Excellent video, looked a much better day weatherwise. Classic route, love the Corridor route on the Borrowdale race, especially that first steep bit! Hope your leg heals soon. Awesome stuff 👍👍
What a great day! Finally some good weather. Do you ever pause your gps and sit on one of the mountain tops and eat lunch and enjoy the views? I would carry a thermos of hot tea and have a tea break somewhere with a great view. Sorry about the fall. At least it was minor. That's good. Thanks for sharing.
We always say we should spend a day on a hill somewhere with a coffee and something decent to eat. One day we may actually get around to doing it! My leg is fine, been out again today and nothing that a few plasters can’t contain. Thanks again 😊
What a great route! I do enjoy following these outings from my armchair in Flatland. I wonder if you could put your little map at the start of the video? I do a lot of flipping between your video and the OS app to see the detail of what you're doing and it would help if I could see the route at the start.
You ran past us just after the peak. (Yellow jacket) what time did you set off?! We had been on the summit for about 10 minutes when you got there! 9:37
@@TrailRunningCouple we set off from seathwaite at 07:45! Amazing how much faster you must’ve been than us! We went via great end and the craggs too, but in a much less dignified fashion I envision. It was a great day. Very changeable.
Only been up Scarfell once and that was when i was in the military.....and yep, thats exactly the same view i got to see. Not a fan of running on big rocks also. I have a tendance to fall over and yes hurt my legs. To be honest you've been lucky with the weather recently. Every time you run, there hasn't been much rain. May it continue for you both.
Haha, we both love the rocky technical terrain of the Scafells. Just something magical about it, almost like being on another planet. No good if you want to cover ground quickly though!
I wish we were! Unfortunately next week is back at work, we both hate being sensible 😂 You sound like you came away lucky Alan, as we all know, falls on this terrain can always be far worse. Hope you heal up well and quickly 👍
You two are amazing and inspiring. Best wishes.
Thank you so much, really appreciate that 👍
Another amazing watch guys take care hope the leg is fine and thank you for the beautiful footage.❤❤💯💯👏👏
Thanks Trevor, the old leg is fine, just cuts and bruises which isn’t stopping us. Been a great 5 days and a shame to come home 😢
Amazing views and a great run (the Lakes and Fells sure are beautiful on a mixed day like this 🏔️👍) run off the injury (fair play ) 💪
ATB Simon 🤠👍
Thanks Simon, can’t beat the Lakes, whatever it decides to throw at you. Snow over the past couple of days has been fantastic!

Thanks Johnny, the weather couldn’t have been any more different! No guarentees but sinner be out that not!
Legs fine, just bruising and a few cuts 👍
Absolutely love Sprinkling Tarn. Hoping to wild camp up there this year.
Great spot for a camp, lots of areas on the far side. Hope you enjoy 👍
Enjoyed watching your Lake District adventure, some cracking routes.looks like you had a great time😁👍
Thank you, it's been fantastic!
Gonna get up there in March and do the Coledale Horseshoe,,The Lakes are just the best👍😁
@@peterparkingmeter4764 Can’t be beaten. The Coledale Horseshoe is a brilliant route. I’d recommend it to anybody 👍
Yeh ran pars of it in the FRA relays last year, off the scale scenic.
Beautiful out there. Hope the leg is okay. Best wishes to you both.
Loved it! Yeah, leg is fine, just bruised and a few cuts but it’s clean and healing. Thanks 👍
Looks like you've had a really good few days - must get myself up to the Lakes for some running!
Thank you, been a brilliant 5 days. It’s so a great playground for trail/fell running - you’ll love it!!
Superb, hope the leg is okay.
Thanks Alex, it’s fine, just bruising and a few cuts. Healing ok 👍
Great video! Hope the leg is ok.
Thanks Paul, it’s fine. Just an innocuous slip lead to landing on a rock. Just bruised with a few cuts but it’s clean and will heal just fine 👍

Hi, Strava says 09:25 we set off. Great day out wasn’t it? What was your route?

We both really enjoyed it. I think the whole route is quite challenging to be honest but well worth adding the crags as you’re passing. Well done 👍
@@TrailRunningCouple and you! Was a fun one.

Your having a great week running in the lakes, are you chilling on Spanish beach next?😂
I took a tumble today, head first cutting my nose, above Wasdale.
