Chris, love your channel. I work with wrestlers elementary age through college. Teaching all skills levels. Many of the kids struggle with stability and the ability to use their entire body all the way through a sequence of moves. What do could you suggest to address these issues?
Those are daily movements. We all squat and deadlift daily, just most dont move properly. Focus should be technique and stability, not necessarily heavy loads til they have the technique and stability to increase load. S I start with kids as young as 10 teaching them to move properly with weights.

But I notice that you strength train via free weight/resistance bands at the end or the workout session. Whether the focus is vertical, plyometrics, speed, proprioception, function/mobility . You always do weights in the end. Why is that?

What's the benefit behind squatting with your toes elevated on plates like Chris has them do at 6:30?
Forces them to keep their heels in the ground and push their butts back which takes pressure off their knees and teaches proper technique
