    7 oz extra firm toru
    1 olive oil
    1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1/4 cup soy milk
    1/4 tsp tumeric
    1/4 tsp paprika

    1/4 tsp onion powder
    salt & black pepper
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 medium tomato
    1 oz avocado
    1/2 tbsp chopped chives

    1 medium carrot
    4 oz potato
    1/4 medium green pepper

    1 medium carrot, cubed
    1 oz spinach
    3/4 cup quinoa, cooked
    1 oz avocado
    1 tsp white vinegar

    1 tsp dijon mustard
    salt & black pepper

    5 Veggie Fried Rice 240 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1 medium carrot, cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 cup brown rice
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
    salt and black pepper
    1/8 tsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp cumin
    1/8 dried oregano
    2 tbsp tomato sauce
    6 grape tomatoes
    1 medium green onion

    Preparation
    Cook the rice in water first until done.
    Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and carrot and cover until carrot is tender.
    Season with salt and pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano. Add cooked rice and mix to combine.
    Add tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, and green onions.
    Serve topped with chopped cilantro.

    I liked all these recipes. Nothing fancy. Just for everyday meals. Nice and easy. Big bag carrots onions spinach some grains a few avocados and some jars of regular spices. Oh and don't forget the chickeas . Sorted for the week 👍.

    instead of the vegan parmesan, for the taste, you can use nutritional yeast. don't use too much of it though, if you wanna do the weight loss thing.

    I have found, when you are going vegan, that it's best to start simple and learn a repertoire of recipes from a few simple ingredients. Simplifies your shopping, You don't have to be this master chef. As always people can adjust things according to their tastes. I would omit the oil. Overall great video.

    These all look super delicious! As a vegan, I will definitely be trying all of them. The only issue I have with them is that the calories are a bit low for most people. 2-3 hundred calories per meal is not enough unless you are snacking in between. 🙂

      Since the beginning of culinary advancement, humans have consumed far more calories than needed. 2-300 calories per meal is excellent in order to lose weight. Which is exactly what this video promotes.

    Your recipes look delicious. You do a very good job and I love your music :-) I think the only thing I would do differently would be to either roast my veggies or cook them in much less water because when you put them in a pot full of water, boil them, and drain the water you are draining a lot of the nutrients from the vegetable. Roasted veggies are amazing or steaming them with a minimal amount of water. Great job!

    I eat a mostly plant based diet....but I cannot get down with tofu!! Tried it a few different ways and just doesn't make me feel good.
    One thing I found to be a great meat substitute though, is....walnuts!!!😋

      Well the upside is that you can buy a bag of carrots and a a bag of spinach and use it up instead of letting it go to waste it needing to buy tons of different ingredients. Budgetwise this is a good strategy.

    To get yourTofu taste like egg, use Kala Namak. It's a black salt, which has an eggy flavour to it. :)
