I have massive hands and was convinced when I got this mouse it would be way too small for me to use but I was very wrong. It's a phenomenal mouse. And in my experience the superglides on my X2 haven't changed at all since the initial week or two of break in. Consistent zero static friction but nice dynamic friction.

But they're completely different with how boardzy stream says 'razer glass skates are entirely different beast than pulsar glass feet' Both my X2 & G303 glassfeet has been overly wornout after 2 months of use on a LGG Jupiter. Consistent perfomance after 2 week of break-in But the 3rd week, tracking feels awfully slow, both initial & dynamic friction are way off the hook. Awfully exhausting to play with. Bad glide, bad tracking feedback, mouse becames floaty & high friction in some instances which was way more punishing than logitech stockfeet.
If it wasn't for the hole, I would have bought it right away. I don't understand why we have to wait for the second half of summer when it would be quicker to just make the shell out of holeless plastic and replace it. And again, I was disappointed that the official version without holes, which has been the main feedback from users for several years, was not even ready.
If they had made the shell out of holeless plastic it would be less durable than the magnesium alloy. And it would probably be a bad review from boardzy if that did happen. What you could say is to change it to carbon fiber like the Finalmouse ULX

Do you have issues with it randomly re-centering? I’m trying to figure out if it’s my setup (too much metal around the sensor) or the mouse. So far, moving things around has not helped and I’m debating on sending it back.

I just got mine yesterday and I LOVE IT! I've tried a ton of mice and it just feels right for my small hands and my grip style. Sure it was expensive but it is truly an amazing mouse. I was very glad I finally got one from razer themselves and didn't have to pay a scalper.

@@x3LightNinG no, it’s actually plastic. I was disappointed in that at first, but it really doesn’t make any difference. I thought I’d hate the holes also but it’s been really nice tbh. I have a wide desk fan I use to keep my hand from sweating and the holes make it so that it actually completely keeps my hand dry while I’m playing games.

My only interest is in the quality and especially durability. This magnesium alloy shell should be super durable, after a lot of usage time the buttons should not have any kind of wear like on plastic where you see superficial smooth areas on buttons?
Ok so unrelated to mice but can you try OC-ing the monitor. I wanna know how high the refresh will go at 1080p and cvt-reduced blank timing. Got my Omen X27 from 240Hz to 400Hz with those settings. Bet you could easily get yours over 500Hz
Tbh it’s pretty easy to fix the click grinding/ wobble. I had bad side wobble on mouse two so pulled it apart, added some aluminium tape to one spot and feels so much better now

The Razer Focus+ optical sensor is the most accurate sensor razer has made. It has less drift at all speeds then any current sensor. 98% of the other mice on the market have more drift. The sensor is more more accurate at 800, then 400. But if your a die hard at 400, there are easy ways to convert your mouse settings to get the same experience at 800.
@@friendsRfor773 yah, but it's like 2.09% deviation, and is about only about 5% drift. Vs say the super light with 4% deviation and 10% drift. And there a lot of mice out there that are still more like 20+% drift.

technically, 1k Polling is default on the mouse and you need to spend extra on 4k dongle to get the 4k polling rate. soo.. just save the money and dont get the 4k dongle.

@@HasimFN it might strain your system a bit more but you need at least 240 to feel the difference between the polling rates. it will also drain your mouse battery much quicker but there is a difference between 1k and 4k. There is even a smaller difference between 4k and 8k.

I bought the razer deathadder with hyperpolling and it feels more responsive but I use a GoPro instead bc it feels better in my hand. the 4k isn't a huge difference but it's there

they're actually a different glass than pulsar's. Gorilla Glass is better than aluminosilicate glass.
