    Someday I plan on putting a stroker crank and oversize pistons in my VQ37 to bring the displacement up to 4.2 or 4.3 liter and might do the balancing myself like you did. I did do something similar to an Austin Healey engine that I rebuilt in the early 1970s and it was a very satisfying thing to do.

      I really want to try out that Brian Crower stroker kit too, but in a time attack car. Would be fantastic.

    I was wondering, on the rods where you ground material off, would you need to re-shotpeen the spots where to material was trimmed off?

      I don't plan on it. These rods will never see enough abuse at power levels high enough to fatigue stress fail.(or crack)

    What was you piston compression?

      The pistons in my G are 10:1 while this guy wanted 9.5:1
