doing it at 2:48 am :) workout was hard today, not sure why. i was really struggling with the plank lmao, but i’m proud of myself for going on for this long! 10 days is almost up :) day 9: day 9 baby!! okay just finished feels great, tomorrow’s the last day but i’m probably going to keep doing this for more than 10 days :) i’m also gonna try to eat healthier day 10: ok so i never completed day 10 but i do want to say this workout made me feel amazing about myself, though my waist didn’t get smaller, as it takes longer than 10 days to do so, i definitely looked more toned, and my core overall became stronger! highly recommend this, stay committed and do it for more than 10 days to see actual results :)) stay motivated, i did this, you can do this as well
Just started this and can’t wait to see where it gets me! Ill post updates!! Day 1: OH MY GOD my abs are on fire! Did this one twice with a 10 minute break and it killed me! Can’t wait to see my progress 💛 Day 2: my abs were still sore from yesterdays workout and i wanted to quit halfway through but i kept going! Super tired now lol Day 3: i was exited today for this work out! I don’t see any results yet (which is expected but i can feel a bit skinnier! Also i love that this is 5 minutes because I’m a busy bee so i can’t do 20 minute workout so it was really good today!! Day 4: not super sore from yesterday’s workout but this one still burned! Im starting to feel a bit stronger! Day 5: again not really sore from yesterday! Workouts are becoming a bit easier and i think im loosing a bit of fat!! Day 6: was pretty sore today! But my abs are feeling a lot harder now! And my waist is slimming down a bit! Day 7: woo my abs are really strong! Planning on doing this 10 days to maximize my results! Day 8: not really seeing a slimmer waist but my abs are solid! There are different results for everyone! For example with me i got stronger abs whereas others may have gotten smaller waists! Alright guys, I’ve been doing her workouts for the past idk… 4 months and I lost 16 pounds! So I challenged my self to do 1000 Bicycle crunches! And I did it so I go in the living room as happy as a clam to tell my mom, and then once I told her she makes this face. And she goes “that’s to many” And guys I’m so proud of my self and I go “but I’ve been working months and months…” “Yeah well it’s to many even if you have been working months and months” And guys that literally killed my excitement… But I didn’t stop. So the story of this is don’t let anyone say you can’t do anything you put your time and effort into Or tell you it’s to much or to many 🌝 (I’m 12 sorry if it’s not that encouraging) but thank you for reading this! ❤️
I will share it so i don't stop it Day 1: It was a bit hard, took my time but finished. Day 2: I felt the burn doing the routine, had to stop a few times but finished. (I can see my abdomen line a bit more now) Day 3: I was able to do the exercises more fluidly, still felt a lot the burn but made it. Day 4: It was so nice to do it today, was burning, but could finish it all. Day 5: I finished all the exercises well, still feeling the burn and i'm starting to see results!! Day 6: The exercises don't feel too hard anymore, i still feel the burn every time i do them, but it's working. Day 7: I took 2 days off, cause i was not feeling well, but i'm back and did the exercisee. Day 8: I was a bit sore, but made it well, still burning. Day 9: I can see my waist smaller and the exercise was easy to do.

i’ve been doing this workout for a while now, never stayed consistent and i always gave up but, i’ve always noticed the most difference with this workout. i’ve been doing it for 5 days now and you can tell slight difference on my body, i have less back fat and my waist does look smaller. remember to stay consistent and that results won’t always come the same times other peoples do! ❤

205 isn't necessarily a bad weight, your weight depends on a lot of things like muscle and water mass! Let's focus on lifting ourselves up instead of bringing our current selves down :)) btw I have a comment where I'm starting to do this workout for 2 weeks, we can do this together!

