UPDATEEEE! i've been doing this workout for about 2-3 weeks now, and WOW! Looking at the before and after photos is so cool, and i see a huge difference. The middle of my stomach has toned up! So i'm not as bloated now, and i've definitely got some curves in my stomach. Mentally, i have grown to appreciate my stomach more. If your reading this, i want you to know, it takes time. You can do this, i love you!
@xyna • 20 years ago You can roll up a towel and put it under your neck! Or grab a pillow, or even do some modifications that lily shows on the screen! If your neck still hurt, i suggest stretching and building some released tension in the muscle!

Ive been doing this for over 2 weeks and i dont plan on stopping!! My waist has gotten smaller and my belly is almost flat. This and her fat burn full body pilates 8 minute workout is amazing. I would recommend you pair the two and do them. I did it for 5 days a week and the results anre incredible. i did not have a strict diet i just watched what i ate to an extent. Ive gotten compliments from the most critical people in my life, my parents and my confidence is throught the roof If you feel like giving up DONT!!! NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER LET ANYTHING NOT MOTIVATE YOU TO DO THIS WORKOUT!!! You wont regret it Ill update 3 weeks later (when school is out) remind me to update
You are motivating me to keep going! I have a wedding of my aunt in 2 weeks and I'm pretty insecure about my belly and how unathletic I am so I wanna do this for myself to get more confidence and energy, I have a question though. Does this work for getting more energy? I am recovering from depression and I want to gain some more energy to have more joy in life and be able to do things I love again. 2 weeks completed ✅ I’ve lost almost 2 cm on my waist (from 64cm to 62) and my abs look AMAZING. I’m not in a diet and this is the only one abs workout I’ve been doing. I hate doing abs because I use to fail them and I get easily bored but this one is perfect because it’s only 8 minutes, it’s enthusiastic and it burns every time I do it. Give it a try everybody and just wait for results.

Doing this workout for 14 days!!! Im 14yrs old And i have a regular body Just a little tummy👀👀 DAY 1: Done✅ It really burns!!! I really felt. It was my first time working out so I took 2 breaks! The bicycle crunch was really confusing for me to do but I managed! I'm sure with time I'm going to be able to handle it! DAY 2: Done✅ Today also was fine. The pain was definitely there so i took some breaks to drink water and i got back to the workout. I also got a better understanding and hold of the bicycle crunches and side plank. I'm assured that with time I'll be able to do them without any issues! Repetition is KEY! Sorry guys I didnt update yall but i continued the workout followed with a little bit of cardio and WOW my tummy is actually flatter ! I can even see light lines forming.. I did not only do thid workout but I also added some other crunches and workout! I modified mine to make it in my favour and you modify yours too! And yeah, the exercises become way easier when you repeat them so DONT GIVE UP GUYS!! :)

Day two: ✅ My core was super tight and a little painful with that workout burn but that means that it’s working!! Day three: ✅ i felt like it was easier today and I think I’m starting to see changes!! Day four: ✅ it was kinda hard today lol!! GONNA DO THIS FOR 10 DAYS STRAIGHT d1: done, it wasn’t that hard but I couldn’t do the side plank things d2: done, I don’t have pain but feel my muscles firmer d3: done, also decided to do this twice a day starting from tomorrow d4: done, I was going to do it twice but doing it once was already hard (I assume it’s because I’m on my PMS). I did this video, another 5 min abs wo and 10 min inner thigh+glutes workout. d5: first day of my period, I won’t do it today d6: done x2, honestly I didn’t feel a burn but felt more controlled while doing the exercises and found it hard to finish the second tour (and I’m glad I had a rest day to let my body have time to build muscles) d7: to spice things up, I did a 10 min abs workout by muscle watching and then this... damn it hurtsssss d8: did this twice, nothing special to say today haha I forgot to update but I did this on d9, d10 and d11 FINAL THOUGHTS: I think the exercise is effective but you still need to support with other exercises or do it 2-3 times a day to see the result. 1 time a day is great for beginning but I began to see differences after I increased my exercise duration. I wish I measured my waist before and after but the difference is clearly visible. I hope this is helpful! @@halomylove i do the workouts that are given for each day on her guides, but i play a sport so that helps. I’ve been trying to get my 10,000 steps in everyday, so I think that also helps me! hope this helps queen :))
i’m going to update this everyday for progress (i actually will) day 1: ✅ burned a lot but i got through it day 2: ✅ i saw a difference a bit, my stomach looked flatter and i could start to see some definition. will be doing it tomorrow day 3: ✅ still burned a lot but the bicycle crunches felt a tad easier. my stomach definitely looks a bit different from when i started day 4:✅ burned a lot a bit difficult but i got through it. looking in the mirror this morning my stomach did look more toned which is good day 5:❌ i walked 2.6 miles and i was really tired so i didn’t do it today unfortunately day 6: ✅ pushed through even though the bicycle crunches killed but i’m really seeing the results day 7:✅ i can’t believe i’ve done a week of this, never thought i’d get this far. i can really see a difference my stomach is so much flatter now. i don’t have to constantly hold it in to look flatter anymore😭😭 day 8: ✅ it’s feeling a lot easier to do this workout and i feel like it’s over quicker which means it’s no longer as painful for me as it was in the beginning. there’s a huge difference and i highly recommend this

