      Anna please reply to my comment I suffer from the lower body I want a very thin leg and even though I'm exercising regularly but no results are 171 and I weigh 60. What is your advice?

    More beginner series, please! There is a lot of intermediate and advanced training to be found on TH-cam, but this series was great for easing back into training after a while away or an injury.

    Just completed the 14 day challenge! (more like 21 bc LIFE, lol) I am so appreciative to experience what a balanced workout regime looks like! I had the freedom to push myself knowing there were the breaks coming and I could trust not to burn out myself (like i would tend to do by myself) I am so excited to repeat this challenge! And see more growth progress, better pace and do less modifications 😅. I appreciate the flexibility of having those in there 😀...I would love to see a 21 or month challenge! To experience what a balanced routine for women is when on our cycle, when we have that ovulation boost of energy, etc. So so appreciative and proud of everyone here!!!!🎉🎉🎉 We did it!!🎉🎉🎉

    Finally, we made it. I am so proud of me and you guys. Thank you Anna for this challenge for growing. This was the first time that I showed up without any day off. I definitely see the results throughout this 14 day challenge. After these workouts I see myself more disciplined. I started to care and love my body more.     I’ll be honest, I didn’t this challenge every day. It was really hard for me. I’ve started 21.01 and ended today 16.02. But now I feel myself so much stronger and now I want to continue 💪🏼Now I have a new habit - love yourself and do workout! Thank you, Anna ❤❤❤

    I just finished your 14 Day plan and i can’t tell how it was amazing..
    Your video help me so much, i’m 15 and i struggle a lot again with an sport addiction and with some lot of rest of anorexia i keep since i was 12. I discover your channel not long ago and you and your video like this plan in 14 Day help me so much to calm down with sport, loving it and teach me to do it for myself mental health for loving my body and not degrading him❤ i always be grateful, thank u Anna!!❤

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
