Hey watchers! I’ve been thinking about the connection between Julie, Randall & Marielle. I wasn’t sure if the 3 of them were chosen to be a force for good or evil. I’m thinking good now. After seeing the effigies I believe they represent hear no evil, see no evil & speak no evil. When Jade knocks down the effigy it’s of the one representing see no evil which I think represents Randall. Julie being the hear no evil & Marielle as speak no evil since she refuses to talk about it. Maybe the effigies are protecting the 3 of them as “chosen ones”. Because after the see no evil was knocked over the monsters went after Randall in the next episode. Not sure if they’re able to corrupt them or anything. There’s also the 3 red stone slabs. There isn't a baby inside her, but as she said, something is inside her and feeding off of her. That something is the Kimono lady, embodying the wailing woman, the pining lady. Essentially, she is cursed to be a wandering ghost and has attached herself to Fatima so she could contact Elgin. I dont think the Kimono lady is acting on behalf of the entity, I think she is desperate to escape the curse on her.

But, the motifs are strong, like the photo of the Kimono lady over Fatima's right shoulder. The devil sits on the left shoulder, and the angel sits on the right shoulder. That's why I think this is different from the entity writing the messages on that other girl's arms. She is trapped and wants to escape and needs Elgin to help her, so she attached herself to Fatima to contact him.
I really think Fatima believes she’s pregnant because Kristi told her she was. Some things need to be assumed. We saw her ask for a pregnancy test and then she had a brief discussion with Kristi. No they didn’t show anything but the focus of that episode was Boyd killing the smiley monster.
there is something we missed because no one mentioned since season 2, who or what did talk to them on the radio, I think besides the monsters there is spirits that posses non living objects and we saw 2 example of that this season Jasper being one and the phone call Jim received from hiss dead child
We have never seen Monsters eat the people so it is still not clear what is going on with Fatima. I don't think it is a sign she is turning into a monster necessarily but maybe she is turning into something else. Actually I was just thinking and we do see a lot of bodies with their insides missing so they could be eating people I guess they just haven't shown it

Not my theory but I saw this on reddit...somebody said the kimono lady is becoming more and more "alive" and Fatima is going downhill. So basically, the kimono lady is sapping Fatima's life force and gaining power and Fatima is slowly dying or turning. It makes a lot of sense bcuz when we first saw kimono lady, she looked terrible and was just moaning and silent...now she has more skin and talking....i think its something to pay attention to
so basically that would explain the connection between Elgin, Fatima and Kimono lady...once Elgin finds where kimono lady is locked up, sets her free, and then Fatima then becomes the new kimono lady, taking her place
