    Sir i have one doubt i take vitamine d,200mg VIT E, magnesium glycinate and my Eye supplement ,biotin and b12 because i have deficiency in them and also omega 3 supplement by naturetein for health purpose is too many pills harmful for my liver or my body is it safe ......... To take

      They are absolutely normal
      And all are basic health supplements
      They don't pose any issue to you liver and in fact are beneficial for liver

    So sad 😭😭, i decided to take your subscription and also spoke in my local gym to use equipment with minimal fees but now my surgeon has recommended me not to do gym because i have mild hydrocele that occurred after varicocele surgery 1.5 years back, he said further treatment is not required and we can leave it as it is and wait for couple more months or a year to see if it resolves on its own, surgery is the only option for it but not required, if you leave it as it is don't hit gym because of mild hydrocele, I also had a beef with him about this that how can this be happen? Now I am thinking of doing some exercises of DDP Yoga in my comfort zone and it is revolutionary approach and consists of traditional Yoga asanas with old school calisthenics, rehabilitation therapy techniques and dynamic resistance but i am afraid if it ruins my muscle memory and don't respond as beginner muscles to be jacked up if my hydrocele resolves... Please give me your suggestion sir, if there is something to do with it which may halt muscle progression I won't do it, if it is not recommended in hydrocele even then also

    I take 60 gm powdered puffed rice (murra) with 1 scoop whey before 1 hour of going to gym or me gym pedal chalke jata hu also i consume this at 5 am after clearing bowls and hit gym at 6 am
    Is this ok sir
    Currently everything is going well but dar sirf is baat ka lagta hai ki roj itna high gi food khane se dikkat no nahi hogi?

      Just take puffed rice with onion, tomato,etc or in powder form and include whey protein after workout for faster muscle growth

    In your recent video I had told u to add jayfal and javitri in Beast Pro(men) but u answered it's already potent but I m saying that if cost wise it is ok to add that 2 ingredients(by removing some ingredients like gelly etc further u know very well what should be removed)then u just have to do one thing that to tell your manufacturer that add these 2 ingredients And Finish. HOW about it?

      Actually it's not just 2 ingredients
      To add anything we have to change the complete label, reprint thousands of them and before that take approval for.the new formulation from the govt which will take a long time

      Have a source of carbs (banana or some fruits) with black coffee or mild caffeine based pre workout
      Agar workout bahut intensive hai to during workout have a electrolyte based drink like Gatorade
