    My Blood pressure Before doing IF was always above 145 but now after doing it for 15 days my B.P has drop to 115
    It was great experience .

      Try eating only one meal like roti sabzi n thode se chawal.. i used to do fasting for whole day other than one single meal

    Agr thyroi ki dwa le li h 8 bje hi to kya turant khana khana jrur hota, h.
    Ya sham ko 3- 4 bje kha skte h. Koi nuksan to nhi hoga

    Mam fasting karna mushkil hota hai qki gastric bahut high hai...ek time khana nahi khane se v gastric ki bahut prblm hoti hai...any suggestion plzz..

      @Sarika Khurana soni please stick to 30 minutes yoga or exercise routine every day. Avoid junk food and snacks between meals. Yeh tips long-term basis pe follow karne se aapka weight maintain hota hai.

      Intermittent fasting is not a life style, aap use tab tk hi follow kare jab tk aapka weight loss ho raha hai, agar 1 month ho gaya hai, weight loss nahi ho raha hai, than change ur pattern and give a gap of min two months but remember stay on a good and healthy diet with exercise. Than after two months u can start ur fasting again .
