When the guy saw the guy with the nail in his eye is when the rest of them were inspecting the stick figures, bumping into & ish as they passed. Since they removed parts of the the spirit it was binding is free and the spirits it was protecting against will now enter the cabin. 😊

Society would react to emergency workers suddenly disappearring as they head towards one specific road thats apparently a back way to the hospital. Hell the hospital should know they have an ambulance missing pretty soon. Or do you want to leave it up to a few family members to figure out why a single person they know didnt come back home from work? Maybe im trying to be too realistic for the show.
When that happened, I was like--REALLY?? There wasnt a hospital in town? They had to drive far far away for medical attention? It didn't look to me like they were that far out of town yet...

Her sentiment was 'right intention, wrong place' She really did need to be on top of the food collection, the town was very recently bout to starve, like c'mon, doc! & **Father Khatri didn't exactly say that Boyd wanting to 'catch a creature' was Boyd being arrogant, he said that Boyd thinking 'it was his own failings' that got Khatri and Tien-Chen killed (rather than it being their own decisions to help everyone) was the arrogant part.
The boy in the white let Tabitha out to bring back victors father in order to torment victor for helping Tabitha. I think they need to find the main faraway tree in Fromville and exit through them which will teleport them to the tree in the town park.
Exactly, that’s why they ended up in a car accident. Tabitha was close to finding out that the tree from the park could possibly be the exit point. Seems like anytime someone comes close to figuring it out the town resets them back to fromville or something crazy happens that prevents them from finding out. Kinda like the crow that flew in the window as the girl was about to flip the card

So much to break down this episode. I see people thinking Tabitha never really got out but she actually did. Also her coming back can’t be the worst thing because she can tell everyone what happened and I feel like they could just leave the same way she did possibly.
Well she left by falling out of the lighthouse. But there's no guarantee it will work. Maybe the boy in white is the key to opening a portal back to the real world.

Hi Emmanuel and gang! I have a theory about this place. It all starts with a tree and a crow. After watching all seasons so far, I’m leaning towards a theory that this town could very well be the lost colony of Roanoke. One of the only clues that were left behind by the townspeople was a tree and CRO carved on it. To this day, no one knows what actually happened to the colony and their location. At first, the colony was in good terms with the Native Americans, but it is believed they had a fallout for a compilation of reasons, which some say forced them to move. As we don’t know what exactly happened, they may have gone against something extremely sacred for the Native Americans and in turn got cursed. This brings to mind Schrödinger’s Cat which is “a thought experiment devised by the Austrian physicist Erwin Schrödinger, which he designed to illustrate a paradox of quantum superposition wherein a hypothetical cat may be considered both alive and dead simultaneously because its fate is linked to a random event that may (or may not) occur.” For example, so many years no one questioned the towns electricity, but once they dug to find the source (opened “the box”), they broke the paradox and all the lightbulbs exploded at the colony house. Another reason for my theory is what Martin said to Boyd before he died. “You think those things that come out of the forest at night did this? They’re just the tip of the spear.” There are many legendary Native American creatures that shift shape, just like those on the show. These would be the first they have encountered so far, “the tip of the spear”. Another Native American creature is the Thunderbird these are known as “a deity capable of influencing rain and storms depending on their actions”. This would explain the storm that suddenly appeared when at the colony house, they tried to create a tower to send a signal. Now, the boy dressed in white, that seems to be helping people. I believe this is linked to a Native American legend of the sacred white buffalo. It is believed to be the most sacred living thing on earth. It is a symbol of abundance and manifestation. A white buffalo calf is the most significant of prophetic signs. The boy seems to be protecting and prophesying of things to come. Which leads me to Sara and her kill the boy message she received. I don’t think they were taking about Ethan, but the boy in white that seems to be a beacon of light for the people of the town along with providing livestock. Remember, no one knows where the goats, cows and chickens come from, they just show up. Something else that seems to be showing everywhere are the numbers seven and three. After researching, this is what I got and it ties into the show as well. “In Native American culture, the number “seven” often signifies a concept of “completeness” or “the seventh generation,” representing the idea of making decisions that impact future generations seven generations ahead, particularly associated with the Iroquois tribe; while “three” typically represents the three realms of existence: the upper world, the middle world (where humans live), and the lower world.” Could the dates in Tabitha’s dream signify the generations? For all of the aforementioned, I strongly believe that this town, is where the lost colony of Roanoke might have ended up in the eyes of the creators of the show. It all starts with a tree and a crow. I’m missing so much in this post to tie the loose ends which I may continue to tie together on another post, but let me know what you guys think of this theory. Well done on excellent theorising. let's hope modern day writers a capable of producing something as good. because this is something surely lacking in Hollywood right now. and although this show is excellent, it is bad and lazy writing for the characters not to communicate in order to create tension.
I hope Tabitha doesn’t forget her memories about her last experience there. I can’t shake the feeling that Elgin’s been there before. When the bus pulled into town, he said, 'We can’t be here,' and freaked out right before collapsing and losing part of his memory.
Becasue he was having that nightmare on the bus about this place and what would happen there, and then he woke up and recognized the trees and Diner i believe, but he recognized things from the bad dreaam he just woke up from, he hasnt been there

