Yes i agree the humor, with fun .... blub blub blub! Can’t get enough.. we all should do something fun like this and be a kid for a while ! Dang world would be a better place man !!👍🏽
I think it looks better without the black roof - but I'm not a purist at all. Also I'm pretty sure Jimmy's new ride is a color-change and I'm pretty sure I had one just like it. Too friggin' cool. Keep up the good work, dude! Another great resto!!
I don’t understand. I don’t have anything special for little cars or normal cars or restoration and I can’t stop watching these. I think it’s your voice and personality. Keep up the good work ❤️
Aqua is a great choice. Nice quick resto. I'm up to 13 of the sweet 16 and many are in rough shape. Building my set so I can try my hand at restoring them with inspiration and wisdom from your videos. Thanks!!
Your new paint method is really working out well. The translucent paints are coming out WAY better than they used to. Good call on the repro wheels too.
Hi bub.. I do like that the car was painted over, protecting that zamac makes the work a fair tackle.. And the color choice! Man that's the icing! Dude that is really BOSS brother!
Aqua- what a beautiful colour ! Sometimes a simple no frills red line resto is just as satisfying to watch as a major custom job ! Thanks for sharing !
Sloppy to sweet , that paint is spot on and way better than purple. Thanks for sharing another awesome restoration. Mike from Texas,Take Memories,Leave Footprints
Great job, Looks great!!, always had a soft spot in my heart for this little car, i like it with the black top. I have grown addicted to this chnnl, very soothing. Good luck and health my friend. Much love and respect. Till the next time.
I love the history aspect of a factory correct restoration (and a lesson on names python vs cheetah).....but..... the aqua finish and new wheels look perfect .... with or without the black top on this one. LOL ! 🍻 well done !
Love Aqua. So Metallic! I do remember having a deep purple Python. It looked cool to an eight year old.Think they made a dark gold metallic and a green metallic too.Awesome job!!
Also my favorite HW color on another beautiful resto. Helpful hint with those fat-tipped paint pens like your chrome marker...extract some of the paint into a little cup and use a toothpick or a fine point paintbrush...but you probably already do that. Anyway, major props!
Yea my 2mm pen crapped out.. so I only had the big one. I'm used to getting in there with it now. Did all the trim on the Vista Cruiser with the big pen.
Another great job. The car looks amazing but I have to say I kinda liked it in black. If it was done right it would be cool, Or what if you did a purple undercoat with a black top coat to give it a full colored look. Anyway keep up the good work.
Whats up hot wheel restore God!!!loved this restore, that car brings back memories for me. had that car as a kid. keep it up , love your videos they entertain me big time.
Excellent resto as always. As for people crying about replacing the factory wheels it's your car to do as you please but mostly it looks a whole lot better with new wheels. That's all that matter to me when I attempt a restoration or custom. I have not done any vintage redlines but have done a few late 70's and 80's models and hey if a set of Maisto F1 wheels fit on a 1977 Hot Wheels Monte Carlo Stocker than so be it!...LOL!
I saw where one fella brushed some of that pledge on top of the tail lights after he used the red marker, it made them look more realistic like glass and keeps them from fading too quickly.
Love the restoration. I have two Pythons from my childhood and one is that colour. I got them out to check. I think they were my fastest Hot Wheels. One observation: the tail pipes were actually black. BTW, that pube must have been from a serious ginger. LMAO. Thanks for another great video. (and memories)
Hands down my favorite restoration channel. Pretty much neck-and-neck with BareMetalHW, but the extra humor here is the edge 🙂
Yes i agree the humor, with fun .... blub blub blub! Can’t get enough.. we all should do something fun like this and be a kid for a while ! Dang world would be a better place man !!👍🏽
Yup, same
Yeah I like the sense of humor here too. Great channel, lots of cool rides. Never cared for this car though, but nice job nonetheless.
Ed Campbell -yep just shows his talent because I never liked the car either.. but he made it fun and real... with memory’s and fun stuff ..
I was thinking the same thing.
Keep up the good work ❤️
Ahh the voice drags you into the depths with the rest of em.. MuHAhaHAHAhAhhAAaaaa
Aqua is a great choice. Nice quick resto. I'm up to 13 of the sweet 16 and many are in rough shape. Building my set so I can try my hand at restoring them with inspiration and wisdom from your videos. Thanks!!
Looks awesome! Redlines are always classic and seeing them restored brings all the goodness back in our childhood 😀
Paint is flawless as always keep up the great work!
Not my favorite body style, but the paint is sweet. Should have left the roof turquoise.
Yeah I liked it better with the Spectra blue aiso
Awesome strip job and prep. That zinc looked excellent. Good to see you changed out the wheels. Nice detail work and another beauty of a paint job!
Your new paint method is really working out well. The translucent paints are coming out WAY better than they used to. Good call on the repro wheels too.
Yeah.. I see why that's your favourite paint colour. Car looks sweet. Also I'm loving Jimmy's new ride haha
You are the person every Hot Wheel lover would love to have as a neighbor.
You have become the go to diecast restoration channel. Doing big things that's cool!
Thanks Eric, im trying to hold everything together!