I really felt that, I was sore from yesterday so it was a bit harder but the workout went by fast! It’s definitely working!! Day 3: DONE! The workout went by so fast but I could definitely feel that born, it feels so nice to stretch my stomach afterwards. DAY 4: DONE! The workout was so much easier and I wasn’t sore from yesterday!! Feeling amazing. AND OMFG, IM NOW 27 INCHES IN THE WAIST AND 30 INCHES IN MY LOWER STOMACH, MY STOMACH IS ALSO SO MUCH MORE TONED Day 5: Done! Im a trans male with PCOS, so it’s a lot harder to lose weight and stay motivated when I try to diet and exercise but not really lose anything. I’m gonna be trying this out cause I’ve been in need of making a change, Ill be keeping a little journal here so you call can read it if you want, but it’s also just to help motivate myself! Day one: just got done, wow it hurt and I couldn’t really move much due to how much weight I have atm, but I kept going and got through it! It burned, a lot, and my head kind of hurts, but I’m staying hydrated and I’ll be back at it again tomorrow and from now on, so better get used to it :) Day two: just got done, that hurt a lot more than it did yesterday, my body isn’t used to it but I feel good now that it’s over! It burns and I ache, I’m really proud of myself that I did it today! My head doesn’t hurt this time!

I’m going to be doing this for 2 weeks so wish me luck! Day 1- IT BURNS!!! I felt it in my core, I did stop multiple times bc I wasn’t prepared for it to be that intense. But I did complete it so now we will wait for tomorrow :) I’m also pairing this workout with a celamarr lower ab workout and some other quick ones. It was still very hard stopped only a couple times but I wasn’t sore… Day 3- DAY 3 BABYYY today I didn’t stop as much and the workouts weren’t as hard as before going to keep on pushing and make it for these two weeks!

I just started a challenge to see how much my body can change in 15 days. I'm doing 5 of Lily's shorter workout in a row, where the total is only 28 minutes long. This one is 3/5 and here are my measurements at the beginning: Waist: 71cm Belly (button): 77cm Belly (lower): 89cm day1:✅ day2:✅ day3:✅ day4:✅ day5:✅ day6:✅ day7:✅ day8:✅ day9:✅ so today is my 9th day but I was almost not doing the exercises because I measured myself to see if I have any process but almost nothing changed. maybe a cm, if all :/ this makes me sad because I also walked 10k steps every day, quit any sugar/processed food, no sodas or anything like it, and did IF (ate only between 12 and 5.30pm). Let get healthy together loves!!! Day 1: BRUTAL!! My core was BURNING! The good burn though! Had to take a few breaks to breath and relax, but overall I loved how fast and intense this workout was! Excited for the next 9 days! Day 2: The movements of the workout felt easier but since my core was sore I took a few more breaks today. Still loving the burn! YK WHAT TIME IT IS.. IM GONNA KEEP TRACK. day 1: there’s a bit of a burn… I was yelping 😔 day 2: the first round still burns but when I do it the second time it doesn’t burn AS bad. day 3: woke up and looked in the mirror and i think i see a tiny different to my waist? the waistline is coming in! and i also think my core strength has gotten better :) day 4: again i already see a teeny tiny difference in my waist :) and the exercises felt a bit easier to do, the burn was still there but it’s definitely better day 5: once again a bit easier to do. my stomach seems flatter and my core is a bit tighter now🙌🙌 day 6: again getting a bit easier and easier to do. i see a bit more of the waistline day 7: it seems that I have more core strength and its tighter now! My waist line is looking better as well day 8: burn was still there but at the end of the workout i didnt feel as tired as i would the other days. i feel a bit stronger and im a bit more toned day 9: the work out flew by surprisingly quickly today, seems less difficult overall. my stomach is definitely way flatter now! day 10: WOOO FINAL DAY. The workout was SO much easier to do and there was less of a burn/the burn came in later in the workout. I always see the best result in the morning so i’ll update again next morning but yeah I think overall i’m stronger now too the morning after: the results are good! my stomach is SO much flatter and waist is looking better. I think i’ll try doing it for a bit longer and update once in a while. I also recommend watching what you eat while doing this workout for the best results.

Day 1: the burn was surreal.
Day 2: the burn was still there, but i thugged it out
Day 3: i was excited to work out today! the burn was still there, but i worked out with my grandma so her smile helped a bunch :)
Day 4: major major burn today, but at the end i felt a very light
Day 5: the workout didn't hurt as much but of course the burn was still there. im seeing a small difference in my stomach and waist, but its only day 5 so we outta keep going to see more.
Day 6: before i started the workout i noticed that my core felt extremely tight. (i believe thats a good thing) the workout still burn of course but muscle memory had my back today. I notice that my stomach is a bit more flat and the waistline curve is coming in :)
Day 7: it felt pretty good actually, and i can see a pending two pack! waist is getting more noticeable :)
Day 8: yall my two pack looks so cute! i was a little bit sore but the results are coming in good :)
Day 9: SKINNY SKINNY SKINYYYYYYYY. the morning skinny is hitting different. doing the workout wasn't even all that hard either i felt extremely light!