I’m 77kg and I want to go to 70kg for start because that’s the ideal weight for my height and stuff but I want to lose 7 kg in two weeks bc I’m going on vacation and I want yo feel comfortable with my swimsuits and stuff so hopefully I’ll do it
Started this Workout on December 17th🥰 DAY 1: It was really not that easy and I couldn't do it all of the time. It really burned my stomach. DAY 2: I was able to do all the excercises. But my stomach still hurts a little bit from yesterday! But everything was much easier today! DAY 3: update tomorrow♡

Day 2: holy I can feel my abs burning Day 3: my back and abs definitely started getting sore faster but I think its getting easier Day 4: I thought people were lying when they said it got easier but they wernt! Day 5: My period started early and was super heavy today but I still did it... I definitely sweated a lot today Day 6: Felt extra sweaty today but it felt good! Im always amazed by the different muscles I feel while doing this Day 7: felt good but I’m getting kinda lazy lol Day 8: took a break day (totally didn’t forget) Day 9: during my side plank my whole body was shaking 😭 otherwise everything is great! so I am doing this challenge for MYSELF not for anyone else! I want to feel confident in myself, and I’ve been making bad eating choices and it doesn’t feel great for my body and I haven’t had the excessive that I’m used to that helps me stay in shape! I’m going to be doing this for 21 days (3 weeks) I may take weekends off but we’ll see! Starting stomach- 29in Day 1- Definitely needs some work I feel very overweight and felt like I was doing excursuses wrong. I used the modification for a couple workouts! Day 2- OMG! Felt the burn! I was clearly doing the workouts wrong cause they were super easy yesterday! not seeing results but I still have 19 more days to complete before I check how many inches again! thank you! I also added a 30 second plank and 20 Russian twists Day 3- i am super proud of myself! I don’t think I’ve ever done a workout 3 days in a row! I am super duper sore but I know it will get me places! Great workout Day 4- I almost forgot to do it but I remembered what I was doing it for and decided to not skip a day, im eating healthy but am also still having foods that I like!! Day 5- I did this after school and wow! I am so sore from the previous days! Still prodigies the plank because it’s a bit hard but it’s getting easier! Day 6- did this in the afternoon after eating so it didn’t feel great! I am starting to see a few ch ages and I’m really proud of myself! Day 7!! Very proud that I did it for a week! Still not seeing much results tho! Day 8- im very discouraged right now. i just ate a bunch of sweets and almost forgot to do the workout. not having a good day. Day 9- felt the burn very greatly! I am starting to see a bit of curves in my stomach! again I’m a bit disappointed because I chose to eat portly today :/ gonna make up for eating all green tomorrow Day 10- ate everything healthy besides a s’more and I’m proud of myself because I had cheer practice (we workout) and I also had swim practice!
Recently I have been being lazy, laying in bed all day, and eating sweets barley exercising, which doesn’t feel great and I always feel guilty afterwards. I’m doing this workout hoping to achieve a flat stomach and an hourglass, but also doing it for my mental and physical health. So I’m starting this workout as a habit and hopefully continuing it… If I miss two days in a row I will be restarting *starting weight: 49.7KG* Day 1:✅ completed with minimal pain, but fell over a few times trying to do the exercises 😂 Day 2: ✅ completed falling over once, no pain at all Day 3: ❌ Day 4: ❌ *starting again!* Day 1:✅ completed with ease 😁 Day2: ➖did some of the exercises but wasn’t feeling well so didn’t complete Day3: ✅ completed, hurt myself halfway but pushed through. I've been doing this workout for almost 3 weeks and i have dropped 8 pounds and i have a perfect hourglass body. I did not think this would work !! I also started eating a lot more protein and drinking smoothies with chia seeds and oats in them for more fiber.

