5 STARS - been doing the First Steps To Fitness Series for a few months (and 6Kg down) but love the variations on this workout. There are a few I cant do because of mobility issues but just swapped them with what I can do for the original series, thank you so much for putting this together
I was feeling very sedentary today so I decided to do this. I do indeed feel better, thank you. I need to get a sports bra if I’m to continue so that’s my next mission! Day1 done ✅
Found this video today and I never have stayed for the full 15 minutes but you motivated me to! I completed the whole thing at my own pace and it felt amazing!!!
I just started this workout today as a beginner. I was able to do all the movements, some needed modifications. I felt great during and definitely after!
Just your routine i dont like exercise but this my second morning and i feel chuffed with myself also i have joined slimming world and have lost 1/2 a stone thankyou Joe👍
I started working out today, and it went well. But there's a need for more modify or adjustments to do it really properly. It felt great after i did it. This will be my routine in every morning
Just done this workout again. Menopausal issues and weight gain, fibro and Raynaud's... they're all kicking me on the backside lately. I just want to feel fit and like me again
Thanks Joe your helped get rid of my sciatica, unfortunately I tore a ligament in my knee nothing to do with your exercises, now my knee has healed I’m back in the gym with you ❤
I’ve been working out for 7 years lol. I’m a big muscle guy I do run but not as much as I would like. This workout was pretty challenging!! I changed some of the workouts out for mountain climbers and burpees but damn I can’t do those like I used too 😂 this was fun tho. I’ll def do this hiit stuff again
I’m going to start on this journey. I can’t keep going down this unhealthy path. Thanks for posting when I was in a bad place. It’s a sign to start!