I have a question (if you want to answer) is the width of your waist smaller than the width of your lower belly, because that’s kind what I’m thinking of going for- if it is smaller than your lower belly, by how much (if your comfortable with saying of course). I’m really confused because I heard an workouts can make your waist wider bc your building muscles, but I wanna try this.

Those 2 indents Tell you where your waist it and everything below the waits is hips/lower belly and everything above the waits is upper stomach so to answer your question yes the waist should be a bit small than your lower stomach unless it’s not how you chose for your workout results 😊

Day 1: it was difficult half way through but the plank calmed it down. It felt so quick I love that. Still painful on core at exercise 5
Day 2: I see faint results and my stomach burns but the workout was sorta relaxing but exercise 5 rlly hurt.
Day 3: results haven’t changed much but it’s still a difference, exercises are little easier
Day:4 little bit thinner and workout is less painful 😀
Day 5: I was sick so I skipped
Day 6 : sick

Heyyy sorry for not updating i’ve been really sick and not up to working out. I’ve also done some research and found that this workout isn’t the best method for me PERSONALLY!! I’d say this work out is to target more of your fat on your waist to make it slimmer however I don’t have that much fat on my waist i am looking to make it smaller. Knowing this i thought that i should stop doing this and focus more on vacuums which will target more of what I want. Best of luck to all of you doing this workout 🥳🥳

my progress bc im boutta forget it all:
day 1: i really felt the burn, i struggled to hold the positions often but thats ok, hopefully i'll improve more. i really love how short and sweet this is, it makes me really motivated to do it. I used to do Chloe Ting workouts but her workout challenges are so long and tiring and really unmotivating. I enjoyed this so much more and am really excited to do it again tomorrow!
day 2: felt great, still burning like hell today tho.
day 3: not as much burn! i think my body is finally getting used to the workout. not noticing any shape change yet but thats ok! it's onyl day 3.

Day 1: ✅super super sore but I work my abs a lot so it wasn’t too bad, my neck really hurts 😕. drank 84oz of water and ate fairly healthy (except for some pancakes tehe)
Day 2: ✅hurt a bit less to day, my neck kills from those heel touches. i look a bit more toned but that’s just because I work out in the morning so I haven’t eaten much. Drank 96oz of water but ate like crap so my stomach hurt
Day 3: ✅ hurt a lot today, I wasn’t sore or anything I think I’m just tired and really didn’t want to workout today. My abs lot a little bit more defined oh the sides, my waist looks the same. Drank 72 oz of water and ate like 800 calories worth of donuts 🤭
Day 4: ✅ it was very difficult today, I got my Covid vaccine and my body was killing me, ate insanely healthy today and drank 72 oz of water, I also did another workout (not an ab workout)
Day 5: ❌ felt like actual ass today, I promised someone I would do something for them so I was super busy all day and when I finally had a chance to workout, I felt super unmotivated and sad. Didn’t restrict certain foods today and drank 96oz of water. I feel guilty for not working out so I might do it twice tomorrow.
Day 6: ✅✅ did it twice today, my abs look more defined, especially on the outer part of my upper abs, waist looks the same. Ate lots of protein and drank 96 oz of water. On top on this workout, I did another 30 min workout (legs, abs, and hips.)
Day 7: ✅ it was super easy today, my waist still looks the same but my abs look defined 💪 ate like I would normally (no diet) and drank 84 oz of water.
Day 8:✅ could barely do it today, I did another workout before (not abs) and then this one and I could barely move 🥵 ate like four cookies but whatever lol. Drank 96oz of water. :)
Day 9: ✅ super easy today, my neck never fails to hurt during the heel taps tho. ate like I would without restrictions and drank 72 oz of water.
Day 10: ✅ last day 🥳 it is way easier compared to when I started this workout. I’m so proud of myself! I ate pretty bad and drank 60 oz of water, but that’s okay lol.
Final measurements: 24.2 inches or 61.2 cms
(Weight didn’t change, if anything I gained a bit lol- probably just from not bothering to do my whole workout routine but maybe just from eating brownies 😋)
Final thoughts: I totally have abs when I first wake up in the morning (I’m not bloated lol) buttttt when it’s around noon, I just look like I have a fairly flat stomach (which is great btw!) my waist was pretty small in the beginning but I have a kinda wide rib cage (compared to the rest of my body)... which is why I wanted to do this workout, but unfortunately, my waist didn’t get as much smaller as I was expecting. But, this workout did an amazing job considering it’s only five minutes!
If you want a smaller waist, try stomach vacuums 👏👏👏!!!! they work great in just a week. They work the muscles behind your abs, which is a muscle that you don’t work when you do regular exercises. If you’re interested you should totally check it out!

