    I baked it last night and it was so soft, so moist, sweet enough and just so satisfying!
    Instead of adding normal flour as in the recipe, I added wholemeal. Also I added a little bit of chocolate chunks in the dough. Was the best ever banana bread I have eaten!😄 will definitely make it again and again

    Made this the first time, and I was surprised it stayed moist even after I refrigerated for 3 days. Best no sugar recipe so far that I made.

    I just made this, i might cut Oil down to 100ml, it weighed a kilo and tastes great. I put mixed weight of 35g Walnuts. 30g Almonds. I will for sure make this again.

    This is a great recipe. It turns out to be perfect amount of sweet and so moist and is totally healthy. I would recommend trying this but you need to follow the recipe. It is very easy to make and it actually took me only 20 minutes in the oven and it was perfectly done.

    Just made this banana bread following your recipe and it came out amazing, so moist, the flavors just perfectly balanced and the best part, my toddler can have it as a snack and not worry about the sugar! Instead of 1 tbsp cinnamon, I've reduced to 1 tsp cinammon and I've added also 1 tsp vanilla extract in powder form, just delicious! Will definitely bake this again ❤

    Hey there... thank you for this delicious recipe. I'm from Malaysia 🇲🇾 and recently tried out your recipe. I made some modification by reducing the APP about 40gm and adding unsweetened coco powder to it. I also reduced the cinnamon powder by just ½ tsp and also added some nutmeg powder of same amount. It turned out to be absolutely yummy 😋 ❤

    I have only one banana now and I am in the mood of baking. I ll do this anyway may be reduce the flour content from 220 g 170 g . Not using white flour replacing with whole wheat flour. Honey is substituted with brown sugar. Hope I ll get it right.

    Bread tasted good with out sugar which was great! But I wouldn’t recommend for diabetics. My dad sugar spiced through the roof after eating a slice. But taste great though.

    Too done or not done enough depends on your altitude and oven. Adjust accordingly, either more or less heat.

      Hi! I never tried it with sour cream but I think it will work! I already replaced yogurt in other recipes with butter milk or creme fraiche and it worked just fine. Maybe the flavor would be a little different but it will still have a moist texture. I hope this helps 😘

    I tried it and the taste is amazing but mine doesn't doesn't cook right from the centre. It gets a little cakey, kind of, from the middle. Any idea why this might be?

      your oven might be too hot and the outside cooks quicker than the inside. you could try baking it for a longer time in lower temperature

      Hi! Instead of yogurt use the same quantity of either buttermilk, or milk. If you use milk, add few drops of lemon juice or vinegar to thicken it, then add it to the recipe instead of yogurt. I hope this helps 😘

      Hi💕 it's not possible to substitute the whole quantity of all purpose flour with almond flour because they have different consistency. So I cannot promise it will work for the recipe sorry!       I'm not sure I never tried it in the airfryer but I don't see why it won't work out, you just need to adjust the baking time and keep checking the center untill it's throughly baked. If you try please let me know how it turned out! 😘

      I never tried that recipe without honey. If so I’d add an extra ripe banana to the recipe or maybe 2 to 3 tbsp apple sauce.

      Hi! I think I the crack on top is good to have a hood texture that is not so dense, maybe you could avoid it by poking the loaf once it's baked halfway. This will let the air escape and avoid the craking.. 😘

    Tried this recipe today, the toppings burnt @ 160 degrees celcius (i have addded chocolate chips & whole walnuts as toppings, wasted all!) even though i have covered it with baking paper & banana leaves, forget about the toppings. I have cut down the oil to 50ml rice bran oil,64g of gula melaka instead of 100g honey, with 200g of overriped cavendish banana, 70g of low fat milk with lime juice from 1 small green lime (as substitute to 70g of yogurt),115g of 2 whole eggs without shell. It is not sweet and not oily, soft on the innerside and an acceptable thin outer layer of the bread.

      Stevia usually has how to measure out how much of their sugar to use for baking purposes! It’s usually a bit less because it’s pretty powerful sweetness

      Hi, it’s the standard baking tin. You need a minimum 13D x 27W x 7H centimetres, it won’t make a big difference if your tin is slightly bigger, it doesn’t have to be the exact same. I hope this helps 😊

      Hi! I never tried to use eggs substitutes for this specific recipe but I don't see why it won't work! Instead of each 1 egg, you can use 1 tbsp of ground chia seeds or flaxseeds mixed together with 3 tbsp of water, wait for the mixture to thicken and then add it to your batter instead of eggs! I hope this helps 💕
