Red Wing model hit and miss engine

I got my model Red Wing hit and miss engine running. No, I didn't do all of the machining... I bought it from a guy who built it about 5 years ago. It originally was a castings kit for - something a competent machinist could build - of the Red Wing 5HP stationary engine. This one has maybe a tenth of a horsepower? Maybe less? :)

Beautiful, but running far too fast.
Needs a governor spring removing to slow her right down.
