Hi guys I just want to say, this workout WORKS!!! I tried this whole thing once a day for a week and I already saw amazing results. Before, my legs had cellulite and they would jiggle a lot even when I took a light step. But after a week of doing this 10 minute workout for one week, I could see that my legs were a lot firmer and stronger. They were more toned and muscular too and they barely quivered when I stomped too! I know that not a lot of comments actually mention how they did. Most are just begging for likes or promise to post but never do so here is an actual comment from when I actually tried it out. Some tips and important things I learned: Always keep your body straight on the ground. Don’t make a shallow v shape or curve your body, try to keep your body straight especially during the triangle thighs. Do the whole thing as real time as possible. Don’t take breaks or pause even for a second because it will slow your progress. Do it at the same pace as her. What I do sometimes is if I absolutely have to take a break, I pause for about five seconds and I put the video back 10 or 15 seconds so I can do more but still allow breaks. Because if you take breaks and keep the video going, you will technically not be doing the whole workout, only part of it. Try not to slow down too much or slump your legs because they are burning. Try to lift your legs as high as hers and keep the same form and posture she has. Keep your legs straight and maintain your pace! You got this! For the clamshells, if they’re not doing anything, it’s probably because you’re not doing it right. Remember, keep your body straight, your heels touching, and only move your legs. Squeeze your butt and do not move your whole body, just rotate your legs. Watch how she does it and try copying her as accurately as possible. Listening to my fav music helps me get through the whole thing! It’s a good distraction and sometimes the beat will help you keep your pace! NOTE: There are other things you can do to speed the process. And yes it has to do with food. I’m sorry but food does affect your cellulite. Try to avoid processed meats and grains, canned soup, and sugary beverages (includes juice and sweetened tea!) If you don’t know what to much sugar looks like in drinks, if there’s more than 10 grams of sugar per serving, that’s too much! Also just eat healthier in general. If you don’t include food as a thing to improve on, your cellulite won’t get much better and it may not get any better even with these exercises and tips. Trust me, there are plenty of other food choices that are way healthier and still as delicious as junk food. I hope this helped! And I hope that this gives you more motivation, knowing this works!
Thank you for the "real life" post! I literally was looking for an at-home workout for the thighs and calves and came across this one! I'm not trying to lose weight, as I LOVE my figure, but I've just grown tired of looking at my untoned lower body- my thighs specifically. I realize just how untoned I've become because I no longer do as much walking as I used to. I've worked from home for a year, and while I've actually ENJOYED the weight gain, I've neglected to do the exercise that should go along with it!! I too cannot stand the sight of my cellulite nor the jiggle that comes along with it! So I'm ready to get started and will heed your notes on how to get the results I'm seeking! Thanks again and happy "toning" to us!! LOL

I'm a dancer and we used to do the "scissor kicks" and my legs never burned as much as they do after this video!! I love how happy you are all the time! It totally makes my day better to do these videos and have an instructor that is so pumped and motivating!! I love you!!!!

One thing I noticed; on the clam shell I wasn't feeling any burn where she says you should so I rewatched a few times and realized I was rotating my hips with my leg (taking all the work off the area that I should have been feeling) and started to feel it. Looking at the video, she doesn't mention this but it doesn't look like she's rotating her hips either. Just thought I'd share that in case it confused anyone else.
Yeah, I kinda felt the same way. I think the point is to really clench your butt muscles for the clamshells. Once I started doing that it felt like I was doing something.
Try pulsing faster and make sure to really squeeze into your thighs and never completely relax. That may bring more pain to the clamshells. At first, the clamshells literally felt like nothing but once I tried to engage myself more into the move, I started to feel a little bit more pain and work.

I felt myself giving up halfway through but I didn't.I want to be able to look at my legs and feel confident in myself. Im going to try this out for an entire week and see how much progress there is. Cassey, I have a prayer for you.. Or suggestion, haha. I have very bad osteoarthritis in my knees, both of them, which makes it hard to do alot of moves. Could you do a easy whole body workout for people that have very bad knees? I really want to start getting some more exercise in my life other than just walking alot. I've been very very sick for a year now and sadly gained 10 kg :( Before that I had lost almost 30 kg. I need to reach my goaaaal!