If your neck hurts you just need to use your core instead , I had this problem for soooo long then I realised I was moving my neck instead of my waist xx
REMIND ME TO UPDATE~~~ Day 1: My stomach was burning during but my neck.. girl I thought it was going to snap Day 2: I know this is going to work, I woke up my stomach was sorrreee!!! My neck wasnt hurting as much though :D Day 3: My stomach was on fireee.. I see no changes but I feel it changing, if that makes sense -had to skip a day not feeling mentally well atm will continue tomorrow tho😚 Day 4: I SEE CHANGES small ones but its better than nothing the top of my stomach is a bit down and my waist when I sit down is almost snatched!!! Started this workout on december 30 (haha new year resolution a bit early) I'll update this every day Day 1 : ✅ it was realy hard, but i did it and i was realy proud of myself + I did it twice today cause even if it's hard, i feel so good mentally After doing this, and the 2nd Time was a bit easier so that's cool Day 2 : ✅ note for the futur : Never do this After eating Seriously it was so hard, i almost threw up my lunch, but i finished the workout Also happy New year!!! Day 3 : ✅ it was weirdly easy compares to yeasterday, and i already start seeing changes (also i did it twice today) Day 4 : ❌ didn't had the Time cause i had a lot of activities today, but i still did 2 houres of badminton at school Day 5 : ✅ it was a bit harder than day 3, probably because i didn't do it yeasterday. Also i'm starting to eat better food, because if i dont this workout wont do lot. It's hard because i'm recovering from boulimia, but i think this workout will be even easier if i eat better food. I have to say, I do this one and the 5 min burn fat video almost everyday, and in the beginning, I could barely do it, feeling like I was gonna get muscle spasms, and literally struggling! And thinking maybe I’m doing something dangerous, but In less then two weeks, I have so much more of an easier time doing this!! What an impact exercise has on you, the ability to strengthen muscle, with only 8 min a day!! I am so much stronger soo quickly!! From week stomach muscles, to strong!! And this makes me feel really good! These are the best video that I found so far, it works and it’s super quick!! Love it and thanks for making this!!
Oh my god her enthusiasm is AMAZING!! Honestly the side plank was too hard for me but the modification still KILLED my core 💀 I’m buzzing to see the results after a few days/weeks of doing this 💕💕

UPDATEEEE! i've been doing this workout for about 2-3 weeks now, and WOW! Looking at the before and after photos is so cool, and i see a huge difference. The middle of my stomach has toned up! So i'm not as bloated now, and i've definitely got some curves in my stomach. Mentally, i have grown to appreciate my stomach more. If your reading this, i want you to know, it takes time. You can do this, i love you!
I have also increased my cardio a bit, and ive been including resistance in my routine. Im on a CD currently! Good luck!

@xyna • 20 years ago You can roll up a towel and put it under your neck! Or grab a pillow, or even do some modifications that lily shows on the screen! If your neck still hurt, i suggest stretching and building some released tension in the muscle!

I would recommend you pair the two and do them. I did it for 5 days a week and the results anre incredible. i did not have a strict diet i just watched what i ate to an extent. Ive gotten compliments from the most critical people in my life, my parents and my confidence is throught the roof If you feel like giving up DONT!!! I’ve lost almost 2 cm on my waist (from 64cm to 62) and my abs look AMAZING. I’m not in a diet and this is the only one abs workout I’ve been doing. I hate doing abs because I use to fail them and I get easily bored but this one is perfect because it’s only 8 minutes, it’s enthusiastic and it burns every time I do it. Give it a try everybody and just wait for results.

