c 350e model 2015 W205's rear camera isn't working, so I replaced the camera, but the symptoms don't resolve. When gear R is running, the rear camera is running for about 2 seconds, and then the screen goes back to the menu. And the lid of the rear camera won't open. I forced it to open, and the camera screen comes out, but the still goes back to the menu after about 2 seconds. any one can help?
Because the reversing signal comes from the data check in CANBUS, when YeeHung Android detects that there is a reversing signal in the CAN data, it will supply power to the camera (out of camera +12v), and switch the display to the reversing video.
In factory setting > vehicle > collect CAN Bus data. Is this where I set the CAN bus settings? I tried both methods and even tapped in the reverse backup wire and my camera is still not working.
I have the original oem mercedes 360 camera system. I chose in settings oem camera. Its only working for backwards. When i go to forward it changes the screen for 1 second and go back to main menu. I didnt connect any camera cables, pls help
@StrougeOli You need to connect the power cable of the camera judgment, to the Android harness marked with reverse camera power cable. If it still can't be solved, please send your purchase order number to our after-sales service team ；at： service@yeehung.cn
I bought 2016 c class coupe AMG, and it doesn't have a reverse camera, how can that be?
i guess they only required camera to have a rear view after 2018 lol before that it was optional, same prob as you tho lol

This Camera only support the Android screen, YEEHUNG NTG 5.0 android screen is compatible with your car.
If I want just to install the camera without android screen what do I need for that? Interface..etc

Where did u connect the power cable ? did u pull from the front console ? or u tap it from the reverse light ?
Its power cord is connected from the side of the Android screen, and it does not need to be connected to the power supply from the reversing light.
