Me toh 16/8 hours ki intermittent fasting karta hu mujhe fayda hi hua hai. Doctor ne toh mana kiya tha lekin intermittent fasting karne ke baad blood pressure aur blood sugar level normal hone laga without medicine.
Sarwat ji mai to roza rakh leti hun. Iftar me bihari style chana chura or fruits chatt kha leti hun. Dinner me normal desi bihari khana like chawal sabzi daal. Or subah 5 baje 1 glass milk k sath kuchh khajooren. Din achha guzarta hai bhuk b nhi lagti.weight b km ho jata hai..

I started intermittent fasting 2 weeks ago and lost 4 kgs, I was also eating right when I was eating, here is my full schedule: I finish eating at 9 PM, for dinner I take 170 gm chicken for protein and some rice and salad for carbs, then drink my protein at 11 AM the next day, I have my first meal at 1 PM which is just a bowl of oats, at 5 PM I take 4 egg whites and dinner repeats again at 9 I also started Mixed Martial arts training as well 3 days a week 2 weeks ago. Hope to continue this, my target wait is 70 kg my current wait is 83, I was 87 two weeks ago.
You are totally wrong here i am following intermittent fasting it really helps to loose inches & I got more active during this apko only starting days mein problem hoti hai body used to hone ke baad everything would be perfect

It's 16 hours, 9 PM to 1 PM
16/8 window but I keep fast 6pm to 10am I lose 24 kg now I am 63 but I was 87kg I quit sugar completely.