A damn phone call from your dead baby, a freak out with cicadas, a vision of a dead(?) body by some suspicious boulders with red on them?!?!?! Even if the info may not be useful, we(lol as if I'm in the show) can keep track of how much things are escalating and maybe help each other keep from freaking out and doing something bad to ourselves or someone else..

I don’t think anything that people say in this town is private. So Boyd scheming how to trap one of the monsters, someone or something in this town is listening to those plans. When the monsters told Boyd “you said this town couldn’t break you”, Boyd said those things when he was alone, at daytime, in the chapel! So there’s something/someone watching every move these people make in town and anything they say. Boyd telling his plans aloud to trap one of the monsters might go the wrong way. The monsters somehow will know his plans.
Boyd said that in the ruins of the music box house in the woods I believe. But I do agree that the monsters could definitely already be alerted to his plan. Every entity seems to always be watching. The voices that speak to Sarah watched the priest bury his bag. The music box entity watched Abby. The radio voice watched Tabitha. Thomas on the phone was watching Jim's kids.
Yeah, unfortunately you’re just a bit off. Boyd was technically alone in the woods /ruined building when he said they couldn’t break him. This speaks more to the fact that the monsters are definitely Fae/Faerie and the forest is in fact alive and always listening. I’ve been telling nearly everyone that the Scottish preposition “fae” literally means “From!”
She wanted to go back and the tree indirectly took her back. I'm excited to see Victor & his dad's reunion. I thought they were going to use that yellow serum to kill the monsters like they did the 1st one.

