    I'm 85 Have all the aches and pains associated with my age. I've been excersizing with you for one month now .....I walk better, I can put on my shoes, I no longer take pain pills, I sleep much better. I even can do my own housework! No nursing home for me! I'm exercising with you to mobility. Hoorah!! Thank you! Patricia Comeau

    I'm thrilled I found these exercises. My balance was off, my ankles were stiff and they were cramping. I never knew what my knees were going to do, sometimes the right one would just go. I had shooting lighting fast shocks that would come out of nowhere striking different areas in my legs. I still can't believe it but all my issues have vanished and I've only been doing these exercises for maybe 6 weeks. I'm very thankful for Grow Young Fitness and this young man.

    I’m 62 years old. I’m in a wheelchair. I just discovered you. I just finished this workout. I haven’t moved in exercise in 10 years! This is my first time. I feel great n alive again. I’m hoping to continue with this. I thought I was a lost cause with my RA. I want to fight n try n get strong again. YOU are my beginning. Thank you sooo much for what you do. God bless you sweetie.     Found this by mistake and I love it THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR BOOMER'S .This HAS HELP ME and I try to do the exercises at night they do a body good. and make it feel much better the next day. Again thank you

    This is a very good exercise I have rheumatoid arthritis and very stiff in the morning but after doing this chair exercise I feel a whole lot better thank you very much

    Please teach me how to improve my gait, I have arthritis and neuropathy. Doing these exercises for arthritis is a bing help, and I thank you. now, if I can improve my walking, I can keep it together for another decade or so. You are the best!

    thank you! I've had four, yes, 4!! knee replacements so it's hard for me to balance. My knees buckle. I do have lots of arthritis + rotator cuff, bicep, & carpel tunnel, all on my right side.
