I left out that when using the K20 engine harness the crank sensor wiring needs deppined and repinned to run correct but there is plenty of write ups on this

Crazy that it ran with just that header on it. My ep had an exhaust leak at the donut gasket between the test pipe and the rest of the exhaust and it barely idle and would die at stops till I replaced it.

I have a question since I am acquiring parts to K-swap my 04 EM2. Since I have the entire k20a3 swap from my 04 EP3... engine, trans, harness and ecu...need subframe and axles...can I use the EP3 k20a3 swap, or do I need stuff from an Accord/CRV/Element to get this to work...I too am trying to stay on a budget...a very TIGHT BUDGET. LOL
Everything will swap straight over! Engine trans/wiring harness, subframe, shifter linkages all that jazz. Only thing you will really need is the swap mounts $530 roughly for the mounts and the $150 k20 to em2 c101 adapter harness and the immobilizer is like $180. The rest is easy
Almost everything from the ep3 will work. The only thing that won't work is the shift cables. You'll need cables from a rsx/rsx-s. If you want to retain AC and power steering you can use the ac lines from the ep3 and the electric power steering from the ep3 also.
Nhia Xiong Yea ima be using the a/c lines and all for my a/c setup. One thing I won’t do is the electric steering no thanks on that I seen too many mess up and lose their steering and I’m about that life lol 😂 I just looped my lines and said f it lol 😂

i can't or i would. The exhaust shop won't let me get exhaust work done unless it gets a cat installed. (illegal) i always run catless but since i can't do the exhaust work and i want it done right ima just have the cat installed then hollow it out lol

I do a k24a2 swap with Ktune conversion harness I pin wires in but I’m not getting no signal to my fuel pump

Yes if it’s a Honda Civic 2001-2005 coupe. Mine is a 2002 civic coupe the car in this video
So just buy a wrecked or junk manual rsx for the swap.

What about a sedan 2001, auto to 5 speed. How do you go by adding the slave cylinder
The hole dimples are there, just have to drill a big hole. I used a step up bit for my girls car when running fogs

it doesnt hurt to upgrade. even oem rsx fuel pump should be good
I'm glad you done the k series, now you can be like every other channel. Don't think I'm hating on you bro but that's alot of work for the same amount of power for what you already had. On D series. Good luck on the build!! Hope you drive this one more than the other cars you have built. 👍👍
I drive my cars all the time so not sure what t out mean by that 🤷🏻♂️ they are daily drivers that means I drive them DAILY lol 😂 i don’t always record it like “hey I’m going to get food from the grocery store” or “time to go get gas and what a burger” the d17 was garbage I hate them engines with a passion now the D16 was nice but this k makes 166hp with 161 tq that’s before any mods or head swap or anything which is impressive for a factory engine setup and gets awesome MPG in a heavy car. This engine came out of a car that weighs over 3,000lbs. Now it’s in the em2 which is lighter than 3,000lbs so the weight to power will be fun. You don’t have to lie to kick it if you don’t like it just say that i can see you aren’t happy with my decision but it is my car and money in the end 🤷🏻♂️👍🏻