DAY 1: Done✅ It really burns!!! I really felt. It was my first time working out so I took 2 breaks! The bicycle crunch was really confusing for me to do but I managed! I'm sure with time I'm going to be able to handle it!
DAY 2: Done✅ Today also was fine. The pain was definitely there so i took some breaks to drink water and i got back to the workout. I also got a better understanding and hold of the bicycle crunches and side plank. I'm assured that with time I'll be able to do them without any issues! Repetition is KEY!
Sorry guys I didnt update yall but i continued the workout followed with a little bit of cardio and WOW my tummy is actually flatter ! I can even see light lines forming.. I did not only do thid workout but I also added some other crunches and workout! I modified mine to make it in my favour and you modify yours too!
And yeah, the exercises become way easier when you repeat them so DONT GIVE UP GUYS!! :)

GONNA DO THIS FOR 10 DAYS STRAIGHT
d1: done, it wasn’t that hard but I couldn’t do the side plank things
d2: done, I don’t have pain but feel my muscles firmer
d3: done, also decided to do this twice a day starting from tomorrow
d4: done, I was going to do it twice but doing it once was already hard (I assume it’s because I’m on my PMS). I did this video, another 5 min abs wo and 10 min inner thigh+glutes workout.
d5: first day of my period, I won’t do it today
d6: done x2, honestly I didn’t feel a burn but felt more controlled while doing the exercises and found it hard to finish the second tour (and I’m glad I had a rest day to let my body have time to build muscles)
d7: to spice things up, I did a 10 min abs workout by muscle watching and then this... damn it hurtsssss
d8: did this twice, nothing special to say today haha

FINAL THOUGHTS: I think the exercise is effective but you still need to support with other exercises or do it 2-3 times a day to see the result. 1 time a day is great for beginning but I began to see differences after I increased my exercise duration. I wish I measured my waist before and after but the difference is clearly visible. I hope this is helpful!

Day 1: I experienced hard time to complete this exercise because this is my first time after 2 years without exercising, I got tired a few minutes ago.
Day 2: My tummy hurts the whole day, but i decided to do my work out today because no pain no gain. ☑️
Day 3: My body is in pain 😭 but I still managed to do this workout today. I am motivated by the pain.
Day 4: i forgot to update you guys HAHAHA yeah i did it last night, still hurts but I am used to it now. I think I am doing good which is great!

i’m going to update this everyday for progress (i actually will)
day 1: ✅ burned a lot but i got through it
day 2: ✅ i saw a difference a bit, my stomach looked flatter and i could start to see some definition. will be doing it tomorrow
day 3: ✅ still burned a lot but the bicycle crunches felt a tad easier. my stomach definitely looks a bit different from when i started
day 4:✅ burned a lot a bit difficult but i got through it. looking in the mirror this morning my stomach did look more toned which is good
day 5:❌ i walked 2.6 miles and i was really tired so i didn’t do it today unfortunately
day 6: ✅ pushed through even though the bicycle crunches killed but i’m really seeing the results
day 7:✅ i can’t believe i’ve done a week of this, never thought i’d get this far. i can really see a difference my stomach is so much flatter now. i don’t have to constantly hold it in to look flatter anymore😭😭
day 8: ✅ it’s feeling a lot easier to do this workout and i feel like it’s over quicker which means it’s no longer as painful for me as it was in the beginning. there’s a huge difference and i highly recommend this

Day 1: man I wasn't ready for this!
Day 2: holy I can feel my abs burning
Day 3: my back and abs definitely started getting sore faster but I think its getting easier
Day 4: I thought people were lying when they said it got easier but they wernt!
Day 5: My period started early and was super heavy today but I still did it... I definitely sweated a lot today
Day 6: Felt extra sweaty today but it felt good! Im always amazed by the different muscles I feel while doing this

so I am doing this challenge for MYSELF not for anyone else! I want to feel confident in myself, and I’ve been making bad eating choices and it doesn’t feel great for my body and I haven’t had the excessive that I’m used to that helps me stay in shape! I’m going to be doing this for 21 days (3 weeks) I may take weekends off but we’ll see!
Starting stomach- 29in
Day 1- Definitely needs some work I feel very overweight and felt like I was doing excursuses wrong. I used the modification for a couple workouts!
Day 2- OMG! Felt the burn! I was clearly doing the workouts wrong cause they were super easy yesterday! not seeing results but I still have 19 more days to complete before I check how many inches again! thank you! I also added a 30 second plank and 20 Russian twists
Day 3- i am super proud of myself! I don’t think I’ve ever done a workout 3 days in a row! I am super duper sore but I know it will get me places! Great workout
Day 4- I almost forgot to do it but I remembered what I was doing it for and decided to not skip a day, im eating healthy but am also still having foods that I like!!
Day 5- I did this after school and wow! I am so sore from the previous days! Still prodigies the plank because it’s a bit hard but it’s getting easier!
Day 6- did this in the afternoon after eating so it didn’t feel great! I am starting to see a few ch ages and I’m really proud of myself!
Day 7!! Very proud that I did it for a week! Still not seeing much results tho!
Day 8- im very discouraged right now. i just ate a bunch of sweets and almost forgot to do the workout. not having a good day.
Day 9- felt the burn very greatly! I am starting to see a bit of curves in my stomach! again I’m a bit disappointed because I chose to eat portly today :/ gonna make up for eating all green tomorrow
Day 10- ate everything healthy besides a s’more and I’m proud of myself because I had cheer practice (we workout) and I also had swim practice!
Recently I have been being lazy, laying in bed all day, and eating sweets barley exercising, which doesn’t feel great and I always feel guilty afterwards. I’m doing this workout hoping to achieve a flat stomach and an hourglass, but also doing it for my mental and physical health.

