This is a great workout to use as an awesome base or go to when you aren't motivated but still want to move and be challenged. I think using that as a base and adding weights and then maybe 15 minutes or cardio afterwards is perfect. I loved the stretching near the end!

Lets try it!" Its amazing! I'm gonna add it to my workout playlist. I usually do leg and core related workouts, and this is great bc It touches one both as well as other things. I struggled with the pushup/childs pose part bc I'm not really good at pushups YET, maybe if I keep doing this workout I will be 🤷♀lets see!

Today I struggled more during this workout than usually , i don't know why because at the same time I know that I can do harder workouts (like your HIIT videos) , so it made me really insecure about myself. But I kept listening to your podcast while I did this workout and it made me feel a bit better. Thank you so much for your hard work ,you motivate me a lot to not give up, but work even harder. I love you !!!!!!
it's ok ! you did your best this days, your best will not always be 100% of your capacities. You're strong and you have to be proud of yourself even if you were not at 100%, never forget that !

LOVE LOVE LOVE ur workouts! can u do one specializing in athletes? cause we play soccer, competitively, so with the games and practices we end up to tired to do ur workouts(u can still add the TONING/abs/lower body/upper body/ect.) we would just love to have one(possibly a few)workouts helping athletes(in season) 💗

this felt more like power pilates than yoga -- great workout. love the slow controlled movements as much as the big sweaty cardio movements. 👍🏽

@@tl11316yoga is more flowy and is based on postures rather than movements like crunches, lunge pulses etc