I've been doing this workout for almost 2 months now and my waist/stomach is so tiny! I went from a 28 inch waist to 23!! Ofc eating changes those measurements but still! And girls please please pleasee remember to take days off from working out! I didn't start getting real results until I started taking days off. I will say patience is key, it's been 2 months and I'm just now able to see the lining along my stomach without flexing. But push through and have fun! You guys got this!

day 6: okay going to be honest, today was especially hard for me, i wore these nice leggings with a tank top that really shaped my body well, so it inspired me to work out, as i felt good and i was looking forward to working out, so i don’t know why, i think it was because i ate a really big dinner, plus working out for 6 days straight makes you kind of sore. i felt like giving up half way through, but i reminded myself of why i started and kept pushing. hoping that tomorrow will be better! i’m gonna try to get up early and exercise!
day 7: the workout is definitely getting easier for me, i still feel the burn though. this is the longest i’ve lasted in any 10 day+ challenges i’m so proud of myself. i also didn’t feel like giving up! i’m starting to see results so that motivates me a lot, plus i’m eating healthier now :)
day 8: lol! forgot to workout so i’m doing it at 2:48 am :) workout was hard today, not sure why. i was really struggling with the plank lmao, but i’m proud of myself for going on for this long! 10 days is almost up :)

Day 1: OH MY GOD my abs are on fire! Did this one twice with a 10 minute break and it killed me! Can’t wait to see my progress 💛
Day 2: my abs were still sore from yesterdays workout and i wanted to quit halfway through but i kept going! Super tired now lol
Day 3: i was exited today for this work out! I don’t see any results yet (which is expected but i can feel a bit skinnier! Also i love that this is 5 minutes because I’m a busy bee so i can’t do 20 minute workout so it was really good today!!
Day 4: not super sore from yesterday’s workout but this one still burned! Im starting to feel a bit stronger!
Day 5: again not really sore from yesterday! Workouts are becoming a bit easier and i think im loosing a bit of fat!!
Day 6: was pretty sore today! But my abs are feeling a lot harder now! And my waist is slimming down a bit!
Day 7: woo my abs are really strong! Planning on doing this 10 days to maximize my results!
Day 8: not really seeing a slimmer waist but my abs are solid! There are different results for everyone! For example with me i got stronger abs whereas others may have gotten smaller waists!
Day 9: I MISSED TODAY 😭 so im going to do a few rounds on day 10 and continue for more then 10 days
Day 10: i honestly can already see results. My waist is slimmer and my abs are tighter but im doing this more times!

day 3: my morning skinny looked a lot better! but the workout for me was a lot easier and i wasn’t super tired towards the end

