Since this video was uploaded, I was with people, not at my place. And this is too special to let it get ruined by non-appreciaters.. i am on my bed now. Finished the video. Feeling it. Also, Watched Omar from a new angle. Haha. You inspire me Omar. Thank you..
yes absolutely! and I'd like to see if you manage to create a 10/10 scent at home, what you add to the mix if you want to make it a solid perfume ? that plum animal example, what you do when you want to get like 50ml bottle of that? like the complete process from scratch to finished product. You know what I mean 😅. I'm very interested in this. maybe some day I create my own fragrance!
Great content! One of my favorite fragrance channel on TH-cam also I’m getting that Mr. Majestic pre order soon as it goes live. Is it blind buy safe ?
Thank you! And I can't say that because no fragrance is truly blind buy safe, hence why a sample to try the product first is included 😉 (but I am hoping that you very much will love it!)
I’ve always wanted to create my own perfume since I know the scents that I love. Not to say they would go well together but it sure would be fun to try. I recently sampled a well known and loved perfume and loved it except there was one scent that ruined it for me. No idea what the note is but to me it was stinky. 😅
Omar, I have a floral fruity fragrance (etoile parfum) that I want to make a bit more masculine. What notes would you suggest and how do you incorporate lavender into frags?
The general 'accords' associated with masculine perfumery, fougere accords etc. but of course you can't insert them to all DNAs, some safe options might include cedarwood or oakmoss, depending if they 'blend' in the fragrance seamlessly, use the 'fanning' technique here with more 'masculine' notes in your repertoire, and see what works. 😊
@@SchoolOfScentThanks for the advice! Love the channel and what you do. You and ATH are the only 2 fragrance TH-camrs I watch, keep doing what you’re doing
I can't be the only one who appreciate these videos even tho I'm not making perfumes myself
Glad to hear it 😊
You should do more of these. I appreciate seeing the process
Yes!! My wish has come true. Thank you for another episode of this series :).
Really good insights into how much effort it is to make perfumes. Appreciate it a lot.
Thanks for the appreciation, and this is only scratching the surface, its a full time vocation of course 😅
You're one of the few people I like in this community😊
Can you please make more of the videos in this series? They are interesting.
This was definitely eye opening. I like it. Might try myself but those materials are expensive! Need a couple pay checks for those 😂

Just ordered Mr Majestic. I'm also planning to get started dabbling in creation, so I'd love to see more videos about your journey.

Love these videos Omar!
Please make more :)
Thank you for your videos 🫡
Great video, very engaging, your perfumery is really coming along well Omar! Thanks for the shoutout, what a nice surprise!
Appreciate it man! I'm glad you stumbled on this video 😍
Can you make a video of how to cook your own fettuccine Alfredo pasta at home 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Ayyy my fav series!!
Very nice 👍🤝
Maybe a couple of drops of iso-e super for more “animality” and “leatherness” 🤔😁
do you not not dilute your materials? i watched some of sams videos and he makes different concentrations of his raw materials?
Absolutely, most of mine are diluted to 10%
these vids are always good 🔥
where do you buy the materials? Would they ship to the US? I'm interested in trying perfumery out to use as holiday gifts...
talking about the raw oils, I'm struggling to find a really nice set like that
Cotswold Perfumery, I think the US can rely on perfumers apprentice from what I hear
Thank you Omar!

You should do a video where you talk about the history of perfumery aka “fragrance lore”
🔥🔥🔥
