Awesome content bud, I competitively surf, a lot of these routines and what you do, transition well for surfing, ever worked with board athletes, probably not your thing but would be sick to see you do a surfing specific, power, strength, agility , balance, mobility program.

Bob Jones no he does not have a program for surfing specific. But he does have swimming specific offseason program. I do not know if that will translates at all to your sport though.

Only thing in most football programs, all the explosiveness training is hampered by the reversion to heavy and max lifting. Explosiveness is quick. Heavy weights by nature produce slower movements. Two different sets of neural stimulus that I agree should be trained, but not necessarily simultaneously or for all positions. Just my thoughts. Great workouts though!!!!

These are all good exercises but they are not plyometrics. True plyometrics are all about contact time with the ground. Simply put most people have a ground contacts of just under 0.1 a world class athlete is about .08 if you reduce that to .075 over 40 steps, typical stride pattern for 100 meters, then you have improved by .2 seconds. The way you reduce contact time is by improving you eccentric strength which NONE of these exercises does. Eccentric training is very demanding and almost no one does it right.
