Your 5 minute core workouts are so good Lily. I really like the fact I can fit them into my day so easily and I always feel the core working. Thank you for the inlay for the next exercise it really helps prepare, especially when each exercise is only 30 minutes. long 😊👍

If it hurts your back while doing the workout that’s normal but if it hurts even if your not doing any sort of movement, then I probably recommend u getting it checked up😊

Results are gradual. I recommend taking weekly progress photos, because sometimes you may feel you aren't getting any results until you compare your photos. Also, I eat pretty much whatever I want, HOWEVER, I track my macros heavily
Make sure you’re getting enough protein to help you see results quicker! Foods like eggs, berries, spinach, and bananas are supposedly good for muscle recovery too. Regardless of what you eat though, sleep/rest is a big factor, and results are gradual. I’ve been working out 6-7 days a week for the last two weeks, and today was when my results were most noticeable.
