Now I am thinking of doing some exercises of DDP Yoga in my comfort zone and it is revolutionary approach and consists of traditional Yoga asanas with old school calisthenics, rehabilitation therapy techniques and dynamic resistance but i am afraid if it ruins my muscle memory and don't respond as beginner muscles to be jacked up if my hydrocele resolves... Please give me your suggestion sir, if there is something to do with it which may halt muscle progression I won't do it, if it is not recommended in hydrocele even then also
