      I do a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of turmeric, and however much honey it takes to fill my entire face. You can also just focus on your actual marks meaning less honey.

      I've strugged with this for YEARS! usually within a week if i use it like 3x a week. i leave it on for about 20-30 min but i prepare myself for a yellow face for the day since the turmeric is so strong lol!

      Did you wash off the apple cider vinegar with a cleanser or just water?? The video said to wash first and start off with a clean face. I'm just afraid washing with a cleanser twice in a span of ten minutes will end up stripping my already dry skin of moisture it desperately needs.

    My mum is into natural remedies so much in which she has beautiful skin. Tomatoes + Sugar mask is so good for the face. She puts olive oil as a moisturizer every night. An egg white mask....my mum does a lot that is why i am currently taking natural medication for my face that is struggling with acne for almost 5 months by not putting a single chemical in my face. 100% natural. All from mother earth lolz. I'm not even washing my face with anything. Just water, or honey with oats or just oats. Toning my face with Apple cider with water or Rice water, mud mask and facial oil for moisturizer. Imma tell y'all it's going really great 💗
    Edit: hi guys! So i got a heads up about the lemon being scrubbed into my face. I know the acid is very strong and bad for the face. And i do it rarely and i immediately wash my face with water after being rubbed by lemon. But that was a year ago and i've learned alot and now my skin is back to clear glass. Thank you for the reminders! ❤

    • @lilithlee3731
      @lilithlee3731 6 ปีที่แล้ว +55

      For 1 cup of the drink(which I recommend that amount everytime you drink it), you will need 1&1/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 of ground pepper, and 1/2 tsp(but since I like ginger I added roughly about 1 tsp or even 1 tbsp) of ground ginger(just chopped it thinly will do). Boil all three of them for 10 minutes and let it sit for 5 minutes then drink it 30 minutes after your meal(s), best 3 times per day so after per meal

    • @lilithlee3731
      @lilithlee3731 6 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      But if you do that it's quite hard cause of the taste(though it doesn't have flavor just the pepper smell) so I usually make it in big batches and store it in the fridge so I don't have to make it everytime(cause no one has time for that), cause if you store it in your fridge the taste is way better than when you just boiled it(cause of the pepper taste, yuck !)

    I have NOT washed or put anything on my face for about the past 2 weeks. My chins clearing up heaps, and i havent seen it so clear in like over a year. My hyperpigmentation, basically gone from my cheeks. Every now and then i get a pimple or blackhead but its nothing compared to the breakouts im used to. I've seen from posts that applying foods such as fruits and veggies on the face isnt good for the skin, but i doubt it. Mother Earth has been providing for us. I'm gonna start going DIY.

    Hi I'm from Philippines can I ask you about something?
    How often do I have to put apple cider vinegar to my face? Is it okay to use everyday? I have pimple marks, acne prone skin and have oily skin
    Thankyou😊

    • @khushi_s
      @khushi_s 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its okay but mix it with water in the ratio of 3 parts water and 1 part vinegar and do not put more than 10 min as it can cause itching or burn the skin because it is quite strong acid ... good to go 🥰❤

    We use those spices daily in our food but we also add have to add milk for good results to routine.... I am Indian and in my family we drink 'turmeric milk' before bed and 2-3 hours after dinner. It help defend cold and cough and skin concers too. ☄🎆❤💚

    I wouldn’t drag down when massaging the neck, massage up!! Dragging down will cause wrinkles overtime. Bring everything up even when massaging face, gravity is already pulling it down ❤️

    I love turmeric so much! I’m going to try the tea daily to see what happens. The salt water definitely works with curing sore throats but I just gargle it rather than drinking it. I’ve never heard of it helping out with skin. Interesting

  • @Mirjen97
    @Mirjen97 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What I did learn from my parents were: Milk with salt for grow pains (not the same as sore muscles), warm water with salt for a sore throat (gargled NOT swallow, because the salt content needs to be high... and getting to much salt in is totally not healthy) and eating rusk/biscuit with cinnamon if you have diarrhea.

I’ve been following and doing my skin care routine as always but i feel like their just comming back all over again!!

    I used apple cider vinegar on my face and literally had the worst reaction ever to it! It caused severe acne and scars. I am just now slowly getting rid of them by going to get facials every couple months and using glycolic peels at home!

    • @BeautyWithin
      @BeautyWithin  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Oh noooo! The acidity in ACV must've been too harsh for your skin, which might be super sensitive! The worst part about skincare is that it's so different for each person, and no matter how much one person loves and finds a lifechanging product, another person could completely react to it. It's so great to hear that the scars are slowly subsiding, as they naturally will when the skin sheds. Thanks for sharing this though, it's helpful to let people know that not everyone will react the same to ingredients! 💞🙌- fel
