来TH-cam的我想留学生比较多（我也是之一），刚刚看一个老外还说火锅是日本的…感觉大部分外国人对中国文化不太了解或者是不想去了解。子柒她通过努力用视频宣传了中国的食文化，我希望我们留学生也能为祖国在其他方面贡献份力，科技，教育，医疗等，展现出祖国的大国形象。
日本的寿喜烧是先煎炒过再炖煮的。和wiki上hot pot的定义（生的食材涮烫熟）有点不一样（虽然wiki还是把寿喜烧当作火锅）。不过因为火锅是很简单的烹饪方法，世界各地类似火锅的烹饪方式不一定是从哪方学来的。
其實越少外國人瞭解中國越好，等攀升到頂了自然而然就有人排隊來學習了。
日本那个shabu shabu和咱的火锅差别挺大的啊