Day 20: a lot easier and the time flew by so fast, I ate more than half a pizza and an ice cream but still I’m proud of myself, also I’m a bit bloated but yeah✅
Day 21 I added an abs workout 10 minutes and this workout is harder today, but I can see my stomach forking abs and waist is more hourglass like.✅
Day 22: easier but I ate so much candy and chips yesterday I need to control myself but it’s hard, anyway I can feel my abs burn so hard and overall can see a big result (2 cm)already but let’s keep going✅
Day 23: so much easier the workout is more like a warm up now cause I added another abs workout, I also checked before and now results and that was a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! I’ve done this workout for 23 days and the other workout for 6 days and the difference was so unexpected and I have an hourglass body now but still a bit fat so I’m gonna keep going✅
Day 24: I can’t believe how easy this workout has gotten I can do it without getting sweaty and I love it✅
Day 25: this is so easy now I can do it without getting sweaty and I feel sometimes it’s too easy but I’ll get doing it for a little more✅
Day 26: a bit harder cause I got my period and it’s a bit uncomfortable and I’m bloated but still it was way more fun and easy and the time flew by so fast✅
Day 27: today was a little harder and that’s cause I’m on my period but I can still see my waist being a lot more snatched✅
Day 28: I’m pretty bloated but I can feel like it’s working ✅
Day 29: so much easier and time flew by so fast but I ate a chocolate bar yesterday ✅
Day 30: no big changes today but easier ✅
Day 31: so much easier and better but I ate a lot of candy yesterday ✅

Day 33: I felt the burn so much and i felt like my stomach was super tight but the workout was easy✅

Alright guys, I’ve been doing her workouts for the past idk… 4 months and I lost 16 pounds!
So I challenged my self to do 1000 Bicycle crunches!
And I did it so I go in the living room as happy as a clam to tell my mom, and then once I told her she makes this face.
And she goes “that’s to many”
And guys I’m so proud of my self and I go “but I’ve been working months and months…”
“Yeah well it’s to many even if you have been working months and months”
And guys that literally killed my excitement…
But I didn’t stop.

Day 1: It was a bit hard, took my time but finished.
Day 2: I felt the burn doing the routine, had to stop a few times but finished. (I can see my abdomen line a bit more now)
Day 3: I was able to do the exercises more fluidly, still felt a lot the burn but made it.
Day 4: It was so nice to do it today, was burning, but could finish it all.
Day 5: I finished all the exercises well, still feeling the burn and i'm starting to see results!!
Day 6: The exercises don't feel too hard anymore, i still feel the burn every time i do them, but it's working.
Day 7: I took 2 days off, cause i was not feeling well, but i'm back and did the exercisee.
Day 8: I was a bit sore, but made it well, still burning.
Day 9: I can see my waist smaller and the exercise was easy to do.
I love this workout, Im going to update every day !

i’ve been doing this workout for a while now, never stayed consistent and i always gave up but, i’ve always noticed the most difference with this workout. i’ve been doing it for 5 days now and you can tell slight difference on my body, i have less back fat and my waist does look smaller. remember to stay consistent and that results won’t always come the same times other peoples do! ❤

Day 1: I was a bit tired because of the other workouts but I did all of the exercise, those 5 minutes destroyed me

Day 6: I did the work ut and the exercises felt easier
Day 7: I did all of the exercises with no problems

Im a trans male with PCOS, so it’s a lot harder to lose weight and stay motivated when I try to diet and exercise but not really lose anything. I’m gonna be trying this out cause I’ve been in need of making a change, Ill be keeping a little journal here so you call can read it if you want, but it’s also just to help motivate myself!
Day one: just got done, wow it hurt and I couldn’t really move much due to how much weight I have atm, but I kept going and got through it! It burned, a lot, and my head kind of hurts, but I’m staying hydrated and I’ll be back at it again tomorrow and from now on, so better get used to it :)
Day two: just got done, that hurt a lot more than it did yesterday, my body isn’t used to it but I feel good now that it’s over! It burns and I ache, I’m really proud of myself that I did it today! My head doesn’t hurt this time!

Day 1- IT BURNS!!! I felt it in my core, I did stop multiple times bc I wasn’t prepared for it to be that intense. But I did complete it so now we will wait for tomorrow :) I’m also pairing this workout with a celamarr lower ab workout and some other quick ones. This is an amazing workout tho and I’m feeling pretty hopeful for this one! Lilly Sabri never fails :)
Day 2- completed! It was still very hard stopped only a couple times but I wasn’t sore…