Fate, faith is the belief in the unknown which is the core of fromville. Everything fits together like a weird puzzle. Maybe, Victor's mom found the bracelet in the woods where the teleport tree is, had it with her when she went back to fromville, put it in the artifacts room which his wife later finds it. This mean Victor's mom possibly used the tree to go from real life to fromville before getting trapped with her kids. Dig? The forest is an ancient burial ground, sacrifice ground, war battle so its centuries of death, trauma, screaming from the ground. Just saying. ☺️✌🏾
I have a bad feeling about the totem, too. And here is why: I've been researching my head off about everything. While looking up witch totems in general, I found that broken bottles are a thing, as are bottle trees and bottles in general. If you feel like you are cursed, you can do a ritual to find out, and others to protect yourself. One way is to bury a bottle. I think Khatri was off limits for a long time. But, they used Sara to get him to dig up his bottle, lifting his protection. As soon as that happened, he told Boyd, and then he got his throat slit.
Its amazing the logic people come up with to explain away fear, and lack of knowledge. Bury a bottle? I could write a book on random things to do to get rid of curses, bring good luck, etc and somebody somewhere would believe because they're scared and were raised superstitiously. Makes for great entertainment though
Further clarification: I don't think he was burying the bottle for protection against any type of curse he was aware of. I think he just accidentally "turned on" protection when he buried his stuff. He even had that stuff within that stone circle. So, the trope is, that any person or thing going into that circle to specifically break his accidental protection spell, can't do it. If they go in there to willingly undo the magic that he pulled off, they'll find themselves unable to cross that threshold. So that's why the ghosts (or whoever/whatever Sara hears) had an elaborate ruse with Sarah but having her "kill the boy" so that Khatri would dig up his bottle. I think they have clairvoyant abilities to a certain degree. So they can guess way better than we can, but just because they know the future somewhat, doesn't mean they always guess right or that they can't be tricked themselves.
I don't care if he's a kid or not, Ethan should know better than to open the door when monsters are lurking out. It does not excuse his carelessness & he needs to toughen up rather than being demoralizing each episode. Same for his sister. All she's been doing for 3 seasons straight is whining when she has to be the supporting sibling especially since she's the older one.
I agree. Both them kids too moody and whiney for me. Disrespectful with it, too. But I'm not mad at Julie for going in on Jim about getting his sh!t together. However, her continued attitude towards him just pisses me off. I get Ethan may be traumatized, but you correct a child when they doing something that's not ok. And I'm not mad at how jim told him to stop. Ethan is not a baby.
Literally as soon as Tabitha suggested driving to the original Far Away tree i just knew something was going on, that was probably one of the best twists this show has ever done imo - and it really cements they aren't dead just gone.
I find it crazy that Miranda & Henry was hippies who tripped Acid, had 2 kids for sure that being Victor and his sister Eloise.... Then we have Jim and Tabitha who have Ethan and Julie with the exception of the deceased baby "Thomas" these 2 families can't have this many similarities... Way too many coincidences...

When they ended the episode, I was like nooo!!! And now we have to wait another week to see what happens 😭 but I am excited for the Matthew’s family to reunite and find out that Tabatha is alive and well. I am also interested in seeing Victor‘s reaction to seeing his father after all these years. Also, Boyd having a “concept of a plan,” nice.
Both Jim and Tabatha are too emotional and erratic. Maybe that’s just part of their characters that the show writers are trying to convey. But still, they kept doing things that a normal person would not have. Jim insisted to go to the forest to find Tabatha and leave his two children alone. Tabatha just randomly decided to leave Henry’s car. I’m like, even if this is still part of the play, you better should still play along so that you know what they are up to, right?
There was A LOT of coincidences, she felt she was being played and that Camden wasn’t actually Camden. We have to remember they’re low on sleep good ect. Tabby didn’t sleep and Henry kept saying it. I think Tabathas reaction was rational.
on one hand you're right from the perspective of being a parent, but then on the other hand from the perspective of your significant other you don't want to believe she's dead and go out to look for her. it's a difficult balancing act he's going through
They are both too emotional and little dumb, but also they had external issues pushing, like his kid running away making and his dahghter hating him making feel he has to find Tabitha. Also it's his wife. They are in desperate mode :/

Everyone in this episode pissed me off. Dale b*tching, Jade not helping nor talking to anyone and just acting like an idiot, Jim not telling anyone about the phone call, Tabitha starting to freak out and giving up on getting to the bottle tree... I feel like I could go on, but I won't. Ever since I heard the director of the show say "This show is not about the mistery, it's about the people", I'm starting to think it will just keep going around in circles and never give satisfying answers.

About town meetings: i think now it is the right time to gather everyone and try to put the puzzle pieces together (even if the pieces dont link together but at least they can share their experiences) and find some “reassurance “ processing all rationally and together
I've been saying this since Season 1. I don't know why Boyd and Donna don't have weekly town meetings to discuss everything that occurs from day to day. It would provide a space for people to share pertinent information and save lives.

The demon baby theory isn’t debunked by her being inside, because obviously monsters can go inside the colony house they just have to be let in, and people go in and out the entire time so it would be easy to go in with someone. The whole point of that scene was to show she couldn’t open the door by herself, which we’ve yet to see her do.

