2:36 How Aspergillus affects your immune system
    3:28 The key remedy
4:24 Other natural remedies for sinus congestion
Chronic sinus infections can be frustrating and uncomfortable. While many people turn to antibiotics for relief, they may not realize that these medications only target bacteria and can worsen the situation if the infection is fungal.
Fungal infections can be even more problematic, particularly those caused by the invasive fungus Aspergillus. This fungus can break down the lining of your sinus cavities and potentially damage bone and tissue in other areas. It also thrives in environments with oxygen and moisture.
If you have a weakened immune system due to conditions such as diabetes, HIV, or a poor diet high in sugar and refined carbs, Aspergillus can take advantage and cause further harm. In fact, it has been known to target and downgrade vitamin D receptors in the body, leading to a compromised immune system.
To combat this fungal issue, you can try incorporating natural remedies into your routine. One powerful remedy is garlic oil, which has been shown to inhibit the growth of fungus and bacteria. Oregano oil is also effective in fighting bacteria, yeast, and mold. Both can be diluted with coconut oil which contains compounds that boost the immune system and have anti-fungal properties.
Add 5 drops of garlic oil and 5 drops of oregano oil to one teaspoon. Then, add just enough coconut oil until you have one full teaspoon of this mixture. Consider taking this daily for one month to allow it to gradually balance out your body's microorganisms. You can also include xylitol, curcumin, or aloe vera for added benefits. Blue light therapy may also be beneficial, as well as red light therapy if you've had surgery on your sinuses.

It's beyond weird.. but it could be so many are having similar problems. Every time I think about going to doctor, his videos popup just having to do with issues I'm experiencing. Been avoiding the doctor because it's guaranteed to be medication that will probably have bad side effects. Also last time I went for similar issues, they said nothing was wrong, except wanting to put me on statins for elevated cholesterol, which I refused.
Bacterial Infection with rash that's lasted several months, Extremely dry itchy skin, waking up dehydrated causing blurred vision. Despite drinking plenty or not. Rash gets better but doesn't leave. Also had sinus issues for years. Yet my blood sugar and blood pressure seems to be normal. But I'm also hearing everyone has a different 'normal'. 🤷‍♂️ Probably fungus related and I need to cut out sugar again.

Five drops of garlic oil in a teaspoon + five drops of oregano oil, then make up the difference with coconut oil. Do one teaspoon every single day over a period of about a month because it's going to slowly get into your body and start to balance out the microorganisms. Can also add Xylitol, Curcumin, and Aloe Vera is another thing you can add.

That's really frustrating. Maybe you could send these Dr. Berg videos to her, or watch them with her?
I'm so grateful that our mother raised us to not trust everything an alløpathíc døcțor says. When we were young, in the 1970s, when we were sick with colds or flu, she would tell us, "I'm not taking you to the doctor, because all they'll do is give you an antibiotic, and that's not good for you." We didn't learn much more than that from her, medically speaking, but that was a very important perspective that she planted and our minds. Q distrust of traditional medicine. I wish that I had actually trusted them even less.
Later on, I discovered naturopathic medicine, when I lived out west, near colorado. Colorado is called "Little California," as you can find anything there, including some fantastic chiropractors & naturopathic doctors, some of them being both.
I found a clinic in Colorado, only an hour's drive for me, which is no big deal out west. The director of the clinic was NASA's former Chief of medical staff. He is amazing. I first heard His show on the radio (from which I learned so much), then looked up his clinic address.
I also had a great n@turalp@thic d0ct0r who's clinic was closer by. My son and I saw him for 13 years, until we moved to another part of the country. We can't find anything like that, where we are now.

Very good insight. I had all of my mercury (amalgam) fillings out when I was 42, years ago, and it is one of the best things we can do for overall health--to have a mercury-free mouth. Another anti-health thing that our government allows and one of the deadliest compounds right there in our mouth!!