I've been doing this workout for 10 days now but I see no change.
Nothing is happening
So I’m leaving for VC late March and starting this workout Jan 3. (Updating hopefully every weekday!!)
Day 1: ✅ not as bad as I thought
Day 2: ✅ I’m doing all of these on my bed, I hope that doesn’t take away from anything 😅
Day 3: ✅ I’ve sweat in places I didn’t know sweat 😭
Day 4: ✅ getting easier
Day 5: ❌ mentally couldn’t get myself to exercise
Day 6: ✅ ready to keep going
Day 7: ✅ doneee
Okay literally when I want to workout lily is the only woman I trust bc of her motivation and positive illl never stop working out lily changed my life.
doing this for 10 days !!! ( also doing the choke ting abs in 2 weeks 10 min workout)

day 1: ✅girl this hurt so bad. I was struggling I had to pause multiple times and was doing breathing excersices, I’m gonna definitely start stretching b4 this bc I was not ready at all. This 5 minutes was hell.
day 2: ✅definitely easier but still so hard, I still have to pause at some moments bc this burns so bad. im trying my best to hope to see results. I took a video b4 this to see the before results and after.
day 3:✅ I see improvemts this is very internes but I love how it’s short
day 4: ✅ completed but this burnsss
day 5: ❌ since I didn’t complete this I’m now going to be doing this for 2 weeks
day 6: ✅ hate thisss but love it, definitely challenges me but I feel the burn oml. I still need to take 5 second breaks from time to time

Day 1: BRUTAL!! My core was BURNING! The good burn though! Had to take a few breaks to breath and relax, but overall I loved how fast and intense this workout was! Excited for the next 9 days!
Day 2: The movements of the workout felt easier but since my core was sore I took a few more breaks today. Still loving the burn! On another note, my lumbar spine is very sore today, the rotating sit ups will definitely need to be a movement my body needs time to work on!!!

I've struggled with depression for years and I am really trying to look good the right way, but its been so much easier for me to just not eat at all for a while, and then just eat very little when I absolutely have to... I could use as much encouragement to get this right as possible
Dont give up!! I literally cry doing this workout sometimes because i just feel like im never going to have results. Be patient and hard working, that's the trick. She really changed me. Thank you lilly

Day 1: the burn was real but i got through it!
Measurements: Waist; 35 in
Diet: Ate out for breakfast and ate a bagel for lunch 😅didn’t eat dinner (drank not recommended amount of water, but some and drank a soda)
Day 2: didn’t finish 🥲
Day 3: Did it twice to make up for the previous missed day. First time was a little less difficult than before but still felt the burn. The second time i barely finished it lol.
Measurements: Waist; 35 in
Diet: Not healthy 😅 had egg for breakfast/lunch and pizza for dinner and not a lot of water today.
Note: in the morning i went for a run and played some basketball too.

Gonna do this every day for 10 days!
Day 1: workouts 3-5 were the hardest! but I love the burn and I love how short yet effective this feels!
Day 2: feeling good! I can already see my ab muscles engaging as I do the workouts!
Day 3: done! feeling good it lowkey went by fast today!
Day 4: all done, feeling sore from the past days
Day 5: done! my upper abs are poking and the full outline of my upper and lower abs is noticeable!
Day 6: I feel the burn! today I felt lazy but decided to pull through since I've came so far!
Day 7: got to exercise 4 and stopped too tired

day 1: felt such a good burn and core felt really tight, i did this 9pm and was very bloated from everything i ate
day 2: OKAY THAT BURN FELT AMAZING. the workout felt a little bit harder today, but my bloating has already gone down by a lot my core is feeling AMAZING.
day 3: i think i am already seeing slight results! im bloating a lot less and my core is feeling really good.
day 4: woah my core was on fire, i also just want to say i did alot more exercise today as i had trampolining for an hour and then did a slimmer thigh workout+ a lower stomach fat one also by lilly so im very proud as i have pushed myself a lot today! im so happy that tomorrow i will be halfway through! i dont think ive ever gotten this far before as i normally get too lazy but im not and im so proud of myself! :)
day 5: HALFWAY THROUGH YES!! today my core really burnt but it went away quicker, i hope that means something is happening, im definitely noticing changes in my stomach!!
day 6: im not really feeling a burn in my lower stomach, but thats okay because i do still feel a burn :) i can tell my stomach has gotten flatter :)))
day 7:WOAH THAT BURN WAS SO GOOD! my stomach has got alot flatter. i looked at a photo of myself from late january and can see a huge difference!
day 8: TWO DAYS LEFT!!
all i can say is that my night time bloat now looks like how my morning skinny used to look and my morning skinny basically gives me a flat stomach, i can slightly see a line for abs to come so im rly excited. i am seeing alot more definition aswell!
day 9 : ONE MORE DAY NOW OMG!! i did a lot of exercise today as well as this so i am very proud. i have kept in a calorie deficit throughout this by the way❤️
day 10: COMPLETED! i have seen results, and my stomach has gotten alot flatter. i was really tired today and felt sick but i still pushed through. whoever says working out in one area to loose weight is a MYTH is wrong because this has worked so well for me and im so proud of myself for doing the full 10 days