If your neck hurts you just need to use your core instead , I had this problem for soooo long then I realised I was moving my neck instead of my waist xx

Here I am again starting over, and I swear the burn hits different on the first day of starting this challenge. I believe and I'm going to challenge myself to do 14 days straight. No breaks just consistency. If I end up going over 14 days that would be great too, but my goal is to finish the 14 day mark, and I believe that I can do it, and to the person reading this I know you can do it too if I can do it. I just want to say a quick thank you. Your videos have gotten me to the stomach of my dreams & being someone who’s never had confidence, can finally get some sleep at night knowing I’m only going to get stronger & stronger because of you & your content. Both physically AND mentally so truly, thank you.
Gonna re-attempt this as last time I wasn’t as dedicated! (By the way my diet hasn’t changed but I have reduced the amount of sugar I intake and am going to incorporate more healthy things into my diet.also taking fat metaboliser tablets 2x a day so results may be more clear )

Week 1: ✅ 6/7 days as I had a headache but after the first week I’m starting to notice less bloating and lower stomach looks “flatter”
Week 2: 7/7 ✅ stomach looks slightly more toned but still needs work. Starting the hourglass Pilates workout as well x
For the new people, I am TELLING YOU GUYS TO DO THIS! My wait got noticeably smaller in 3 days!! I got a 2 pack in 5 days. My stomach got flatter and I lost fat on my stomach and I lost inches off my waist.

update: I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks and a half now and omg u guys THIS WORKSS!! My waist is much slimmer and my body shape changed as well and it’s very noticeable. I know it’s difficult and two weeks mights seem a lot but I promise u every second of it is worth it. I have to say, I do this one and the 5 min burn fat video almost everyday, and in the beginning, I could barely do it, feeling like I was gonna get muscle spasms, and literally struggling! And thinking maybe I’m doing something dangerous, but In less then two weeks, I have so much more of an easier time doing this!! What an impact exercise has on you, the ability to strengthen muscle, with only 8 min a day!! I am so much stronger soo quickly!! From week stomach muscles, to strong!!
And this makes me feel really good! These are the best video that I found so far, it works and it’s super quick!! Love it and thanks for making this!!

Day 2 ✅ easier than yesterday but still felt the burn, I can see slight improvement in bloating and weist. Day 3 ✅ it’s been technically 4 days bc I was doing a diff world out before starting this, I HAVE A SMALL TWO PACK, I CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE IN MY WEIST OMG. Day 1: The burn from the workout really settled in my stomach but I think it'll be worth the pain soon. I had a bit of trouble on the bicycles but that is nothing new as I've always had trouble in bicycles.
Day 2: Still felt a burn and I managed to fit a few breaks in here and there but still pushed through and I think I'm beginning to see a bit of progress in my waist.
Day 3: I see my waist sinking in a bit and I maintained more stamina this time around.
Day 4: I see progress in my waist and the workout is getting a bit easier for me to handle.
OMGGG I’ve been doing this for 5 days and I already see massive results . I definitely see some curves in my waist , my stomach is not so bloated anymore and it’s a lot more toned . I’m so happy with the results

Day 1: wasn't too bad also did some cardio and ran for 20 mins(hip line 101 cm and waist 85 cm😐)
Day 2: done, I did cardio and I ran like yesterday.
Day 3: done, I also went boxing for one and half hour with some cardio.

Day -1: ❌Enjoyed full day at water park
Day 0: ❌Decided to start working out start eating clean i.e. no too much oily or sugary foods. My whole body was paining.(munches on whole bag of cheese balls and wheeloz😬)
Day 1: ✅ it's okay my core was aching but still did the workout

I realised that along this workout one should involve more in activities which uses a lot of breathwork like simple walking for 30 min atleast..
