    Video summary:
    Bloating is a buildup of gases, liquids and solids.
    Solutions:
    1- Don't eat immediately on waking up. Consume breakfast 1-2 hours later.
    2- Drink at least 2-3 glasses on waking up.
    3- Prebiotic and probiotic supplements (sponsored--I think we can all just benefit by eating some walnut, yoghurt and oats daily).

      The funny thing is that it doesn't send you to urinate at all.
      It's the proof that the body needs that rehydration after the all night sleep.

      Same I drink atleast 2/3rd of a litre atleast the moment I wake up. And atleast 3 ltr throughout the day. I can clearly say I'm addicted to water. 😂

    Amazing. I tried this today: drank 1 big cup of water when I woke up, went for a small 15 min walk and then I had breakfast. After I finished, it made me to go the toilet after 5 min. Its definitely a good recipe for anyone thats dealing with constipation and bloating

    I am a Moslem and we are on our Ramadhan month, so basically before fasting in the day we need to eat during 3-4 am. I always got bloated in the morning and it is VERY uncomfortable. I'm so glad that I found your channel!

    Drinking first thing in the morning is something that I learned helps me as well. Not to prevent bloating, but just in general to wake up, to feel better. Warm water in the winter is also great to stay warm.

    after breast cancer, heart failure bcuz of chemo & radiation i have a major damaged gut. No Constipation but major diarrhea. we're still in testing with the Gastroenteroligest. Im hoping your ch help me. This pain problem and nausea has been going on for 3 years now 6 years after my last chemo.

      So sorry to hear about your health issue, my gut problems started after breast cancer treatment too....
      I am presently finding help with ginger, fresh ginger tea, not altogether gone but a lil bit better. I wish you all the best.

      If you haven't yet, check for h. Pylori infection. When your gut is weakened it can take over and can cause so many symptoms it's hard to diagnose on your own.

      I have to take lactose which is prescribed but works in mins. It causes all toxins to go out of the body. I am in liver failure and need a transplant. I have to take lactose to keep my ammonia levels low. I'm supposed to eat healthier foods without red meat but I dont know what to eat that is healthy for my liver. Anyone have any suggestions?     I stopped eating breakfast. I’m not hungry so I figured why eat? I lost 8 lbs that I had gained after I turning 40. I take a probiotic & do fasted workouts too.

    I drink 3 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in just 10 to 15 mins and it just works well for bloating and it makes me feel active too.

    I would hope that everyone commenting on their terrible bloating has consulted their physician to rule out a serious problem. Bloating and digestive issues can be indicative of many things from allergies to cancer. A good friend was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer, bloating was her main symptom.

    Ive been drinking 32 ounces of water upon waking for the last 12 years. It wakes me up, hydrates me and moves my bowels. I also intermittent fast every day for 16-18 hrs. It’s wonderful!!

    I have a problem with bloating . Don’t eat breafest, drink water, eat slowly, yes. Lack of longer sleep, taking probiotics , do not eat much ... propably exercise in the morning will help - I know I do have a colon problem / constipated even though drinking lots of water and green tea ... hmm will see I know that I’m not moving too much

    If you don’t want to buy supplements you can use your diet to help with gut health. Prebiotics= eating vegetables and whole grains. Probiotics= eating fermented foods as part of your diet! 😊

    @Hope. Remember she said that if you try these things and still feel bloated you will need to see your doctor. You may have other medical issues that may cause constant bloating.

    I have digestive issues from 1 1/2years of disordered eating and over exercising. I have not had my period for 10 months. But one thing I struggle with now is BLOATING and early satiety(upon other things but I'm only mentioning this). And things that has helped me is taking probiotic and prebiotic supplement in the morning and doing a light workout such as at home Pilates.

      @@kat251 I take the HUMS nutrition gut instinct. I got it on sale last month but it is very potent so make sure its what you need before taking it. My sister just ordered the flat tummy one for me so I can digest foods better, it comes in ab a week or so.

    I would include diastasis recti. A lot of women who had babies have their bellies messed up during the pregnancy. You have to do really specific exercises and not make it worse with something like crunches

    [1:21] immediately upon waking up ...your metabolism is not going to just shut down ...your metabolic rate is still going to be running at a steady pace when you awake..." and then drinking 2 glasses of water will [3:04] "fire up your metabolism to improve digestion." If the metabolism is already running at a "steady pace" when we wake up, how will water then "fire up" the metabolism?