@@DiecastResurrection well your channels awesome brother!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Hi bub.. I do like that the car was painted over, protecting that zamac makes the work a fair tackle.. And the color choice! Man that's the icing! Dude that is really BOSS brother!
Great color, the aqua is underrated IMO. The usual high quality resto we’ve come to expect from a DR vid.
Love that colour! Jimmy looks great standing by his new ride, now he can cruise for the ladies.
Aqua- what a beautiful colour ! Sometimes a simple no frills red line resto is just as satisfying to watch as a major custom job ! Thanks for sharing !
Thanks buddy!
Sloppy to sweet , that paint is spot on and way better than purple.
Thanks for sharing another awesome restoration.

Another sweet build. Blubs for Aquaman!!!!
you are getting better every time great paint
Great job. You ought to trademark, bottle and sell your new paint formula. Then you can buy all the new wheels you want.
That aqua shade really made the care pop, you are right we just did a purple car so it was a real good idea to do some aqua action! Great Car!
Thanks brother.
Great job,
Looks great!!, always had a soft spot in my heart for this little car, i like it with the black top. I have grown addicted to this chnnl, very soothing. Good luck and health my friend. Much love and respect. Till the next time.
Looks fantastic! Great color👍
Excellent paint choice. Aqua suits it! I kinda dig the Python, interesting body style :)
I would love a custom car done by you, sir! You are the king of customs!
I love Redline restorations! Also, I'm glad you changed the wheels.
I love the history aspect of a factory correct restoration (and a lesson on names python vs cheetah).....but..... the aqua finish and new wheels look perfect .... with or without the black top on this one. LOL ! 🍻 well done !
As a kid I loved this car. I haven't seen one in over 30 years.
love the new jbomb for jimmy and another great resurrection
Beautiful job beings it’s a python you should try a snakeskin paint job that would be pretty 😎 next time👍
Love that aqua colour Ace , that or Orange . Great job 👍
Love Aqua. So Metallic! I do remember having a deep purple Python. It looked cool to an eight year old.Think they made a dark gold metallic and a green metallic too.Awesome job!!
Great as always - I'm so jealous of how nice that body was!
I agree. Love the aqua color! Be cool to se a redline done with modern RR from like a VW drag bus
"OMFG"
--Me when I see you whipped out a WHOLE jerrycan of clearcoat.
Yeah. lol. It will work out cheaper than buying smaller bottles though...
LOL yup.. that whole big can with the quart of activator was $100 US..
fantastic !!!! and i'm so happy that you painted the roof so I didn't have to jump off my roof ! :-)
Great job! Car looks awesome.
That is a cool color, looks great
When the dude says we're going Aqua, we go Aqua... right?
Nice color top looks good either way sweet job!
Awesome work as always , Mike Espo................
Such an awesome design for a car.
Great resto a always! The chrome paint can stay longer if you clear coat it.
Would have loved this little model in gold!!
Great paint job
WOW!my friend as always. Excellent very cool
Your "Secret Sauce" bit was hilarious.
Your getting the vids out ... happy time!
I like those Redlines! Would you trade that for a 1972 Gold JL Javelin that needs your touch?
Love the color, awesome makeover/resto ...Looks beautiful👍
Another great job. The car looks amazing but I have to say I kinda liked it in black. If it was done right it would be cool, Or what if you did a purple undercoat with a black top coat to give it a full colored look. Anyway keep up the good work.
Lovely work as always man !!👍🏽
Dude I finally got ya on my tv instead of my phone!!! So cool!!!
Aqua colour was a great choice for this model. An all white interior would complement the colour and chrome.
Love the color! Really cool car man.
I like the color you chose and agree with you on the wheels
I enjoy watching your videos, I learn a ton from you and your just plain fun to watch. Have a great day.
Awesome! Jimmy's new car needs some customizing. lol

Looks good! Should've left the roof unpainted, though. It looked amazing with that aqua roof.
Looked so nice after the initial polish I would've been tempted to say Look Ma! I made a Chrome Python! LOL! Love the color though.
This is how the 68’s should have looked!!!
Jimmy's hot rod it is a color shifter actually I have it in my collection.
Great job man as always greetings 🇲🇽
...close to 2500 views in 1 hour.....Yeahhh , think yer rockin' it , Rock onnn
Robert
Nice restoration!
🎶🎵"Stripping on a Wednesday"🎶 lmao
👍 Fantastic color
“Unfortunately, this one’s gonna need a paint job.” Hahahaha 🤣
I saw where one fella brushed some of that pledge on top of the tail lights after he used the red marker, it made them look more realistic like glass and keeps them from fading too quickly.
Cheetah, Python, looks nice! I would like to park one in my garage!!
I like how it switched back and forth from painted top to no painted top. We got a twofer.
Awesome job man
This was *BLUB-TASTIC* ... Jimmy would be *proud*
that turned out nice thanks
Looks good to me :)
I remember having one like that when I was a kid.
I'm good with Aqua, and the car looks Great with Aqua.
I was reading that you can seal the chrome paint with floor polish. The same polish you use to refurbish windows
This was/is one of my favourite Hotwheels and it looks awesome in any colour. Nice job dude ... I mean Dude. You deserve the capital D.
50goingon15 haha. You said he deserves the D haha