Bought my first Popflex gear in March after seeing your design videos all of the time (love the leggings and the new "run" shorts). Decided to start the April workout series too! This is my first foray back to working out after a really rough 2022 (physically and emotionally.) Thank you Cassie for creating and curating this video series!
This is definitely my favorite thigh exercise! The first time I was screaming of pain, I admit it, but with time you get used to it and it becomes a bit more bearable, and you still work your body so win-win. For those who have never worked out this part of their body (like me) and it's the first time doing this exercise, keep fighting! Is amazing, but above all be careful, don't force yourself, specially with the "Extended clamshells" it is not impossible move, after a week I was able to keep up with it the whole time, but the first days I kept shaking and almost fell more than once. So again, be careful and do each step at your own pace until you can keep up with this amazing instructor

I totally loved this workout! It's the Butt Lifting & Thigh Sculpting Workout | POP Pilates for Beginners but updated! YESSS! and I felt like I have become stronger physically and mentally. I've done this workout with no rest and Cassey you have CHANGED my life completely because a year ago I couldn't even do a workout without stopping for breath and now I can. Im gonna try this and give u guys an update Day 1: it hurts and burns but I did it and I see a tiny difference Day 2: doesn’t hurt that much but it still hurts and I see my thigh gap forming Day 3: last day and I see a HUGE difference thanks Cassie❤️

hi Cassey! could you please make a workout for small spaces? I live in a tiny apartment and sometimes I find it hard to move around (for example I can barely do Double D's)
The clam shells are evil but thank you Cassey... I am a dancer and do your workouts as cross training :) If you want to stretch the tops of your feet to improve your pointe I like to use a styrofoam foam roller cut in half and sit on it one foot at a time for a few minutes but making sure you aren't sickled.. also lots of relevés/tendus will help too :)
Hi, Cassey! I'm not sure if you'll read this, but could you possibly do a short video on how to properly engage your abs? You've mentioned several times that we should be sucking our belly buttons into our spines, but no matter what, I can't seem to get it properly. My back always gets sore. I know it's a really basic concept, but it would help so much if you could clarify it! I love your videos so much! Thank you!
Thank you for the hands under the butt to help my lower back touch the floor, really helps with the support because i usually have a lot of lower back pain when working out my legs but not anymore! Thank you! Going to my go to leg workout for sure!

Both! They got stronger and they lost some of the unappealing cellulite and fat! It really toned my legs and made them firm and strong!

I have very bad osteoarthritis in my knees, both of them, which makes it hard to do alot of moves. Could you do a easy whole body workout for people that have very bad knees? I really want to start getting some more exercise in my life other than just walking alot. I've been very very sick for a year now and sadly gained 10 kg :( Before that I had lost almost 30 kg. I need to reach my goaaaal!

Even on days that I don't feel like working out, you can't help but be in a good mood when working out with Cassie! This is definitely my favorite thigh exercise!
The first time I was screaming of pain, I admit it, but with time you get used to it and it becomes a bit more bearable, and you still work your body so win-win.
For those who have never worked out this part of their body (like me) and it's the first time doing this exercise, keep fighting! Is amazing, but above all be careful, don't force yourself, specially with the "Extended clamshells" it is not impossible move, after a week I was able to keep up with it the whole time, but the first days I kept shaking and almost fell more than once.
So again, be careful and do each step at your own pace until you can keep up with this amazing instructor

I totally loved this workout! It's the Butt Lifting & Thigh Sculpting Workout | POP Pilates for Beginners but updated! YESSS! and I felt like I have become stronger physically and mentally. I've done this workout with no rest and Cassey you have CHANGED my life completely because a year ago I couldn't even do a workout without stopping for breath and now I can. Nadinka you may lose a little, but this will just tone up the muscles. If you want to lose weight try doing a lot of cardio

hi Cassey! could you please make a workout for small spaces? I live in a tiny apartment and sometimes I find it hard to move around (for example I can barely do Double D's)

The clam shells are evil but thank you Cassey... I am a dancer and do your workouts as cross training :) If you want to stretch the tops of your feet to improve your pointe I like to use a styrofoam foam roller cut in half and sit on it one foot at a time for a few minutes but making sure you aren't sickled.. also lots of relevés/tendus will help too :)
Hi, Cassey! I'm not sure if you'll read this, but could you possibly do a short video on how to properly engage your abs? You've mentioned several times that we should be sucking our belly buttons into our spines, but no matter what, I can't seem to get it properly. My back always gets sore. I know it's a really basic concept, but it would help so much if you could clarify it! I love your videos so much! Thank you!
