Great video but incomplete. Especially of what true Christianity ought to be and his great explanation and meaning of Christ teaching and how mere faith will not cut it. For the seekers and those interested and further study of this remarkable man The Gospel In Brief by Leo Tolstoy provides that.

Thanks, you've shown that Nietzsche was correct to accuse Plato of destroying the true spirit of man. Epimetheus and his brother Prometheus are not true opposites. But two of the same scale just at different variables.

The chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. Read your bible.

Except for one thing. My personal doubts [call them mini - crises if you will] are never purely intellectual. There's always the added bonus of a lack of (1) wealth. A lack of (2) a beautiful family. (3) A lack of a loving wife. (4) A lack of worldly success. Just saying.

A Sparkle on the River of Time
    I love being alive
    spectator or player of life
young beasts frolicking the old sedate
in the stillness of the hot day’s evening
    cloud teasing the droughted earth
    cattle raising listless heads
    already on Winter’s rations.
Or sat in timelessness with seconds ticking
to needing tea, or leave before the night’s chill,
or lucid air in a morning wood
after the night’s rain, the first veil of Autumn’s dance
    lightly on the ground
a folly on yonder hill as morsel dandled.
    The only constant change.
A paddle of duck at the tapas bar of lily
the canal in and out, a python swallowed clutch of eggs
the faithful reading the advertiser’s literature
child showing 6d as evidence of tooth fairy,
a planet calm with outbreaks of violence.
The desperate actors, look at me, look at me,
oh, oh, please look at me, look, look at meee.
And walk again, gates polished by leather palms
    a ruin smothered in nostalgia.
The reason for death is obvious in a forest
the fallen and the falling and the sprouted seed.
One day there will be no me,
wondering why I no longer exist.
Wrote this five years ago when living on a narrowboat travelling the English canals. I was 72 years old, and content, my purpose being to explore the system. As now, I had enough money to live modestly, had good health. Unhappy times in my life had been stressful jobs, death of loved ones, physical pain, the usual events of life on a pendulum.
I do not ask, "What is the meaning or purpose of Life," because I don't consider it a sensible question.
Yes, help others, be kind, because that is how the animal we are evolved to be. A solitary animal behaves differntly.
    Just be.

Nobody has "solved" the meaning of life, for crying out loud.
