Thank you both (+ dogs) for sharing
Thanks Mick, appreciate it 👍
Fabulous run with fabulous dogs 👏👏👏
Thank you Ian ☺️
Yay! You got another dog! She's a lucky girl to be adopted into your family. Happy running with your two Collies! Beautiful day out in the lake district.
Thank you so much. I always feel like we’re the lucky ones! Had a brilliant day ☺️
Hello Peggy - what fun was had by all that day - thank you for taking us along with you -much appreciated
Hello back 🐕 😊 We all had a brilliant day, really impressed considering this was Peggy’s first experience in the Lake District!
Omg you've got two dogs - what fun!! Lovely video as ever, thank you for sharing the hills.
Thanks Lizzie! We spoke about it for a while and made our minds up over Christmas 🐕 🐕
Great to see both dogs enjoying a swim together! looked cold out there
A little chilly on the tops, according to the Met Office there was a wind chill of minus 11. Didn’t stick around for too long up there!!
Glad to see Peggy jump in after Marley. He loves the tarns and lakes but wasn’t sure how Peggy would feel about them. Thanks.
Another brilliant video guys, and a warm welcome to Peggy on her video debut.🐕🐕
Thank you Tommy 😊
Well done, thanks for the ride!
Thank you 👍
That looked like so much fun both for you guys and the dogs!
I think we all loved it. Brilliant day, thanks ☺️
Was shocked to see the snow up there been none here for a week or more . Wish I had my two dogs running isn't the same without them.
Thanks so much for the video really appreciated 👍👍
So were we Martin. I expected it to be cold with a little icy covering but not those conditions. We’re always prepared though so not an issue. Ended up being a brilliant day! Running definitely has another dimension with a dog. Would you consider another companion?
I definitely would it's first time in my life I've never had a dog. Wife isn't to good and I'm going for some treatment next Monday be maybe a bit much now
Brilliant some Sunday morning viewing great route looks different covered in snow greetings to Peggy
Thank you! She’s brill and a great addition to our running family ☺️
A solid adventure! Classic british highly changeable weather
Thanks Jess. Absolutely did not expect the higher fells to be like that. A pleasant surprise indeed 😊
Oh....double trouble!👍
Great company.
Haha, indeed! They’re really getting used to each other now. It was a fun first week! 😂
I double looked at the very start 😆 To be honest i wasn't surprised you got another dog for some reason 🙂. Spectacular views from Nab Scar. If i had gone up there it would be cloudy and miseable as hell 😆
Had to be done Andy! They’re settling together now, didn’t for the first week though!
It’s great having them both out on the fells, she’s becoming a great addition. There had been practically no views of any real note until the descent towards Nab Scar. Still, would have taken more snow in exchange though!
Amazing! Hopefully me and twig see you on the fells sometime ❤
Thank you! Tell us more about Twig 👍
Man this makes me think about that tragic race in China, stay safe out there!
Hi and thank you. We always carry race mandatory kit so always prepared.
In our packs we have an insulated mid layer, windproof jacket and waterproof jacket. 3 pairs of differing gloves (windproof, thermal and waterproof) and a first aid kit which includes a climb in survival bag. We also carried microspikes just in case. Not worth the risk 👍
