i think the most important things are your sleep and diet. for me my weight was stuck at 72.6-72.2 even i had increased my weights. so for me it was my too much consumption of rice

May be your program or diet is not optimized. Also fat and muscle are two different types of tissues. You cannot convert fat to muscle.
