      @@Leila_Eczema I really appreciate your reply, I been off steroid creams for 2 weeks it did flare up really bad like once a month for the past 3-4 months ( British winter time kills me lol 😂) I then stumbled across steroid addiction and its symptoms and I was absolutely gobsmacked butttttttt knowing where I have been gives me the fuel to get to where I need to go. Happy healing to everyone suffering from this 💙💙 god bless 💙💙

    hi there i came across your channel and i feel like im learning so much, thank you! :-) im currently on month 6 of tsw and i seem to keep resetting my progress from the itch scratch cycle. i lost like 20 pounds during this time because i feel like i cant eat much without getting the bone deep itch. it has been a tiny bit more tolerable lately. What would you recommend for someone like me who would love to gain that weight again? thank you! also i’ve noticed i get crazy itchy when i consume sugar and i can’t eat anything spicy anymore.

    There are a number of foods that you mentioned that are high in histamines/inflammatory... i.e., cranberries, canned legumes, dairy products, and cured meats. Whilst they may be nutritious and may be fine for you, others should be very careful about consuming them as the risk of a flare may outweigh the benefits.

    • @Leila_Eczema
      @Leila_Eczema  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I don’t mentioned and high histamine products on my list. Chickpeas do not have histamine and I refer to pomegranate not cranberries on my list. Please kindly rewatch to fully understand the content. Thank you for your comment.

    Feta is ok to consume for someone who is trying to stay away from dairy ? i would love to try the feta

    • @Leila_Eczema
      @Leila_Eczema  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So feta is a sheep cheese which has a smaller Cassin molecule than cow which means it’s easier for the gut to process. Depending on how extreme your skin condition is you could try it. After my initial 3 months on the diet I slowly introduced feta once a week… Now I can have it whenever I want but I avoid cow dairy at all costs. You

    Hi Leila, What would you recommend for someone that suddenly had ooze spots in my elbows and hands. Currently TSWing 16 months in. It stopped for a while not it's back. Some kind of food or supplement? My hands are oozing and peeling and looking bad. Thanks!

    • @Leila_Eczema
      @Leila_Eczema  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ooze spots can be a sign of infection but it doesn’t mean you need to take antibiotics. Consider homeopathic remedies like hepar sulph. Watch this video: m.th-cam.com/video/WmvggdCuQok/w-d-xo.html
      Do try the diet along with celery juice every morning. Check out my full playlist for recipes: m.th-cam.com/play/PLnI5R0v1ny5keGNtti2019zsyIxBQgKVk.html
      Thereafter change out hygiene products: remove SLS’s from your daily routine and include ceramides, apple cider vinegar in your bath water to help manage the ooze.

      @@blakeemeny2960 yup had it for 5 years now on and off and the only reason it went away sometimes was bc of steroids but its finally been healing, heres my tips: drain ur lymph nodes i met a practitioner who gave me coriander seed extract, amarinth oil and bark root with coconut oil for topical. I been massaging them everyday during the shower and using hot compress on my face, i also stopped eating gluten and sugar and so far its actually been going away. Its been awful :( i also lost my eyebrows bc of it so i feel so so insecure

    Is anyone O positive blood type I was told to stay away from any grains, sweet potatoes, chicken, dairy and citrus...and eat more meats which I'm not to thrilled about I'd rather eat my fruits and veggies oats and quinoa. Would love some feed back❤

    • @whtvr_clover
      @whtvr_clover ปีที่แล้ว

      I have the same blood type but I haven't told to just eat meat. I mostly eat plant-based but I started eating more lean meat like chicken breast fillets, turkey mince 2% fat, reduced fat burgers but and I think it's helping my skin a lot. I've always loved having my fatty fish like salmon and mackerel too.

      @Leila_Eczema  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there so when I very first realised I had TSW and was seeking lots of different means to heal I dribbled upon the blood type diet book. I tried it and didn’t work for me. This diet did work see playlist for recipes. Some of these diets can be conflicting so do your research.

    Everyone says that you should NOT have night shade veggies with TSW - aka sweet potato’s are a BIG red flag and you should NOT consume with TSW !!! It will make you irritated and itchy please everyone be so careful