    Love you and your channel! Your videos are always informative and easy to comprehend. I've seen videos where the presenter talks but you really can't fully understand what they're saying. But you always manage to inform us in a manner we can all understand. Thank-you so much for that.

    Take magnesium and potassium tablets, it will not fail to make you go number two. You still have to drink water, fruits and veggies. I get constipated if I eat carbs and processed foods, sugar, or drink milk. I also have a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar if I do get bloated together with some water. Good luck!

    I don’t eat breakfast. First thing I do is to drink a liter of water and a large cup of coffee that gets my system going to the bathroom. No bloating ever experienced.

    I was severely bloated for several years. I tried all the tricks. Nothing worked. I switched to eating keto and that helped quite a bit, but not completely. Then I went full carnivore and that fixed it completely. No more bloating. And that's just one of many benefits I've experienced, but it's a big one, because the bloating had made me so miserable.

      @srinivas amidala Well as I said in my comment, eating a meat-only diet is what cured my bloating. If it's an animal, fish, or comes from an animal or fish, then I eat it.

    I drink 24 ounces of water with my medication every morning and it really cleans me out within the hour. I keep this water on my nightstand, so that in the morning it's room temperature. When i say clean I mean what comes out it breaks in 2 and reaches the top of the toilet bowl and leaves me feeling empty.
    Also when and if I wake up to pee, I take a sip of water to replenish what came out. This stops me from being dehydrated when in wake up in the mornings

      Try to take toothbrush first before you drink so the taste won't be that bad

    I usually drink 1 glass of water in the morning after gargle b4 taking my breakfast..
    But still have bloating problem maybe bcoz of having acidic stomach and eating spicy foods.

    To many people are unaware of the importance of water and it's many health benefits.
    Diagnosed with hereditary type2 diabetes many years ago, I was placed on metformin, glipizide, and stations for hereditary high cholesterol.
    Apparently, years of being on statins have done irreparable harm to my body.
    Also, at 52 I had a hyperglycemic event which landed me in the hospital.
    Mind you, up until this time, my diet was horrible.
    I rarely ate, due to getting miserably bloated eating even 1/2 a tuna fish sandwich...
    I ate maybe 1 time per day and not everyday either
    But I would snack in crackers a lot.
    I never drank water, only coffee, and then eventually tea and soda.
    When that hyperglycemic event hit me, I completely changed my diet.
    I completely wiped soda instantly and only drank purified water, all day, every day. And 1 or 2 cups of tea throughout the day.
    I completely cut out all snacking, and ate small meals twice per day from there
    My constant bloating is gone, I've lost a lot of excess weight, even my love handles are gone.
    But I also started having bear fainting spells.
    Turns out, my new diet dropped my A1C dramatically and my blood sugars became naturally regulated, my Dr was shocked.
    But now I was still taking metformin, glipizide and stations... When I no longer should have been.
    Happy to say today, I no longer fall into the type2 category and I'm off the meds.
    I still suffer from the effects of stations but that's a whole other story.
    So yeh, water is an imperative part of your health.
    It also regulates your digestive system in a major way.
    Aside from stations, my years of being dehydrated from my diet and liquids habit has also had serious affects on my body.
    Dehydration breaks down muscles, tendons, cartilage, etc... And also can cause neurological damage.
    So drink a lot of water folks... and drink more than the minimum daily recommendation.
    You'll notice health improvements fast

    If anyone is feeling empty, lonely, depressed etc, I want you to know that Jesus loves you, and He is the Only one who can make you feel true love, happiness, joy and peace. We need to repent of our sins and turn to Him and start living for Him and He will be there with you every step of the way.

    I’ve been doing this for month and it has 100% no effect on my bloating. Especially that vegetable/ fruit drink is not a good idea when you already have certain food sensitivities. The only thing that has helped so far is skipping breakfast (intermittent fasting).

    Joannah soh u really are an underrated fitness trainer like i've been watching ur videos like for 6-7 months .but i have a small problem .soo i wanna become thin , i feel like i've gained much weight 57 kg for a 13 me i think it's too much maybe coz i've never been fat in my life so would u guys recommend something .i heard that she said weight loss could be unhealthy for teens n am afraid to start workin' out that much to loose weight btw love u joannah 😘😗😗😗
