Not everything is as it seems on the surface.....Have you wondered why you see different puppies in her video each year? You never see them growing up or being treated with affection in ANY of her videos. They are treated like a farm animal that is going to be slaughtered. I noticed she cares for her geese more than her puppies. No LOVE displayed for any of them, not a scrap of meat is ever tossed their way, you can see in some of the videos where they are eating meat at the end and a thin sad, dejected puppy lays forlorn on the cold ground, not even begging for food anymore as he has come to realize it is hopeless. He will only be reprimanded. It breaks my heart and others that have noticed this in these videos.

四川特產----“菜葉包豆腐乳”
每年都有做，
今年拍下來了。
今年的冬至好像又比去年冷了些
屋外寒風咋咋唬吹個沒完！
決定就着銅爐子
來上一頓熱乎乎的涮羊肉！
清水一盞，
蔥薑（姜）二三。
高興了你還可以再加幾顆大棗和枸杞。
對！鍋底就是這麽簡單。
這再要說不會做。
就真的只有我親手做給你們吃了
銅鍋涮肉的靈魂是上好的羊肉和小料！
羊肉我就不說了，
吃貨都比我還懂。
小料就有講究了，
豆腐乳和芝麻醬是整個小料的靈魂
一定要放的
當然 還有韭花醬，
再就是醬油 辣椒油 香油 蝦滷油 香菜
能吃辣還可以放兩顆新鮮小米椒碎
豆腐的做法以前專門拍過，
這次簡化。
上次用的新鮮豆子不用泡水
這次用的半乾豆子，跑了一天才磨漿
。
磨漿 過濾 燒開
用幾片白菜葉子去掉豆漿的浮沫
停掉火，緩緩倒入滷水慢點，
點成后的豆花舀到豆腐架上壓實
一定是老豆腐！！！
重要的信息打三個感嘆號！！！
嫩豆腐做不成，
我是壓了一整天。
老豆腐切塊放乾淨的谷草上
經過10到15天的自然發酵 ，
豆腐會長出白白長長的細絨毛
不由得狂吼，
黴化后的豆腐乳太好看了歐~~
大自然真心神奇。
自然發酵比較慢
都得10天以上 ，
但現在好像有一種藥物，
三天左右都能發長毛。
可拍！！
但是呢，一旦在發毛的過程中
起了很多黑點點，
那就是壞了。
不能用了，要丟掉！有毒！！
所以如果自己做是蠻需要經驗的
不過你們可以去市場買現成的毛豆腐啊
買回來直接拌調味料。
發好毛的豆腐拿高度白酒泡一下消毒
可以增香 殺菌 增加保存時間
。
過酒的豆腐沾上調好的調味粉
，我這些年做豆腐乳調味粉的方子給你們
辣椒粉 鹽 陳皮粉 八角粉 胡椒粉 花椒粉
家裏有山奈也會砸些山奈粉進去
沾好調味粉的豆腐塊，
用晾了一個禮拜的菜葉子包嚴實
放進炒黃豆墊底的缸里
炒黃豆的作用是發酵過程中吸收水份
一層豆腐包一層姜辣子 （薑 鹽 辣椒粉）
最後用多餘的菜葉塞進縫隙撒一些白酒
密封發酵一個月以上
就可以吃了~~~
天寒地凍的，
夾一片新鮮的羊肉
放進只有蔥薑調味的滾水里涮變色
沾上秘製的小料塞進嘴裏。
屋外的寒風凜冽又與我何干！
哦，羊肉是買的來着
鍋仔還健在

I noticed that after watching all of her videos, it appears that they are not loved pets/ companions, but farm animals from the way she interacts with them and the disturbing absence of them growing up with her in the progressive time span of these videos. What I once enjoyed now saddens me greatly as I see the interaction she has with the puppies. I am happy that many Chinese are now drawing attention to, and protesting things that celebrate torturing and killing dogs like the Yulin dog meat festival.! More Chinese need to publicize and disgrace those that continue these cruel practices so the ones that are still participating, stop! Don't shove it under the rug or cover it up ! Expose it so it ceases!! Bravo to the Chinese reporters that have publicly condemned this practice. I understand that originally Chinese did not eat their dogs, it came about during a time of extreme famine which no longer is the case!! And to beat them before slaughtering "to improve their taste as it increases the flow of adrenalin" is inhumane and barbaric! I once loved watching her videos, now they turn my stomach when I think of the poor dogs you hear whimpering and barking in the background in many of her video, like they are caged up off camera, with a few cute shots of the tiny pups for the "aww" factor to promote these videos. Just not buying it that they are NOT being eaten! I am not blind and MANY westerners have said they see the same thing!! More Chinese need to stand up for the puppies and kittens so this stops! Take a stand now if you care, at least comment here!