Day 1: I did it, some werent hard but some really burned.
Day 2: I barely did it LOL i can do the last one so i just stay in a plank for a minute.
Day 3: Kinda got the hang of it, idrk.

Started yesterday.. I died
Going to do this for two weeks
Day one-✅ my abs were on fire
Day two-✅ did twice it was ten minutes of pain, for some reason i have so much difficulty doing the fifth exercise so i just do russian twists instead
Day three-✅ did twice, it killed but i ate quite a bit of junk food today so it made me feel better doing the workouts and i can see a slight change
Day four- ✅ did twice and honestly it wasn't that bad and it didnt even hurt my core that much, i want to say i can see some slight results?
Day five- ❌ I missed it i was so ill
Day six- ✅ did twice it didnt even burn that much this time round, its not obvious but my stomach is toning up
Day seven- ✅ i did this twice again did burn but not that much in the aftermath, im trying to be realistic about the results and its not very obvious but my waist it slimming up and my stomachs toning up. i will be honest though i expected to see some better results but there is quite a bit of difference and im happy
Day eight- ❌ missed today i was so busy but ill try make up for it. i can honestly see some difference, my waist is slimming up and my morning skinny is slightly better
Day nine-❌ i missed it today i was so busy but oh my god the difference is insane i feel like you need rest days once in a while because the difference is more obvious, my waist is looking so good and i can see my stomach toning up
Day ten(i think?????)- ✅ did three times to make up for missed days, the exercises are so much easier to do now
Day eleven- ✅ did twice, my waist has slimmed SO MUCH, i feel like if you eat healthier(ive sort of been trying to?) and try to cut down on sugar then you'll see better results faster
Day twelve- ✅ did twice actually becoming happy with my figure
I stopped doing this but the difference was INSANE my waist actually became quite slim and the abs were starting to form, making my stomach tone up. I'll try start doing this again for another two weeks.

I dont think that i have ever felt muscle pain like this before lol. As someone who has NEVER worked out before, this is entirely new to me, i HARDLY made it through and did have to take a few second rest during one of the segments, overall i feel pretty ok! c u tmrw!!

day 1: there’s a bit of a burn… I was yelping 😔
day 2: the first round still burns but when I do it the second time it doesn’t burn AS bad.
day 3: woke up and looked in the mirror and i think i see a tiny different to my waist? the waistline is coming in! and i also think my core strength has gotten better :)
day 4: again i already see a teeny tiny difference in my waist :) and the exercises felt a bit easier to do, the burn was still there but it’s definitely better
day 5: once again a bit easier to do. my stomach seems flatter and my core is a bit tighter now🙌🙌
day 6: again getting a bit easier and easier to do. i see a bit more of the waistline
day 7: it seems that I have more core strength and its tighter now! My waist line is looking better as well
day 8: burn was still there but at the end of the workout i didnt feel as tired as i would the other days. i feel a bit stronger and im a bit more toned
day 9: the work out flew by surprisingly quickly today, seems less difficult overall. my stomach is definitely way flatter now!
day 10: WOOO FINAL DAY. The workout was SO much easier to do and there was less of a burn/the burn came in later in the workout. I always see the best result in the morning so i’ll update again next morning but yeah I think overall i’m stronger now too
the morning after: the results are good! my stomach is SO much flatter and waist is looking better. I think i’ll try doing it for a bit longer and update once in a while. I also recommend watching what you eat while doing this workout for the best results.
