    AHHH I just wanted to share that I’ve just started my fitness journey again after being stuck in the hospital for half a year and today I realized that I’m finally strong enough to finish this whole workout!!
    I’ve never seen the end text of “I’m so proud of you” and “you are so strong” but it really means a lot and moved my heart. Thank you so much Anna 💕

    Day 2: gosh it was tough! i wasn't able to do it perfectly like you but i completed the video. My body hurts even more but its a good kindof pain. Not stopping! will start tomorrow with a few stretches for comfort.
    saw day 3 in brief and woah! its gonna be tough dangg🔥

      yea when I did day 1 It was hard for me so I left the video still I left 8 mins workout but complete 20mins tho my body was paining so I skip day 2 but I am gonna start at day3

      @@toapox1577 tbh its going good I lost 5kg weight if u don't feel like exercising walk or jogging if u are walking do 10k steps or if jogging at least do 1 hour of jogging
      ~some steps to lose weight~
      1. Drink 2 or 3 liter of water
      2. Do exercise
      3. Never skip meals take protein :D

    CRUSHED IT for day 2!!!!! This was a killer!! I feel nice and refreshed, the endorphins are running through, this is awesome. My posture is good now, too!!
    Oh my god, those finishers killed me. That was awesome haha. I'm not sure if I had the 100% correct form in all of those, but I tried my best and it did hurt in the correct places most of the time, so I think I'm good. Im so proud of myself!!

    Today was my first time working out after a very long break...it was quite difficult, my form wasn't perfect and I had to take a few breaks, but I am so so proud of myself for committing to it and completing the entire thing...anna you have inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and re-start my fitness journey even when I am back to square 1...so excited to feel motivated and healthy again!!

    Thank you Anna! I’ve been doing your exercises for a couple weeks and found this playlist. I didn’t even break a sweat doing day 2! Yesterday was challenging, but today was easy for me, and that means I’ve gotten stronger, thanks to you. :) this is HUGE for me, because my abs separated during pregnancy and I suffered for about 4 years with back pain from having a weak core.

      Yep if this is beginner friendly I'm not even born yet. But don't do everything, rest when u need to. Anna is so good at this that she can be a little bit blind to see what beginners can do. Ofcourse somebody can but this was haaard. I should continue with 50% of this so I can be a beginner some day. 😹💛

    Finished Day 2! I admittedly fell during the plank, I’m usually okay with them but this workout tired me out. I’m glad I i made it through the video with breaks though and I’m looking forward to tomorrow. It was a fun way to start the morning!

    Started doing this 14-Day challenge yesterday. It was great! 🙌
    Completed the workout; but to be honest today's (Day-2) didn't feel beginner friendly.
    Most importantly there were no breaks between crunches in the beginning part, I guess so I broke down before midway itself 😅

    Day 2_ Couldnt do it perfectly, paused 2_3 times in between, but completed it! It burnt like hell today! We move to day3! Showing up everyday till i complete this!

    Day 2/14! I've had to stop before the imparted time on more than one exercise and did the rest far less well than you did but I rose to today's challenge anyways 😉 Satisfied and proud of myself 😊🥰 Thank you for the video !

    i have hated my stomach recently and i love growingannanas she helps me love my body more. Anyway i have done this workout everyday so i can build my abs and i have lost a ton of weight! I feel better in my body and am starting to feel confident enough to wear bikinis! Thank you for the truth full help. And telling me changes take time.

    I'm trying this routine again since I stopped working out for 10 days (heatwaves literally won't let me work out here in Italy) BUT since I started back in early April I GOT THROUGH THE WHOLE WORKOUT WITHOUT STOPPING EVERY 2 MINUTES I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF🎉
