    I started today so this is a life saver. I look 3 months pregnant and my stomach fat is back...? I've been working out to get rid of it. It was gone until when I started my period, smh.

    I get bloated a couple days before, and stay bloated while and after ! It’s so annoying ! So I’m bloated for about 10 days outa the month! I gain 5-6 pants of water weight

      I drink it every morning on an empty stomach (diluted in a glass of water of course) ...helped with my weightloss and skin problems...it has many benefits (you could always add honey..)
      It also balances the pH in your body which prevents yeast infections and cancer...
      So...I'll take the nastiness of it for a few seconds

      ​@@katecereno4779 I did a chloe ting 25 day hourglass challenge, and it made a significant difference. Literally 9 days before my period was expected to start, I didn't even know because I wasn't bloating. So I guess have some kind of workout routine everyday around 20-45 min long. I also do intermittent fasting too and I'm not sure if that has a large role as well. Feed your cravings, but also watch what and how much you consume especially with carbs and sugars. And drink a lot of water :)

      I have an eating disorder please don't starve yourself when you feel fat or bloated! It's a bad cycle to get stuck in. Remember to listen to your body if you're craving chocolate it's ok to eat the whole bar. Your body's just doing what it has to do💞

      b hey thank you for saying this. It got to my head and I haven't eaten for 3weeks. I started feeling ill and ive been throwing up 4x a day. I've been to the doctors and im on medication rn, i can barely eat but i regret it so much. Im trying to do this the healthy way

    Bloated messes with my mental health so bad. I have developed unhealthy habits because of bloating like lowering my calories to 500 a day, loads of cardio, making myself throw up, taking random pills and supplements, more laxatives than the recommend amount…dehydrating myself, forcing myself to be in the sauna to the point of passing out… it’s so unhealthy and awful how bad us women have bloating. I’ve gotten better at letting myself bloat it’s still a battle I struggle with 😢 I’m glad I am not the only one who had this problem.

    I really enjoyed the bloat remedies! Thank you! Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation out there. Our body’s level of estrogen and testosterone peak during ovulation and fall after. For the next week after estrogen falls while progesterone rises. This is where hormone imbalance often happens due to estrogen not being metabolized properly. Estrogen is a lovely hormone and does wonders for the body during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle but must be metabolized after. Cruciferous veggies are essential for this!

    Thank you will use these tips. At the moment I look very bloated and I believe it's due to PMS. And I'm trying to look good for my upcoming first anniversary with my boyfriend. And to me personally I just find it stressful to look like this since I've been working out and trying to maintain a diet. Now that I know what's up hopefully these tips will help me out.

    I hadn’t had my period in 3 months because it was irregular, but I just started a few hours ago, and I’m having diarrhea and gas with bloating. I’ve never had this problem and I just started! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

    Really well put together video. I already knew the dietary parts. The apple cider vinegar thing really works (if you use the right organic acv with the mother) I take a two teaspoon dose in hot water with a teaspoon of honey once a day. Amazingly it also seems to have a mood lifting affect...not sure how that works but if I get slack I really notice. Thank you so much Mia for the pressure points. The way you show to locate them just changed my life!!!🙏💙✨...I would love to see a video just focused on showing these tips from Mia but at a slower pace and with the timings for pressure application etc...would that be possible? Gratitude from Portugal! 🙏🙏🙏✨✨✨

    Once I remembered that models take a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning so I got a shot glass and poured some in. I plugged my nose so that I wouldn’t taste it as much and just drank it. I legit forgot how to breathe and I am pretty sure I died for 7 minutes. Never ever.

    As embarrassing it is to request this. But what's the best way to get rid of any acne? Perferably butt acne and scaring.

      I started using this acne prevention natural scrub from walmart and using sunscreen with this face moisturizer from neutrogena and its been pretty good so far. I heard as long as you clean but most importantly moisturize the face and body can help prevent acne. Key is avoid dry skin.

      I used to get some back acne, and I started showering with tea tree castille soap, and my body acne reduced tremendously. Perhaps you could try that out and see how it goes?

      You should try the black soap by shea moisture it’s amazing and got rid of my acne (it did take a few weeks) also for scarring you should try rosehip oil, the ordinary sells them for like £6.

    I have bloat 24/7. Estrogen dominance. Then went on dim supplement. Gave me bloat 24/7. Even when I go off it for months. It doesn't go away. So sick of this. My stomach used to be flat as a board. Last time I got my hormones tested they said they were "normal" after initially being screwed up. I don't know what to do anymore.

    3:34 ..so that moment when i saw moroccan tea i was like wow (*i m moroccan btw*)so i drink tea 2 or 3 times a day and i still get a bloating stomach WHYYYY?!!!!!

    I started today and I’m trying to get rid of them. I already had tea I was doing the messages. I still feel bloated but hopefully it goes away. Sometimes the cramps make me cry and sometimes I throw up 😷 no throwing up today.

    I'm that lucky girl who lost some weight and want to wear more tight dresses but every time i have family party or friend's party i have period and my belly is so bloated that look like 5 month pregnant girl 😭. Not to mention that my acne is going boom all over my face

    My bloating start during my period everything I eat it comes up stay away from spicy food don't eat and ly down and try a bush call dog blood before your period.

    i am 60kg 1 week before my period, during period i am 64. yeah i know it's water weight and retention bc after period maybe my weight goes down about 60-61 😭

    On my period I don’t bloat at all surprisingly I get sooo skinny and my confidence goes 📈📈📈but then after my period I start to bloat like A LOT 😐

    My friend and I are on a weight loss journey. The male is losing his belly fat and I am gaining belly. I tried to explain to him that I'm not sure whether it's fat or my pre-period bloating so I can't comment on my results. He still doesn't understand.

      Hahha that's something that I defs need as well :P But I think a lot of reducing thighs is just a lotttaa cardio and squats and lunges etc. Some things don't have a quick fix, but also eating right is important too :) Thanks for the comment! - Fel

    Based on some articles I've read, it says to avoid green tea during period, because green tea tends to absorb iron from the foods we've just eaten, can you please help clarify is that true or not? 😊 (meanwhile I love to drink green tea so much that I hope that that's not true haha)
