The chat during streams at LATB was brutal on Neeme and Brad all 3 days. Immature LATB fan boys acting like two-year olds. Claiming everything from Andrew being on drugs, to collusion between Brad/Andrew, to how boring they both played, to Neeme being a fraud, to Andrew and Brad being gay together, lowest of all going after Neemes gf. People really need to grow up. It's seriously disgusting how people act on there sometimes. If you run well on a stream on LATB, to fan-boys you are suddenly an amazing player, if you run terribly like Neeme (lost 2 grand all ins as 3.5 to 1 favorite on river, lose another with trips with Ace kicker against full-house)...he's suddenly a fraud. Someone mentions one thing, and then every one joins in on the mockery. Some things are all in good fun (like Armenian Mike joke-bet/Garrett being an action junkie), however some of that stuff during Neeme being there, I didn't find that crap in good fun at all. Not cause I'm a Neeme fan-boy, rather cause I'm a normal human being. I seriously don't know what is wrong with people these days.

I’m pretty sure LATB is going to look into actually having a proper moderator going forward. Received multiple messages about this and let them know. Several of us spoke to them about it too. Thanks for speaking up.

I agree 100% and if they have a mildly attractive female on the show.. it’s like bringing a woman to cell block D in San Quentin. Bunch of out of line animals making overtly pornographic comments. So out of line. I would say well past time for a moderator.

Ive never really seen him do well bluffing

    • @lightonstillwaters6789
      @lightonstillwaters6789 4 ปีที่แล้ว

From a balanced game perspective, losing on bluffs (especially when widely known, such as shown on your vlog), can help you get paid off on your monster river bets on your winners. So the key is to bluff a small but known percent, so no one can just fold to big River bets and all-in jams.

Don't even think about it. When you play and even for a second think about being live, you're already disadvantaged. Decisions will be filtered through the lense of what others will think and critique. Just remember you are a good player and focus on the A-Game. In other words just let the energy flow freely and it's easier to get closer to optimal play

Hey Andrew, once again, love your vlog episode here. I know this one's old, but if you read this, could you talk about your thought process on the "Jacks" hand early on, @4:15? Maybe both GTO and Exploitative? My question is about the flop once it comes out, what are the advantages and disadvantages in your mind to not jamming there? The main reason I ask, is this is one of the most common race situations in NLH on both sides... a made hand against a flush draw, (I know he had his heart flush draw after the turn, but as we saw, the exact same hand got folded pre with diamonds, and he could have easily had those, which there would be no way you could rule out.) Anyway, thanks again. You took the run bad like the champ you are.

Some people have been criticizing Andrew for playing too tight but I don't think that's necessarily the case. It's very easy to go card dead in live poker and look like a nit if you're constantly getting dealt rags (which he was). I also think that it's tough to play in these crazy LATB games when you're used to a typical 500nl / 1000nl game in a traditional casino setting.

An interesting vlog with some tough spots to think about.
That was a funny ending, thinking out loud. Heres too some Run Good for Andrew!

That hand with the JJ was so sick. Not sure if anyone but you played it at all standard or +EV
Open limping KQdd UTG and cold calling a 3bet with original aggressor behind you then folding to the 4bet?
Not sure if calling off an early position 4bet is right either with KQhh out of position... such a sick runout
Regardless keep up the good work mate! Big fan of your game and hope to make it out to a meetup with you and Brad one day!

Man, those are some serious bad beats. That first hand you covered with KQ vs your JJ... wow that guy was lucky. My last 2 weeks of poker have been pretty terrible as well so I definitely feel your pain!

Wow def some weird spots you found yourself in. I most enjoyed the A5c VS 22 hand against WINO --- and great analysis by you to follow it up (as always). I really respect your grind and think you have a great, well-rounded idea of the game. I believe that the most crucial element to winning poker is hand analysis after the fact. I've been a fan of the vlog for about a year now and think that you (and Brad) really take hand analysis to the next level in your episodes. I also think its great that you ask the viewers for input which not all poker vloggers do very frequently (AH HEM, Doug). None of this is meant to stroke your respective ego but is rather just a way of saying keep up the good work. Also, I have yet to get out to Vegas since the MUG's started but when i do you can bet I will be at one. Peace brother and better luck at The Bike NEXT TIME!

You gave Asian man 4.1:1 on the river. He should’ve called even without the two overs. This is why the flop jam was necessary, because you couldn’t mathematically bet him out of a draw on the turn with your stack size.

Andrew Neeme I don’t know if that’s a serious thanks or you politely telling me to shut up and that you already know. Lol, either way, your videos are the best! Appreciate your contribution to the poker community.

Hi Andrew, managed to catch the LATB live and was cheering you on! You mention that you are back in Detroit, not sure if this is still the case. I am also back home in the Detroit area and was wondering if you would be interested in a MUG or grabbing a drink :)
    Love the content
Look forward to hearing from you,

That JJ hand was just brutal. I got on the stream just after it and it was all anyone could talk about.
And that last hand. So bad when you can see the train wreck coming...
Glad you can get back to Michigan for a bit. Have you watched any of the Grosse Pointe team in Little League World Series?