Monsters can also still enter houses even with talisman as long as a door or window are already open. We haven't seen Fatima open the door herself yet. So the possibility of demon baby is still in play.
It's more once you let one in. Any amount can start pouring in. So if the baby is a monster. No place she is in would be safe. Anyways, it's not time to kill anyone else yet. The talismans are a lie. The monsters choose who to kill and when based off creating fear. Kill everyone and who's left to feed the machine?

yup you right ppl going to argue about this but they forget 1st season when the guy opens the window for the girl hes been flirting with.. she came in and left the house with the talisman on the door cause it wasent facing her. wasent facing towards the inside of the house. ppl have no common sense shes still not allowed in from front door. shes eating the rotten food in the backyward and prob enters that way again she never once has entered the front door. we all know its a demon baby why the fuck else she eating rotten food come on guys. and they also told you this episode they figured out the monsters were human before, clearly shes becoming one theres no halfway becoming one she cant eat regular food cause shes already dead. when the baby comes out shell completely become one of the monters along with the monster she gives birth to

This is definitely the tree because we all saw the teaser trailer for this new season that showed the ambulance, EMT lady etc. What is wild though is not only Tabitha is back but Henry gets to see his son. We’ve seen Fatima in the colony house yes, but have we seen her enter alone, without someone opening or holding the door for her?. I think the point of that scene was to show that Fatima couldn’t enter if not invited.

I'm starting to think these monsters are vampires. They can only come out at night sleep in day. They can transform from human to monster and it seems like they may have been human before. We haven't seen them drink blood or turn anyone yet but it looks like Fatima is slowly turning.
My idea about scarecrows is that every scarecrow is a prison, the moment Jade took the rod metal one, he was free, no one rod in his eye even... I say this because those scarecrows in s03e01 were not in a circle, but they looked like they were leaving that place, walking away....watch again, pause. But is s03e03 they are all around the village, and 3 of them are grouped ...they were not standing like this 2 episode earlier. I just hope Henry does not die, that will break Victor.... I was thinking once BIW pushed her , that it was because she needs to bring someone to the Fromtown. Yes I do not trust that BIW at all.

My theory on Boyd and the creatures wanting to "break him..." They want to make him like one of them... with his wife wanting him to 'join' her or "come back to me" from season 2 and the monsters wanting to see how strong Boyd's will and conviction about not being broken by the place, they want to make him like them. Pretty scary stuff when I imagine that. 😱😱

Something seems to be playing DJ here, just like when that cynical soundtrack made Kenny smash the radio. The evil entity and the boy in white might have both selected different songs, just like they might have both been doing abductions, only of different people, and with different agendas. If the kids are trying to find someone to break the cycle, I‘d imagine that the entity running that place, wouldn’t be too happy about that. However, these kids seem to be able to elude the entity, right up to the point of setting target coordinates for these portals, like for the trip to Maine.
Fatima is in the house allright, but they let her in, and a monster can come in if let in. So that alone doesn't change things unless she entered by herself.

I always had a thought what if the talisman are really just rocks and its the symbol engraving on the rocks that keep the monsters out. Why not put the engraving on stuff that wont fall?
My theory about the bottle tree in Fromville is that Miranda found the portal in the tree and tied the bottles to it so it could easily be found when running from the monsters or when the trees move (like Victor has mentioned)

I think this episode finally debunked the "Evil Tilly" theory. The acknowledgement of her being "kooky, batty Tilly" to everyone, and her acknowledgement that her behavior gave off those vibes, shows that it's just a character that represents a very real type of person we see all the time today. She trying to help and Fromville trying to stop her is all the proof I need to debunk the ridiculous Tilly Theory.
That’s what they want you to think. I just saw a comment that changed my mind. Watch the Latest ThinkStory episode. The comment says she could be a witch because of her coded language “eat the inside of eggshells” which is tied to eating embryos and babies. Her obsession with Fatima’s kid, it’s off. Tarot readings are acc a transactions and it can cost you a baby, a relationship, something, everyone around suffers bad luck but you are always lucky. The crow coming at the exact time could’ve stopped Fatima from getting close to her and doing something evil with Tilly.

I think, when Tabitha refuses to move forward and find out more about the tree and about everything, the place forced her to return to the town. It's like a quest she needs to complete.

