razer has confirmed there are UV protecting additives in the white version's coating to prevent yellowing which might be why it feels so good compared to the black ones.
I don't know what it is but it is the best feeling coating I've ever felt. I buy a new gaming mouse every 6 months or so and this white Vv3P is so freaking good!
@@LDixonFPS I've actually been using the Glorious Series One Pro and it's really good. Pretty much the same shape as the Viper Mini. If Razer doesn't make a VMW, the Series One Pro is my end game.
GPX was the goat cuz of the safe shape, everything else's mid, not surprised for Razer and these other brands to eventually beat it, especially when Razer got the VIP access to all these tech

I do wonder if they improved the construction of the scroll compared to the Viper V2 Pro. Had to get mine replaced after 8 months of usage because the scroll wheel kept misfiring when not touched and randomly going in opposite directions.
yup. replaced mine on warranty twice now with this issue, just swapped over to the mz1 and its been perfect. didnt realize i needed a smaller mouse until that. razer still interests me though so here i am

I've ordered Burst air 2, just 47 gram at 90 euro. Recently I've got Burst pro non air at 68 gram from Roccat, I was very pleased by the form and feel. I have also Viper ultimate it makes creaking noises when pressing buttons.
I also have a Viper Ultimate, I took it apart and lubricated the buttons with plastic grease, half a year of active gaming has passed - everything is fine
IMO the Razer v3 pro is rly good for fingertip. Easy clicks even at the middle, low back, enough room, ofc its not a GWolves but its perfect for switch-ups like going from Palm to Fingertip and back to back

Yes because Razer is just a greedy company with bloaty software and bad build quality. The only reason why its still so popular are the pros who are sponsored by Razer and have to use their mices. And every casual gamer will by it because of that xD

Nice review. I already bought GPXS2 like 2 months ago, because my previous mouse just broke. If I could choose it now, I will definitely take Viper V3 Pro. GPXS2 is not bad, I like the shape etc. but no DPI change button is stupidly annoying. In GHUB you have 5 DPI profiles - for what XDD ??
For me personally owned the VMSE really love the materials and weight but the size and shape is not my cup of tea, owned superlight before but never liked the software compared to razers (and the polling rate as well), so once i saw this and the new shape looked similar to superlight and the size as well, can’t wait to get this to my hand!
I give it 3 weeks before it starts creaking and getting sloppy mouse buttons like the DA v3 Pro I've had to fix several copies of. Dear razer, stop using plastic welds for all the joints, they introduce a ton of slop when they break in. They get loose and will eventually break outright. I have no doubt they'll have the same QC issues as the DA v3 Pro honestly. More and More the "high" end brands are becoming pretty trash QC wise and price wise.. When you compare them to brands like Lamzu for example. Better build quality at $50 cheaper and is liter. Plenty of others out there.
I almost ordered DAV 3 pro thus morning and cancelled it for this reason. Finally i went with XV3. Hopefully it's all good. Been out of touch with wireless mouse in awhile but the prices now are kinda insane.
Would love to see reviewers checking the flatness of the base of mice since i have noticed a lot have a banana base which ruins how the skates glide and in some cases like zowie C series mice like the FK most of the bottom skate does not make contact with the pad causing the top skate to be flat and grippy vs a loose feeling bottom skate which ruins the overall glide.

The same happened to the keyboard market where we have the wooting as the defacto standard for a good keyboard and the other companies just cloning from it. And 180$ for a mice is crazy
Just save your money. This has better performance but it has worse shape and it's bigger than X2v2. No performance will save it if you love the X2v2 shape.

Maybe hes unhappy with the inner side creaking (not a problem with included grips i found), also the mousewheel sometimes actuates without you touching it, had to unbind it in CS2. Overall tho, i love DAV3, crazy good mouse

I have fairly wide hands so maybe that was the issue. Have you switched the stock skates? Looking for a replacement from the stock because they are a little too scratchy.

Thing is i get some cramps from the mouse sometimes at my palm and pointing finger and i think its because of the height of the dav3 pro. Need something to replace my gpx and this looks like it will do, very similar shape and objectively better performance and better coating. Tried the op1 8k but disliked the shape.
It flares out less towards the bottom than the tiger, I would say this hump feels more designed for claw if that makes sense. And the sensor difference is tricky, I feel like the input is just "tighter" and clearer when using the v3 pro. At the same time its not like the tiger sensor is lacking, this is just perfect feeling

I know this gets said a lot but I want a smaller version. Your hand size is well above the average male hand size of 19x10 and I’m much lower than that. To top it off, I use a hybrid fingertip claw grip. If it fits like a glove for you then I’d consider that closer to a large mouse. Even the viper mini was barely passing for small enough for me. Yes I know, I have woman sized hands as a male.
I’m not really worried about that and was just trying to give another perspective. That last sentence was just in case of unnecessary replies. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many true mini mice except for wl mini and ulx small.

shape is way better for claw on the vv3 and 14 grams isn't anything that matters rlly on a larger shape like this

Need something to replace my gpx and this looks like it will do, very similar shape and objectively better performance and better coating. Tried the op1 8k but disliked the shape.
how does it compare with the ulx tiger shape for claw? is the sensor that good that you can feel a difference?
It flares out less towards the bottom than the tiger, I would say this hump feels more designed for claw if that makes sense. And the sensor difference is tricky, I feel like the input is just "tighter" and clearer when using the v3 pro. At the same time its not like the tiger sensor is lacking, this is just perfect feeling
Were QC issues in razer mouse improved? I got deathaddder before left click issue occurred on my almost 2 years of use
They’ve been improved by a lot ever since Deathadder V3 Pro and the Viper V2 Pro I have the Deathadder V3 and have had it for around a year and I have zero issues at all

I have been enjoying Fortnite with the viper v3 pro at 4k polling on the pg27aqn. I was using the zowie u2 but after feeling the input of the viper v3 pro I will def use the v3 pro going forward. Would love a zowie mouse with a fire 4k sensor

I know this gets said a lot but I want a smaller version. Your hand size is well above the average male hand size of 19x10 and I’m much lower than that. To top it off, I use a hybrid fingertip claw grip. If it fits like a glove for you then I’d consider that closer to a large mouse. Even the viper mini was barely passing for small enough for me. Yes I know, I have woman sized hands as a male.