Haven't found any mold, but this is a problem we all have suffered with sinuses, my mother couldn't even take air conditioning or perfumes. Unfortunately I lost my uncle 2 years later same way but he went septic. They told my children to prepare for me to pass and if I made it, I would be vegetable, I had many seizures. But here I am and I don't ever full around with my sinuses, so it's nice to find alternatives rather than antibiotics

I am so so grateful for this video in particular, but for all others addressing chronic sinus issues. My teenage son has been suffering for chronic sinus issues for over 2 years. I have done all the regular tests allergies, plus alternative test allergies (very expensive), make changes in his diet (mostly organic unprocessed), use of neti pot - all this effort have help with relief but no permanent solution. Eventually had to comply with doctors recommendations and he did at least two rounds of antibiotics, which were not a solution at all.
My son was not very open to take oils (taste), so I bought them in capsules: garlic (5 mg) and oregano oil (510 mg [45 mg pure oregano oil delivering 32 mg carvacrol]). I added Fungal Defense by Garden of Life and Complete B complex by Life Extension. taking this once per day. After just a few days we have seen a dramatic improvement even though we deviated a bit from your recommendation.
Thank you !! for helping me see this as a fungal problem rather than an infection problem.
question: is it necessary to add coconut oil?

  • @hanosaurus1
    @hanosaurus1 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

This is true. I never had the aspergillus in my sinuses. I had it in my intestinal system, in my uterus, and on my ovaries. It acted as an IUD which prevented me from getting pregnant and caused IBS along with on and off chronic fatigue. 24 years ago, my integrated M.D. discovered it and luckily were able to clear it all out with homeopathics and certain herbals. He also said it weakened my immune system. So if you have this stuff in your sinuses, it is hard to diagnose with standard tests as it can be missed with swabs as the stuff can grow in spots. I don't know how accurate the blood test is.

    • @kikiTRINI

    • @hanosaurus1

@@kikiTRINI what my integrated m.d. gave me were liquid and dissolvable pills which were taken orally. He also put me on a Chinese herb combo which was in a tablet I had to swallow. There are many ways to get rid of this infection one of them is what Dr. Berg suggested. One must also work on their immune system also since it has been weakened.

Merci docteur , je souffre sinusite régulièrement. Mais le plus étonnant c’est que ça oscille entre mes crises de polyarthrite rhumatoïde. J’ai l’impression qu’il doit y avoir un lien.
    Merci.🙏🏼

Enjoying my leafy green salads/veggies with garlic, turmeric, black pepper, squeezed fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Oregano is a wonderful herb with beef/chicken/turkey as well. Thanks, Dr Berg ❤

Thank you Dr. Berg, this is just what I needed to know. I also ordered a whole lot of different essential oils and so now I can start using the ones you've recommended. I was also checking out on Amazon for RLT and saw the little RLT device for sinuses but didn't think much about it. However, now I'm going to buy it. Please talk more about RLT would appreciate it. Thank you again. Blessings!!

Vielight nasal light has a unit that offers separate probes for red, infrared and blue light. You can put a red light up one nostril and the blue LED light up the other nostril simultaneously. They are a little more expensive but research-backed top quality product.

As a SIBO sufferer ( GI issue ) I’ve worked closely with a functional medicine doctor with oregano oil . It is brilliant BUT It is recommended 2 weeks on
2 weeks off . It is EXTREMELY strong and acts like an antibiotic . Continuous use will kill any good bacteria in the gut and negatively impact the gut microbiome .

Excellent! I got rid of a 20 years coming and going sinus infection with vapor inhaling a blend of cinnamon, clove bud, tea tree and thyme essential oil a couple times per week as needed. Within a couple month I was cured completely and haven't gotten it back since 10 years.

I’m glad you said that because I was looking to get a vapor machine late last year so that I could do the same thing. So this info is perfect!!! Do you have the bigger machine that they use for people with asthma or did you get the small hand held one?

I see that you said you did it a couple times a week before you were cured, how long do you currently go between needing to use it? Or do you not have to use it at all now?

Can you give us the specifics on this? How much of each and what kind of vapor inhaling mechanism do you use? Or do you just put it in boiling water?

that's what I'd like to know I had to have one everyday for about 3-4weeks as a requirement for a course . I've had a chronic sinus infection and iron deficiency ever since. Didn't have this problem before the pandemic.