Do you know what writers do? Do you know what a screenplay is ? You get that the plots planned out by the show Runner, a team of writers are here to fill in the journey. The character dialogue and development. Not the plot. Cliché comment that means nothing
The thing is, Tabitha finding her way back to the real world was great but it's also devastating because she can't tell the rest of the people what happened. But now, if she's back in Fromville can't she just tell everyone that all you need to do is go to the bottle faraway tree and jump out of the lighthouse and everyone can go home? Show over?
But are we sure it will work that way for everyone in the town? I've heard people say that it only worked for her because she had a tether to Victor’s remaining relatives on the outside via the lunchbox and the fact that lighthouses are typically found in Maine. Not to mention that the faraway tree she went through was a bottle tree just like what Victor’s mom designed before they all got trapped there in Fromville. Coincidence? I think not. Plus, she was the only one seeing the children in the tower and hat definitely has something to do with whatever is going on.
I would last if she ends up in another town lol 😂. That tree in the road has guardrails in the road. Would be funny if the rest of the people or the people that died are just in another fromville lmao 🤣
In theory yes but it's not so simple. They can probably go into from ville with the fallen tree road but how do you come back out. Jumping out of the lighthouse might not work. The boy in white might be the one opening a portal and only Tabitha can see him.
But if everyone goes through the tree to their respective places, what stops them from going back to Fromville the way Tabitha just did? Remember the "portal" to Fromville isn't only on that rode in Maine. Everyone got there while traveling in different parts of the U.S.. Which leads me to believe they all were chosen. They need to trap one of them in a small room like such. See what happens to them when the daylight comes. Realistically speaking, Fromville needs to be stopped. Escaping isn't the solution. If the entire town escapes, they still run the chance of driving from point A to point B and then there's a tree in the road - back in Fromville. Additionally, other people can end up in the same fate. Fromville needs to burn to the ground
About the totems…I think there had to be a human sacrifice of sorts for them to work in the first place, that’s what the blood drinking thing was all about. I’m also thinking that the totems held back something worse than the monster. Kinda scared to see what they released by messing up the totem. Definitely more going on there

My theory: Had Tabitha *not* freaked out, there would have been enough time to make it to the tree and avoid the ambulance crash. She diverted from the game and will be back to square one. Looks like the town will have a much needed medical team w/ supplies. Seeing the ambulance wondering if there is a cycle that is repeating. Seems like a *universal power* is sending *heroes* to break a curse or something.

The one eyed man was pinned to the tree with a railroad spike until they removed the rods from the totem, then he was able to walk free and the railroad spike was gone from his face. It’s almost as if pulling the rod out of the ground was akin to pulling the spike out of his face

I was a hair disappointed and this episode felt short. But, episodes 1 and 2 spoiled us. It was going to be hard to maintain that pace. This episode was clearly a building block episode. Episode 4 should be a lot of fun.

