This was great, I've been looking for "how do you make swelling go down fast?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ieyameron Unexpected Improvement - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to end your mind-numbing knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got amazing results with it.

What if my mini us is catching on the outside of my knee? Most times I can bend my ankle up and in as if sitting Indian style, and get it to pop off the bi e( knee cap) but here lately, it is not popping off. I matter what I try and stays stuck for days.. causing pain tightness and I can’t frilly extend my leg or stand on it.

    Hi Sir,.
    I'm 27 years old.
I have been facing knee pain since the last 4 years.
Every time I bend my knee I have this weird popping and cracking sound. Slowly the pain is getting sharper. I went to physiotherapist twice but the results are zero. Should I take orthopaedics support now ?
    Thanks in advance sir

I'm no expert... but my son started experiencing knee pain around the age of 12 and we kept ignoring it but it kept getting sharper till he was 13 and had to undergo surgery. They removed a bit of cartilage which was broken and causing the pain. They told me had I come earlier there would have been less damage and they'd have to remove a smaller portion.

How's your son doing now? Pretty well and fine ?
And thanks a lot for your kind alarm ma'am. I would be consulting a doctor as soon as possible. Maybe right after the Eid(10 days from today).
      Hope nothing serious comes out.
