    I think its worth looking into A1 vs A2. My sisters eczema becomes so much better in Pakistan where our farm has cows that produce A2 protein. In the UK and vast majority of Europe, USA, Australia, the cows produce A1. I looked it up and goats produce A2 as well. A1 is more inflammatory and can lead to gut issues. 0:15 A1 milk has been linked to many conditions such as type 1 diabetes, schizophrenia, autism etc. Capitalists opted for this milk and mass produced these cows because its better for shelf life. Can you believe it? They choose money over health. Everyone uses A1 milk because thats whats available and sold in supermarkets. Its literally everywhere.

    I thought I was going to die the way my skin condition was going and I cut out the majority of those foods you have mentioned .. one game changer for myself personally has been making lentil flat bread (water and lentils ) collecting young nettle shoots and drying them and sprinkling them on my food and making my own foraged teas .. I eat lots of salads and veg flavoured with my favourite herbs, this not only has cured my skin condition but has also created a new interest that gets me out on long walks in the fresh air foraging 😀 Just to note.. Dandruff 🙄 all the hair potions and shampoos made my scalp feel like it was on fire and it was nettle infused in water that calmed and cured it. A great video … I am always on the look out for more information so I can stay on top of my skin health … thank you … and if you are suffering at the moment … giving up these foods if necessary is far more tolerable than the putting up with a diabolical skin condition .. (I am not a heath practitioner)

    Rooibos comes from a little area North of Cape Town, South Africa (come here for a holiday, its so beautiful here) It is my go to drink as it is so healing and after a while you will be ok with drinking it milk and sugar free. It also tastes great cold so in summer make some up and keep it in the fridge and serve it up with some ice.

    I’m sorry but after watching this video… what the hell do you even eat? Giving me almond mom vibes here. Telling people with eczema including me to stop eating basically every food group is just going to add another illness to the list- an ED.

Please advise. It is much appreciated I will be making your bread soon 😍

    hi there i came across your channel and i feel like im learning so much, thank you! :-) im currently on month 6 of tsw and i seem to keep resetting my progress from the itch scratch cycle. i lost like 20 pounds during this time because i feel like i cant eat much without getting the bone deep itch. it has been a tiny bit more tolerable lately. What would you recommend for someone like me who would love to gain that weight again? thank you! also i’ve noticed i get crazy itchy when i consume sugar and i can’t eat anything spicy anymore.

    I did NMT and basically didn’t wash my face at all for a while because I though it would heal my contact dermatitis and inflammation. It was the biggest mistake of my life and it left me with permanent greasy skin on my face and scalp and regardless of what I do it doesn’t go away. Unless you are suffering from TSW doing no moisture therapy doesn’t make any sense and will change your skin permanently. My once dry skin is now extremely greasy 24/7 and feels very dirty and due to all the greasiness my face also now looks darker than the rest of my body. I feel and look terrible and I’m left suicidal from doing this to myself. I hope I can warn some people here to be cautious with doing NMT because it can cause permanent damage to the skin, I hope no one ends up in the state that I’m in 😔

    • @dianag59
      @dianag59 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      my neck has been the first spot to give me issues and it seems to be the spot thats healing first! after a long battle i realized that wrapping it in gauze with a thick layer of aquaphor and letting it sit for at least 3 days will let it flake up and the cuts will heal very fast. but you can’t scratch it. if you have to, wrap your neck with gauze very thick so you won’t claw your way through like i would sometimes. once it flakes and the gauze is ready to be removed, be very careful because your skin will be fragile. then you can start nmt since the skin is no longer raw and open.