Hi Emmanuel and gang! I have a theory about this place. It all starts with a tree and a crow. After watching all seasons so far, I’m leaning towards a theory that this town could very well be the lost colony of Roanoke. One of the only clues that were left behind by the townspeople was a tree and CRO carved on it. To this day, no one knows what actually happened to the colony and their location. At first, the colony was in good terms with the Native Americans, but it is believed they had a fallout for a compilation of reasons, which some say forced them to move. As we don’t know what exactly happened, they may have gone against something extremely sacred for the Native Americans and in turn got cursed.
This brings to mind Schrödinger’s Cat which is “a thought experiment devised by the Austrian physicist Erwin Schrödinger, which he designed to illustrate a paradox of quantum superposition wherein a hypothetical cat may be considered both alive and dead simultaneously because its fate is linked to a random event that may (or may not) occur.” For example, so many years no one questioned the towns electricity, but once they dug to find the source (opened “the box”), they broke the paradox and all the lightbulbs exploded at the colony house.
Another reason for my theory is what Martin said to Boyd before he died. “You think those things that come out of the forest at night did this? They’re just the tip of the spear.” There are many legendary Native American creatures that shift shape, just like those on the show. These would be the first they have encountered so far, “the tip of the spear”. Another Native American creature is the Thunderbird these are known as “a deity capable of influencing rain and storms depending on their actions”. This would explain the storm that suddenly appeared when at the colony house, they tried to create a tower to send a signal.
Now, the boy dressed in white, that seems to be helping people. I believe this is linked to a Native American legend of the sacred white buffalo. It is believed to be the most sacred living thing on earth. It is a symbol of abundance and manifestation. A white buffalo calf is the most significant of prophetic signs. The boy seems to be protecting and prophesying of things to come. Which leads me to Sara and her kill the boy message she received. I don’t think they were taking about Ethan, but the boy in white that seems to be a beacon of light for the people of the town along with providing livestock. Remember, no one knows where the goats, cows and chickens come from, they just show up.
Something else that seems to be showing everywhere are the numbers seven and three. After researching, this is what I got and it ties into the show as well. “In Native American culture, the number “seven” often signifies a concept of “completeness” or “the seventh generation,” representing the idea of making decisions that impact future generations seven generations ahead, particularly associated with the Iroquois tribe; while “three” typically represents the three realms of existence: the upper world, the middle world (where humans live), and the lower world.” Could the dates in Tabitha’s dream signify the generations?
For all of the aforementioned, I strongly believe that this town, is where the lost colony of Roanoke might have ended up in the eyes of the creators of the show. It all starts with a tree and a crow. I’m missing so much in this post to tie the loose ends which I may continue to tie together on another post, but let me know what you guys think of this theory. Boyd said that in the ruins of the music box house in the woods I believe. But I do agree that the monsters could definitely already be alerted to his plan. Every entity seems to always be watching. The voices that speak to Sarah watched the priest bury his bag. The music box entity watched Abby. The radio voice watched Tabitha. Thomas on the phone was watching Jim's kids.

Maybe, Victor's mom found the bracelet in the woods where the teleport tree is, had it with her when she went back to fromville, put it in the artifacts room which his wife later finds it. This mean Victor's mom possibly used the tree to go from real life to fromville before getting trapped with her kids. Dig? The forest is an ancient burial ground, sacrifice ground, war battle so its centuries of death, trauma, screaming from the ground. Just saying. ☺️✌🏾
I have a bad feeling about the totem, too. And here is why: I've been researching my head off about everything. While looking up witch totems in general, I found that broken bottles are a thing, as are bottle trees and bottles in general. If you feel like you are cursed, you can do a ritual to find out, and others to protect yourself. One way is to bury a bottle. I think Khatri was off limits for a long time. But, they used Sara to get him to dig up his bottle, lifting his protection. As soon as that happened, he told Boyd, and then he got his throat slit.
What if the whole FROM land is actually a curse in a buried Witch's Bottle? They will need to find it and break it to break the curse?

I could write a book on random things to do to get rid of curses, bring good luck, etc and somebody somewhere would believe because they're scared and were raised superstitiously. Further clarification: I don't think he was burying the bottle for protection against any type of curse he was aware of. I think he just accidentally "turned on" protection when he buried his stuff. He even had that stuff within that stone circle. So, the trope is, that any person or thing going into that circle to specifically break his accidental protection spell, can't do it. If they go in there to willingly undo the magic that he pulled off, they'll find themselves unable to cross that threshold. So that's why the ghosts (or whoever/whatever Sara hears) had an elaborate ruse with Sarah but having her "kill the boy" so that Khatri would dig up his bottle. I think they have clairvoyant abilities to a certain degree. So they can guess way better than we can, but just because they know the future somewhat, doesn't mean they always guess right or that they can't be tricked themselves.
I don't care if he's a kid or not, Ethan should know better than to open the door when monsters are lurking out. It does not excuse his carelessness & he needs to toughen up rather than being demoralizing each episode.

