    Just done this 15 min workout, loved it, sets you up for the day. I'm 54 and I can do it, give it a go people ❤ xx well done Joe Wicks for inspiring us all x

    I’m 75 and done two sets. I’ve had a pelvis injury and have been taking things carefully doing your senior workouts and building up to more rigorous challenges. Thank you.

    Thanks for this Joe, my internal dialogue for myself is so negative, I was absolutely smashing your workouts during lockdown and got quite fit and I relapsed back after trying to get back into the rhythm of life again, I've recently been diagnosed as autistic and i can understand why I get so exhausted but these 15 minutes are really giving me a achievable chunk, as for the negative internal voice, ill work on that haha

      I’ve got dyspraxia and often feel down too, but I always feel better after doing these workouts. We just need a positive mindset for the day!

    Just came back to this workout and I did two rounds instead just the one i very proud of myself to be able to push myself the extra 15 minutes after having a break from physical exercise my mood and my mindset had changed massively towards exercise I know class physical activity as my therapy for my mental health

    Wasn’t able to do all the floor exercises but did something for each segment…….but I will keep doing this video until I can do all the exercises. Still felt great at the end 😊thank you!

    Great workout will put this in my training thinking 3x to 4X aweek with my weights 4x a week but not sure where to place it👍🇬🇧

    Well I did my variation of it anyway at 74 and not particularly fit. I tried.

    Does this help to loose weight from your hips ?

      There’s no such thing as spot fat loss. You can’t focus on losing fat from a specific area. But, you’ve got this! Keep going and you’ll see results
