You already know I'm liking before even watching this video. Your vlogs are simply the best in terms of production value, strategy, hand analysis and general Las Vegas lifestyle. Busi is a great addition to your vlogs whenever she's on also in my opinion. Love the new mic addition, sound quality is on point!

Loving the mix of action! Nice to see bell running some PLO too. One word of advice regarding the last hand...you have a good bluff catcher and that's it when he snaps the turn. Looks like a lot of straight draw/flush draw combos etc but I think he also has some mix of middle set, top two and top and bottom. Raising for value on the river with top trips vs a lead is a recipe for disaster long run. I don't expect him to ever be leading this river with like KT or QT, it's either a bluff or a boat...if you do raise its as a bluff not for value. Good luck in the PLO streets, enjoying the content!!

Im confused... the first PLO hand you show with A,A,X,X on that K, Q, 10 board you and your opponent chop if he has A,K... why do you say you lose? Am i missing something here!?

Loved the vlog, the intro was awesome. squeezing the AA77ds looks so sick.
In the AKQQ single suited hand you don't really have to 3B from SB. While you have a decent hand you are out of position with a hand that plays fine OOP. Also cbet into two players you only manage to build the pot with a false sense of security, that board is not dry in PLO. You have showdown value with few good runouts for your hand. If you prefer to bet here make it a lot smaller. If you get called, easily thread with caution since you only have one pair. In the nut flush hand, you don't have to go all-in (1/2 pot or 2/3 pot is much more likely to be spite called by lower flushes). Many new PLO players makes the mistake that they always pot when they have it and lose a lot of value that way. Greetings from Norway! :)

Hey Andrew, great vlog! I really like the vlogs where you feature some of the local flavor. It reminds me a bit of the late Anthony Bourdain's show. I think your vlog is the perfect format for such content. It adds a little variety, and shows some of the things you can do in Vegas other than just poker. Keep it up!

I have a limited knowledge of PLO myself but I'm doing a lot of learnin' on O8 right now, my preferred game. In the AAKQ hand, I did wonder if the A64 flop favors your opponent's range since they can be playing wider in position. I imagined they could have a lot of AXXy hands or rundown cards that could flop an open-end straight, like 3457. Andre says he's a natural PLO player because he always fears the worst! LOL be prepared for nutted hands. Enjoying the PLO content and hope to see more variety like this when you can mix it in!

If his range is wide, your TPTK is actually extremely weak on the turn. I think it might be a misjudgment to lean towards a bet when IP
Agreed. My guess is that Andrew's PLO game is far from perfect but is going to be significantly better than you're average fun player, 3 drinks deep. and his range is probably geared more towards an exploitative style of play.

That AQT6ds seems crazy to me. I think flop is a check-call spot, turn seems like a clear check-call. Raising river seems suicidal.
Andrew, I love the vlogs I watched all 131 or 132 videos in a month Haha. Definitely helped me think outside the box about poker.
Just an idea I noticed you went to New Orleans and Biloxi on two different trips, these rooms are actually very close to each other. About an hour and half drive between the two maybe you could hit them both up on the same trip. These are my old stomping grounds, just an idea. Keep the vlogs coming brother!! Best of luck.

My bros Cameron (& maybe Nicholas, wearing his Favorable hat...lol) will definitely be looking forward to playing w/you at TCH here in Austin soon! Watch out for Cameron- he's good! Ha! He & I took down an Aria $240 nightly after 11 hours (6-way chop) couple summers ago (epic night!). Him 1st, me 6th. I'd love to play PLO especially with you, but alas my bankroll isn't quite there. PLO is so fun. JNandez is a master- check out his vids! Careful not to overvalue big pairs (even Aces) in PLO or you run into that AK villain hand you faced. Lots of straights & nut flushes in PLO & tread lightly with paired boards (set mining is rampant in PLO)! More PLO content, please! Love it! Peace!

Betting your entire range on certain boards is a big leak in PLO. Holdem is different, but with 4 cards you never want to bet when you completely whiff and have no backdoor equity
I think on A high boards it can't be too bad. Those are the only ones that I would, I think.

Andrew, you should consider doing a video with Limon when you are in LA. Two reasons I suggest it:
1) Limon has been playing PLO almost exclusively at a game he hosts at the Commerce for several years so he will have a lot of good PLO perspective that you alluded to in this video.
2) Limon is a very insightful and entertaining player. The best Bart Hanson podcasts IMO had him (Limon) as a guest. He could bring some valuable entertainment to your channel.
Just a thought ...
No offense, suggestions and ideas help improve the vlog, but I hope this never happens. 1) Limon, sometimes can be funny, but is mostly obnoxious and polarizing. He and Andrew's style, I just don't think would compliment each other at all. Limon would take over, and Andrew would be looking for good spots to get words in edgewise. It would end up being "The Limon Show" with background guest Andrew Neeme. Subscriptions would take a nosedive and sponsors would turn and run the other way. 2) This suggestion implies that Andrew needs someone more entertaining to carry the vlog, which couldn't be further from the truth. Maybe Andrew could be a guest on the Limon show "one time" to cross market, but I'd really hate to see him kill the brand he has worked so hard to build, with one big mistake.
I enjoyed the vlog Andrew. Thought it was cool to see some PLO worked into the mix. Changes it up a little. Ton of action always makes for some great hand discussion! Keep up the good work.

Ahhh I remember when I first started grinding PLO a lot. I was winning big and running good and then I hit a downswing and swore off the game forever haha. I hope the same doesn't happen to you. Still play occasionally not going to lie but this game is a mindfuck. Definitely a lot of fun but damn that variance will get you sometimes lol. Glgl friend.