When they ended the episode, I was like nooo!!! And now we have to wait another week to see what happens 😭 but I am excited for the Matthew’s family to reunite and find out that Tabatha is alive and well. I am also interested in seeing Victor‘s reaction to seeing his father after all these years. Also, Boyd having a “concept of a plan,” nice.
Both Jim and Tabatha are too emotional and erratic. Maybe that’s just part of their characters that the show writers are trying to convey. But still, they kept doing things that a normal person would not have. Jim insisted to go to the forest to find Tabatha and leave his two children alone. Tabatha just randomly decided to leave Henry’s car. I’m like, even if this is still part of the play, you better should still play along so that you know what they are up to, right?
There was A LOT of coincidences, she felt she was being played and that Camden wasn’t actually Camden. We have to remember they’re low on sleep good ect. Tabby didn’t sleep and Henry kept saying it. I think Tabathas reaction was rational.
on one hand you're right from the perspective of being a parent, but then on the other hand from the perspective of your significant other you don't want to believe she's dead and go out to look for her. it's a difficult balancing act he's going through
They are both too emotional and little dumb, but also they had external issues pushing, like his kid running away making and his dahghter hating him making feel he has to find Tabitha. Also it's his wife. They are in desperate mode :/

Everyone in this episode pissed me off. Dale b*tching, Jade not helping nor talking to anyone and just acting like an idiot, Jim not telling anyone about the phone call, Tabitha starting to freak out and giving up on getting to the bottle tree... I feel like I could go on, but I won't. Ever since I heard the director of the show say "This show is not about the mistery, it's about the people", I'm starting to think it will just keep going around in circles and never give satisfying answers.

I've been saying this since Season 1. I don't know why Boyd and Donna don't have weekly town meetings to discuss everything that occurs from day to day. It would provide a space for people to share pertinent information and save lives.

The demon baby theory isn’t debunked by her being inside, because obviously monsters can go inside the colony house they just have to be let in, and people go in and out the entire time so it would be easy to go in with someone. The whole point of that scene was to show she couldn’t open the door by herself, which we’ve yet to see her do.
no the point of that scene is her smelling the food and her craving it. she whants to open the door and then she smells the food. you can clearly see that. the baby is still fucked probably.
Monsters can also still enter houses even with talisman as long as a door or window are already open. We haven't seen Fatima open the door herself yet. So the possibility of demon baby is still in play.

yup you right ppl going to argue about this but they forget 1st season when the guy opens the window for the girl hes been flirting with.. she came in and left the house with the talisman on the door cause it wasent facing her. wasent facing towards the inside of the house. ppl have no common sense shes still not allowed in from front door. shes eating the rotten food in the backyward and prob enters that way again she never once has entered the front door. we all know its a demon baby why the fuck else she eating rotten food come on guys. and they also told you this episode they figured out the monsters were human before, clearly shes becoming one theres no halfway becoming one she cant eat regular food cause shes already dead. when the baby comes out shell completely become one of the monters along with the monster she gives birth to

This is definitely the tree because we all saw the teaser trailer for this new season that showed the ambulance, EMT lady etc. What is wild though is not only Tabitha is back but Henry gets to see his son. Smh. Tabitha probably could have saved everyone if she would've made it to the bottle tree instead she wigs out and cause Henry to crash... Smh! I know it's a series but I hate when show writers make people so slow unintelligent...😂😂😂

My idea about scarecrows is that every scarecrow is a prison, the moment Jade took the rod metal one, he was free, no one rod in his eye even... I say this because those scarecrows in s03e01 were not in a circle, but they looked like they were leaving that place, walking away....watch again, pause. But is s03e03 they are all around the village, and 3 of them are grouped ...they were not standing like this 2 episode earlier.
I just hope Henry does not die, that will break Victor.... I was thinking once BIW pushed her , that it was because she needs to bring someone to the Fromtown. Yes I do not trust that BIW at all.

My theory on Boyd and the creatures wanting to "break him..." They want to make him like one of them... with his wife wanting him to 'join' her or "come back to me" from season 2 and the monsters wanting to see how strong Boyd's will and conviction about not being broken by the place, they want to make him like them. Something seems to be playing DJ here, just like when that cynical soundtrack made Kenny smash the radio. The evil entity and the boy in white might have both selected different songs, just like they might have both been doing abductions, only of different people, and with different agendas. If the kids are trying to find someone to break the cycle, I‘d imagine that the entity running that place, wouldn’t be too happy about that. However, these kids seem to be able to elude the entity, right up to the point of setting target coordinates for these portals, like for the trip to Maine.
Fatima is in the house allright, but they let her in, and a monster can come in if let in. So that alone doesn't change things unless she entered by herself.
Glad someone else called this out. Fatima being in the house proves absolutely nothing. That house could be full of monsters all day if someone opened the door for them. No idea if that's what's happening, but we can't say it's disproven until we see Fatima let herself in to a building with a talisman

I always had a thought what if the talisman are really just rocks and its the symbol engraving on the rocks that keep the monsters out. Why not put the engraving on stuff that wont fall?
My theory about the bottle tree in Fromville is that Miranda found the portal in the tree and tied the bottles to it so it could easily be found when running from the monsters or when the trees move (like Victor has mentioned)

I think this episode finally debunked the "Evil Tilly" theory.
The acknowledgement of her being "kooky, batty Tilly" to everyone, and her acknowledgement that her behavior gave off those vibes, shows that it's just a character that represents a very real type of person we see all the time today.
She trying to help and Fromville trying to stop her is all the proof I need to debunk the ridiculous Tilly Theory.

That’s what they want you to think. I just saw a comment that changed my mind. Watch the Latest ThinkStory episode. The comment says she could be a witch because of her coded language “eat the inside of eggshells” which is tied to eating embryos and babies. Her obsession with Fatima’s kid, it’s off. Tarot readings are acc a transactions and it can cost you a baby, a relationship, something, everyone around suffers bad luck but you are always lucky. The crow coming at the exact time could’ve stopped Fatima from getting close to her and doing something evil with Tilly.

The thing is, Tabitha finding her way back to the real world was great but it's also devastating because she can't tell the rest of the people what happened. But now, if she's back in Fromville can't she just tell everyone that all you need to do is go to the bottle faraway tree and jump out of the lighthouse and everyone can go home? Show over?
But are we sure it will work that way for everyone in the town? I've heard people say that it only worked for her because she had a tether to Victor’s remaining relatives on the outside via the lunchbox and the fact that lighthouses are typically found in Maine. Not to mention that the faraway tree she went through was a bottle tree just like what Victor’s mom designed before they all got trapped there in Fromville. Coincidence? I think not. Plus, she was the only one seeing the children in the tower and hat definitely has something to do with whatever is going on.
I would last if she ends up in another town lol 😂. That tree in the road has guardrails in the road. Would be funny if the rest of the people or the people that died are just in another fromville lmao 🤣
In theory yes but it's not so simple. They can probably go into from ville with the fallen tree road but how do you come back out. Jumping out of the lighthouse might not work. The boy in white might be the one opening a portal and only Tabitha can see him.

When Smiley and the others broke into the Colony House, Fatima & Ellis locked themselves in a little room just to the exit of the house with a talisman. They need to trap one of them in a small room like such. See what happens to them when the daylight comes.
Realistically speaking, Fromville needs to be stopped. Escaping isn't the solution. If the entire town escapes, they still run the chance of driving from point A to point B and then there's a tree in the road - back in Fromville. Additionally, other people can end up in the same fate. Fromville needs to burn to the ground
About the totems…I think there had to be a human sacrifice of sorts for them to work in the first place, that’s what the blood drinking thing was all about. I’m also thinking that the totems held back something worse than the monster. Kinda scared to see what they released by messing up the totem. Definitely more going on there

My theory: Had Tabitha *not* freaked out, there would have been enough time to make it to the tree and avoid the ambulance crash. She diverted from the game and will be back to square one. Looks like the town will have a much needed medical team w/ supplies. Seeing the ambulance wondering if there is a cycle that is repeating. Seems like a *universal power* is sending *heroes* to break a curse or something.

The one eyed man was pinned to the tree with a railroad spike until they removed the rods from the totem, then he was able to walk free and the railroad spike was gone from his face. It’s almost as if pulling the rod out of the ground was akin to pulling the spike out of his face

I was a hair disappointed and this episode felt short. But, episodes 1 and 2 spoiled us. It was going to be hard to maintain that pace. This episode was clearly a building block episode. Episode 4 should be a lot of fun.
